I overheard one deluded dokinta saying that amidst the ongoing strike ,that johesu people bring their relatives to the hospital for doctors to treat. I laughed so hard. Deluded shegoat. . The only doctor that knows things about health more than me is a SURGEON. apart from that ,no graduate nurse or pharmacists or lab scientist that can't treat his or her relations very well if really the person knows his or her worth. Many nurses are in private practice ,managing many sick patients in homes very well. Nobody or no profession has a monopoly of knowledge, The health sector outside Nigeria are evolving. |

thedondada: No. Are you.?
Is it God. I am educated enough to know that seeking for help late is a killer. At least that's what I've read.
I ask for clarification if you know clarify if not keep quiet. And who doesn't know that seeking for help late is dangerous? Life and death are not in their hands, They treat ,Jah heals You can get the best medical attention and yet still not recover . They are not magicians. |

emekatheo: See this quack doctor that probably was allowed to graduate out of pity because he has spent uncountable years in school. So you compare nurses with artisans, laborers and masons? It is the likes of this quack doctor that encourage quackry in the nursing profession by training the so called auxiliary nurses and give them white uniform to wear with red and blue pens in their breast pocket. Doctors are actually the problem in our health institutions. Don't mind the guy. That's how they disrespect our noble nursing profession by training quacks in their private hospital, How can you disrespect nurses and expect us to respect you? That's how they want to suppress pharmacy profession but they keep failing. They want to frustrate medical lab scientists but they will never succeed. Very greedy people. |

thedondada: Firstly I always thought that pharmacist role is drug production ( excise my ignorance) so how come you want to treat me? You sound certain of your argument. And that I understand, I have always believed life and death are in the doctors hands. When you say subacute or chronic I have no idea what that means.
All I ask is that can I be sure if I go see my pharmacist where u buy medication I can be certain without a doubt that there would be no errors.
I need to know. Educate us cos doctors are making expensive errors. At no cost to them Life and death are in doctors hand? Are you high on Omoku weed? |

phase1: The brainwashing of physicians that other health professionals are not important starts from their schools. When they come out they feel they own the ministry of health alone.
I overheard one of them talking to his colleagues and lamenting profusely that a Medical Scientist printed the words 'Scientist' and proudly wore it as a badge on his beautiful lab coat to educate people about his title. He expected the Scientist to wear rags and roll on the ground when he sights a physician.
The other was crying that nurses and pharmacists hang stethoscopes in their cars for Identification as healthworkers. See frivoulous lamentations caused by inferiority complex oo?

Wow I miss you sweethearts! Oriaku Amara is back to romance section after a break to engage in the ongoing Johesu Vs NMA civil war. . OK I want to talk about something in love and finding the perfect person. It's going to be brief and short. . The reason why that relationship teared apart may not be because you are not good for him or her , Things don't just happen most times , Its just that he/she is not the "Right " person for you, People have a tendency of going after the best guy or girl in their fantasy, forgetting that the so called Best may not be the right fit for you, You want a rich already made guy but does the already made guy want you? You want a sexy light skinned beautiful girl but is she the right fit for you? And when you manage to date the person that is not the right fit for you, you can never be comfortable, You will feel "choked up " and stressed out because you want to impress. Don't even make a mistake of marrying such a person. Many of the domestic abuses we see and hear about are because the couples are not the right fit for each other. . Best people can leave you anytime but the right person will never leave you, Virtuous wife and responsible husbands may not be the best people, They may not be the most beautiful and handsome, They may not be rich, etc but They are the right people. Go after them, You will be very comfortable and happy dating or marrying the right person and not the "best person " . One of the fastest way of getting the right people is "cutting your coat according to your size " You know your low income status yet you want to date and marry a very rich guy ,the rich guy when seeing how desperate you are may end up using and dumping you because he is not the right fit for you . That kunle or emeka who is just a working fresh graduate may be the right fit for you. He may not be rich but he will make you happy and you will comfortable with him. For Guys, you know that you are just patching up to survive yet you want to date a high class slay queen(baby oku ) She may pretend to like you and start sapping the little one you have because you are like a mugu, She is not the right fit for you, That Ijeoma or funmilayo, even though she may not be the most beautiful and fashionable may be the right fit for you to date and support you to achieve your dreams. . One wow fact about it all is that the "best person " will likely will never be the right fit for you BUT the "right person "will end up being the best person for you. It takes a matured mind to understand my point. . I love you all. |

That's how they are trying to bully our nursing profession because it's mostly dominated by women, Medlab, pharmacy guys will deal with them . They should come and start awarding nurses consultancy role. Oriaku Amarachi Consultant in pepper dem nursing. . Jman06: Your stupidity is legendary! The problem is that you don't know other roles of the pharmacists in the hospital setting outside handing out dispensed drugs to patients.
Do you know that some drugs are prepared right there in the pharmacy department?? Do you know that you don't just hand out a drug to a patient, you counsel the patient and follow up his/her treatment by ensuring adherence to the prescription. Do you know that pharmacists are supposed to go on rounds in the hospital to monitor in-patients on how they respond to drug therapy?? Afterwards, they communicate with the physicians on possible adjustments to be made??
Your ignorance is why many patients keep dying avoidable deaths in our hospitals due to drug misuse. How i wish pharmacists would begin to point out numerous prescription blunders physicians make in our hospitals to the public, may be then you would get to know their importance in the hospitals. But they would rather cover up your aszes. Why stressing yourself over them. They want to suppress pharmacy profession because it's more versatile. Ignore them . Many pharmacists I know don't work in a hospital. They are making their money outside. Ignore them, the heat is on them. The real doctors are surgeons, Other ones services are very dispensable . They know that deep inside themselves |
