Wike is already a spent force. The only thing making him relevant is the seat of FCT minister.

But if my memory serves me right...it is your group of neophyte that were wailing all around that Wike will become irrelevant after the expiration of his second tenure as governor...but to your greatest shock and disappointment the man is waxing even stronger..getting a senior ministerial position in an opposition party and the first time in history controlling the two major parties in a state.

Fubara honestly hasn't got what it takes to fight Wike, Amaechi was more formidable when he held sway as the governor in Rivers state but Wike still overwhelmed him.

Truth be said Fubara wasn't at all strategic in his approach...how can he start playing politics barely few months into his administration when he should focus on delivering good governance to gain trust and traction amongst Rivers People and party faithfuls particularly before launching his onslaught by gradually taking over the structure.....he invited trouble to himself by playing tribal politics and listening to his kinsmen urging him on. He should deal with the consequences of bringing ant infested firewood home.
