their economy is entirely different from ours, you won't cut your hair at 40dollars per cut, neither will you buy fuel at 1.40 pounds per litre pooozeee: Two friends of mine, one in dubai the other in the US, both of them are making nothing less than $1351.35 every week.

Insistent: Hello everyone,
Please has anyone seen this message on the app??! If yes, his did you resolve it?!
My app started to misbehave in the middle of a ride to the airport. I actually thought the problem was with my phone because it kept going off when I tried to restart the uber app. I couldn't even calculate the riders fare or end that trip. Had to explain to the rider that my phone was going off by itself. To ensure I got paid i just told the rider to pay N3500 and when he said it was too much I explains that its actually N4k for airport trips but I'm only charging him 3k cos he never requested an offline trip. We agreed that I would make a complaint about it so they could put any refund of the fare on his acct. Luckily he had to agree cos of time.
When I rebooted the phone and finally got the app to open I got this notice. Please advise. seems like your account is logged in on another phone. Change your password |

Rules for MM1 and international, pickup only at carpark. Airport taxi men at MM1 are not smiling at all. taxify won't pay for parking If you don't start trip from these 2 carparks For MM2, pickup at the designated pickup point but be very careful not to stay on the zebra crossing. No waiting around the airport, not even to receive a call or check your flat tyre slamstanlee: if dem catch u for mm1, are lucky. 10k Last night i carry one vehicle owner go rescue her car. Mm2 50k. She said this is d 4th time she is paying to get her car back. Mm1, mm2 and international airport combined. Same driver. As we are heading back to mende where i picked her, the moment we got to ikeja bridge she ask me to turn back so she can tell d driver something. We got there, now they were putting air back in the deflated tires. At that spot she took the car keys from d driver, then his phone. That's how he lost everything. Smh |

Yes, but I turn it off if rider doesn't come out in 3 mins, can't be idling for a rider that doesn't respect my time. Only exception is if weather is extremely hot, I can't comman kill myself eherbal: from the little experience I've gathered on this thread, A/C should be switched on before getting to rider's location. We learn everyday bro.best of luck |

The rider is new, Uber guarantees earnings and they don't want to guarantee a new rider incase it's fraudulent. So they end your trip at 2 hours to reduce potential liability iyaegin: Meanwhile I have always heard of this issue but just experienced it for the first time yesterday.Got a request from Island to Alagbado yesterday night, when we got to meiran I got a text that Uber was ending the trip, I should find safe place to drop rider and before I knew it Uber ended the trip yet we were still some distance away and only when I got to rider destination did I notice trip had actually ended.Rider also complained that same had happened on the reverse trip earlier in the morning.this was only after about 2hrs 30mins but before now ave done longer trips no such issues.is this a new development. |

MobilityExpress: Now if the 35k weekly is going mainly as an ROI to the investor, then someone still wants the investor to take out of the same money for vehicle maintenance, then that person is a joker. The investment will crash and then investor will ultimately never make any profits but also will eventually lose his initial investment. People need to understand that until they make their capital back, they have not even started business at all. This is the undiluted irrefutable truth. Therefore, the only feasible recovery plan and path to profitability is for the car to generate not only the investors ROI weekly but also money for maintenance. In other words, the car operates on a dynamo system, the investors job is to kickstart it (make an investment of a car in excellent condition), then the car runs itself continuously by itself without needing the investors to pump in more money endlessly like pouring water inside a leaking basket. This business is not profitable to you then, why do it? |

Some partners just want to collect money, drivers will be begging them to do repairs and maintenance, they will be begging you to keep managing it MobilityExpress: And then they will call it a dead car . But it was ALIVE before they started driving it. So the big question begging for an answer is WHO IS RESPONSIBLE for turning a good tokunbo car to a ‘dead car’ - is it the owner / investor that bought the good car but never drove OR the driver that drove the car he never bought! Anyways, just joining with 3 units toks 2007 Corollas, so I will soon find out. Starting out though with 3 normal drivers with 0% Uber experience. Been following this thread for a while and the “experienced Uber drivers”, hmm, .............. |

Will part time drivers pay same amount as full time drivers? naifizzy: Thanx.
I see no reason why Driver-Partners should be taxed commissions.
1. They own the Vehicle and bear the burden of Vehicle maintenance.
2. They also need to face family responsibilities.
3. They need to create room for savings...
I believe we need to wake-up from this Master-Slave relationship and begin to see how we can have a home grown indigenous company where our interests can be genuinely protected. |

I understand you perfectly. Both estimates uses different routes, that why the price is different, take similar trips on both apps and compare prices brogxy: Seems you didn't understand what I posted. These are fare estimates that a rider will pay taking such trip. Check the images and see that the fare on lite is still higher than Uber. It's from the fare that 15% is deducted. Seems downgrading my vehicle to lite is the way to go now. |
