A good lawyer will value the company and her assets, then go for half of your own share essentially, she won't be laying claims to individual properties ie, house , car, shoes ...she would be laying claims to half of your share value. Eventually, you would want to buy her out by paying premium. Unless you can prove that the coy is in distress, then you can outsmart her. I'm guessing her lawyer won't be dumb though.
