Next time apply for just normal visitor's visa and not the business visitor's visa. For normal so long as you have a job, you'll most likely be given. My previous employer applied for a business visitor's visa once for me and it took more than 2months to get my passport back. By the time the visa was issued the training was over.

They are more stringent with the business visitor's visa compared to the normal visitors.
