Dont say dat friend. I was in ur shoe last year and to the glory of God i made it in the supplementary list. Eksu admitted 59 medical students last year. Abt 45 in the first list and abt 14 in the last. Are u an indigene of ekiti? Admission to study med as a non indigene in eksu is not dat easy cos of d high cutoff placed for oda states, But if u bliv in God, all things will work out for ur good. It's time u made some moves through prayers and strong connections. Do not let what u think determines what ur heart blivs.

What a great doggedness and spirit! Congratulations! The journey was not really smooth at all. D race also started in 2011. I had always though oau med is "la read la die" when i gave it my 1st attempt bt didnt make it. Being very naive, I paid 60k"owo mugun" to get MBBS with 251 agg despite 292. I was bamboozled, I cudnt help crying when i met a woman who works with provost bt said i was too late, she cud av been of help bt d vc list had been compiled. I had to run to a state univ to pursue my dream d following yr, same tin(indigene or non barrier, merit dey too high). Haba! I began to pray and pray. *I got a feeling to search google*I got contact with d provost tru google search and i pestered him like... Make i try oau pd den but I didnt stop sending him myriads of conc prayers dat he cudnt help dan to enlist me in d supp list for MBBS to the glory of God. The lesson here is dat more dan 20% admitted students in competitive departments pass tru back yard. If you know u re connected in heaven, you can never be rejected on earth. Make move and seek help, cry b4 dem as if u wud die without d admission. Profs re human, with d favour of God, dey will oblige. You just av to pray for God's favour b4 making any attempt. Pls, dont pay a dime to seek admission help, anybody dat will be of help wont request anything. We av willing helpers in OAU. You just av to act fast and be smart. Don't be shy. God is the VC of all VCs.

The cut-off then was 291@OAU... mind aggregate score was 275, i was given biology education which i reject...2yrs later i went to nursing school. And now i am back again, to study medicine at OAU

I love ur faith. That is d true spirit of a doc. U ve declared ur med already and I pray heaven declare IJN. U ve made sacrifices in d past oo. I av a friend here in eksu who was abt to go to 400 level in lautech(geology) and had to write jamb to get medicine. She is now in med. I hrd of anoda(200 level microbio in OAU), now in med. Another friend of mine is thinking of leaving futa(200 level, agric econs) for predegree OAU to get med but i don't know d advice to give him cos he had been writing jamb and postjamb for 3 years but it seemed abortive.

U wan spoil matter. Abuad dey collect 1.2 million for med, the least fee for private univ when medicine is concerned to the best of my knowledge is 500k. Most private univs take million for MBBS even when we have like 2 univs on NMDC site

Eksu just started her medicine few years ago and u know what it takes to get full accreditation(Though, our subdean told us during orientation dat d college will av her accreditation in august). Apart from dat, if one's parent is not financially strong, studying medicine in a state univ may cos inconveniency. Here, 200 and 300 level students pay more dan 200k. It is always adviceable sha if one wants to get medicine easily esp in Nigeria to opt for state univs esp in the Southwest. Medicine is medicine as long as NMDC gives d acc
