A judge doesn’t prove if something is an allegation. An allegation is an accusation/assertion. Simple.

A judge only decides if your allegation is true or false.

We let anger and/or passion take over our hearts that we cannot see that the situation has not been proven. It remains an allegation. You can support it or not but you cannot tell for certain if he is guilty or not. And so, you should not yet label him a rapist.
