If I will be resisting for the dissertation, I will be asked to return back to my home country after submission as the resubmission date is May 10 and my visa expires May 31st. Of which I have to get my student letter to be able to apply for the 2 years PSW and the result usually takes 2 months to be released. So I’m confused, I don’t know what to do.

If both accounts are in your name, good, otherwise, realign yourself - it's either you are being sponsored or self sponsoring.

Being sponsored has its technicalities though if that's your choice eventually

You can conveniently use your mobile app while waiting for your test in their office.......payment will be confirmed and you ll be 'good to go'

Hmmmmm......receive CAS and wait another month? Anything is possible sha however, time constraint will tell you what to do next

Priority was only suspended last week, so, the whole standard thingy is still fresh. Anyways, there are no queues @ most TLS offices as of now. The timelap for Visa issuance is purely dependent on UKVI for now.
My 2cent......apply ASAP!

That you are someone's dependant in UK doesn't mean you can't a lot within UK itself, talkless of another sovereign country.

A lot of ill-prepared Individuals caused this. Many of them couldn't meet up their financial obligations to the school as and when due, hence, UKVI advised most of the schools to introduce a more stricter payment plan. Some do have up to 65% payment on enrollment e.g. Bedfordshire.

Meanwhile, I realized some Scottish schools don't have this cut-throat payment plan (just deposit and monthly installmental payment thereafter)



Tentative payment plan

Tuition 15k
Scholarship if available 2k
Deposit 3k
Bal @ enrollment 10k
Pay 50% & enrollment 5k
To bal the remaining 5k in 3 - 4 months' time

I doubt it would. The only issue you might have will be the schools but with a good choice of course, school counselors / admission team should know better.
Imagine a combination of nursing n biz admin/mgt both @ degree levels, one already knows such Individual has positioned himself for top mgt roles in the health care system e.g. Hospitals, health board, health ministry etc

I am facing same problem. My wife left Nigeria on the 13th February. I did my Biometrics since 8th February with my daughter. My daughters visa came out on the 24th February and up till now mine isn’t . Still at DMC . Sent paid mail, was asked to wait for first 10days n later another 15working days . I’m just frustrated has they are suffering my 10month old daughter to reunite with her mum .

Part of the visa requirements is that you are not allowed to do business, check I may be wrong, these are some of the things UKVI check before they give you post visa, so check well please. I know you can do cash at at hand but you cant trust everyone to keep you safe or not throw you under the bus or report you to the authorities.

I meant after presenting them 28 days POF, some school will still ask you the quoted question and when you say NO because you don't want to lie, you get delayed.

With your 20 hr / week work, (£9 to £12/ hr min wage) if you are lucky you can get higher than £12 but rare. Do the math for a month.
Can it pay your tuition balance?
Can it even feed and maintain you adequately?

Now to your side hustle, you need something to survive on till you are well known with it

Who would your customers be - the British people or fellow students? If British people, you already contravening the 20 hr rule and You need tools to work with and also set up shop


The key to surviving with your side hustles is having someone on ground in the UK who would stand n cover up for you.

I have someone, who works dispatch 10 -12 hours a day (rush hour usually @ night). He got loaned fund to buy the dispatch vehicle (he already paid back) . Because he works directly under this person (who has been in d hustle a long time) 0 hr counted for him yet he does more than 3 x

Once any school require POF as a precursor to CAS, it has to be 28 days minimum.

Now take this, some school will still ask you
"has the balance in your account been less than your required balance in the last 60 days" during CAS process and after submitting 28 days POF.
Say "No" to the quoted question and see delaaaaay
