Guys, I need to be sure about the POF as my school did not include it in my offer letter, got a conditional offer from the university of Wolverhampton and all documents needed have been submitted, still waiting for the unconditional letter so I can pay the deposit of £3000 and my TB test before the CAS. Please guys when do I start counting the 28 days for the POF (I’m using MFB)and when do I start my visa application? So confused right now.

Your intake will determine when to apply that's if your school doesn't require P O F for CAS. Also, get your unconditional offer first, pay deposit and then take it from there

The choice to declare or not is solely yours, but declaring doesn't affect nothing and bear in mind, everything is now automated.

That you don't have the refusal letter still can't affect your chances of securing visa because a column will be provided to state why you don't have it.

Good evening guys, please I’ll need your advice(s). I applied for student visa last year to study in Lithuania but I was denied based on purpose of intent. It was my first time so I didn’t think I’d need to keep the refusal letter because I didn’t think it mattered.

It affects nothing. A column will be provided to state why you don't have the letter .....you can state ' lost in transit' or any other reason

Yes o. These pipo sometimes look for mundaneand totally unnecessary reasons to delay/deny one of visa. Do not give them that opportunity after going that far. Let the P O F account reflects credits (only debit(s) should be all these mandatory inconsequential debits from the bank)

I had my biometrics taken on the 21th of February, priority visa processing. I sent a paid mail on the 4th of March and was told my application was still awaiting a decision, sent another mail on the 7th and a decision has been made but my application is still stuck at DMC. Today is the 13th working day and I paid for priority visa processing for crying out loud.
No NSF mail.

Good morning everyone....please when filling visa application online is it possible for the main applicant to include his spouse name as dependent even when he chooses single as marital status ....reasons is that marriage is slated for few weeks after he must have submitted application and probably done biometric....he can't wait for the marriage cos deadline from his school is approaching. Note that the dependant will also apply immediately after the marriage too

Good Afternoon, pleas I applied to Sheffield but where they asked if you've been refused UK Visa before I responded no because I was also asked to attach the refusal document if I've been refused visa which I don't have, but I was actually refused some 15yrs ago, I actually plan on disclosing at the point of application for visa because I know they will have the details on their system, can I do a mail to Sheffield that I was actually refused visa but I don't have any document to prove it because it was a long time ago, I can't even find the passport I used.
I'm yet to get an offer from them though.

I think the question is usually like this '.....in the last 10 years have you been refused .......' , anyways, if you had picked YES, it would be asked you for proof, which you have an option to tell them you lost the documents long ago.
But as it stands now, it is better to maintain one line of story to avoid stories that touch.

Believe it or not, the school ll forward all info you provided to UKVI

Then you should do exactly as they instructed to avoid complicating issues

You can go ahead to get your CAS shield access first but don't know if you can send those docs in bits

Okay, meaning CAS is issued 7-8weeks to resumption date. I applied for September intake but no offer yet.

This is for May intake and it's 1 to 7 to 10 days. One might get lucky and get less than 7 days

If you applied to Chester Uni for May intake and you already have your offer(s), they are in the process of issuing CAS.
First step is to get CAS shield access and submit required docs. Thereafter, expect CAS between 7 to 10 days or less

And if you can't wait for them to send the access, kindly mail them on this email add

That offer letter that clearly states how much to pay and for what purpose is your own invoice in this case

Going by their earlier schedule which they are yet to change, it is CAS issuance.

Now that they are behind schedule, anything is possible. Even with the 1st of April date, it does not mean they can't accommodate late issuance with genuine reasons

You might get a refund depending on DMU's admission n refund policy

The new system they started for CAS last Thursday.

The fact that they started the shield thing last Thursday speaks volume about their next line of action. The shield thing is just an auto system that CAS applicants have their data on already and they can use to interface with school to download n upload necessary docs for eventual issuance of CAS.

passpprt is 26k. The new ppt is the enhanced e ppt which is 26k and only avail in lagos, abuja and ph. The other ppt issued in the remainin states is 17k for adults and 11k for children

Do we really have anyone who did the new passport @ 26k?
How is the 26k payment made, thru an officer or online?

Presently, the Minister has commissioned more states for the new enhanced passport. He added Enugu to the list on Thursday and added Oyo state in December. As at today, applicant should be able to get the new passport in not less than 10 states if not more

Very sure, barring unforeseen circumstances at their end. They are already behind schedule due to large volume of students seeking admission. Going by their initial plan, 1st of April was supposed to be the last day for CAS issuance for the May intake.
Now, that they are done with offers, CAS comes next.
Classes are expected to start early May (2nd)
