ASUP D.S. Adegbenro I.C.T. Poly, Itori, decries non payment of minimum wage, pension, salary arrears, etc ......Demands appointment of substantive Rector of the Institution The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic, ASUP, D.S. Adegbenro I.C.T. Polytechnic, Itori, has decried non payment of Minimum Wage, CONTISS 15 Migration, Pension, appointment of substantive Rector, payment salary arrears, repair of dilapidated polytechnic structures, today Wednesday 17th of May, 2023. According to the Chairman, ASUP D.S. Adegbenro I.C.T. Polytechic, Itori chapter, Mr Dairo Lukman, the salary arrears and pension of staff were denied, the polytechnic is owing staff salaries since 2006 while counterpart and pension deduction have not been paid. When our correspondent visited the Institution premises, it was like a den of reptiles as everywhere was bushy, most of the buildings are in dare need of maintenance, so many roofs of the lecture rooms have been destroyed by winds but the Management of the Institution refused to do the needful. Meanwhile, the institution is blessed with over 3,000 students whose tuition and other levies being paid, can maintain the Institution apart from the remittance to Ogun state Government coffers. Other I.C.T. Polytechnics established by the Gbenga Daniel led administration are doing wonderfully well, apart from Gateway I.C.T. Polytechnic in Itori, according to our report. However, the Chairman of Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic (ASUP) Mr Dairo Lukman pleaded to Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun (MFR) to wade into the matter before the staff embark on an indefinite strike action due to the carelessness of the leadership of the Institution. ASUP demands: (A) THE GROSS DISREGARD FOR THE LAW ON PENSIONS AND FUTURE OF THE STAFF: (i) It was observed that the Management has little regard for the Law on Pensions and the welfare of her human resources (members of this Union) when several months of Pension arrears had remained unpaid despite all references made to them; (ii) That the previous Management, led by Professor Fatade had approved the payment of some amount, (#10million) with a Payment Plan, for the remission of Pensions during his four-year tenure, which was kept aside as at his transition but was unfortunately, not remitted till date; (iii) That the employer’s contributions required by the Law had not been attended to at all since 2006; (iv) This deprivation has demoralized the members when placed in comparison with their contemporaries in other institutions, while the current harsh economic realities and the recent loss of a member make other members lament the fate of their welfare and their future; (v) That with many instances, she had had to shift grounds, and the members of the Union had shown great understanding in her agitations, which had not been compensated with the necessary actions; and (vi) That the Management had not adhered to her promises and expressed actions as regards the payment of the backlogs. (B) NON-IMPLEMENTATION CONSEQUENTIAL ADJUSTMENT TO SALARIES: (i) It was observed that despite the hand of fellowship stretched to the Institution with the condition of a convincing presentation to the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, the Ag. Rector had persistently hesitated and bluntly refused to put the necessary information and presentation across, towards the implementation and sustenance of the Minimum Wage, till the Inauguration of the Governing Council; (ii) That the Ag. Rector had bluntly refused to present facts and figures to the new Governing Council, which could have facilitated the implementation, at the suspension of the 2022 work to rule exercise; (iii) That the Management had also refused to work with the Union in a mutual agreement towards implementation, when possible, even while the Union gave a long rope to pull; (iv) That the members of the Union would encounter double-jeopardy with the arrival of a new Minimum Wage Structure, when the Old Structure had not been granted yet, and the impending worrisome removal of subsidy on petroleum products in the country this year; (v) That it is disheartening that of all the Institutions in Ogun state, it is only at D.S.A.P. that Minimum Wage has not been implemented (In fact, the embattled MAPOLY has started enjoying the Minimum Wage from January 2023 and arrears of October, November and December, 2022 salaries are to be paid with their next salary); and (vi) That the Management may be delighted at seeing her officials being laid back among their peers and made to suffer terribly. (F) THE REFUSAL OF THE MANAGEMENT TO PAY BACKLOG OF ARREARS OF SALARIES: (i) The Congress discovered and frowned at the lengthy list of salary arrears owed since 2007. (ii) She also observed that promises made by the Rector, particularly before the Commissioner had been carefully discarded; (iii) That the portions paid within 2021 were amputated bits which were so meagre; (iv) That some members of staff who were expected to be beneficiaries were also deprived from the latest payment in 2021, and (v) That afterwards, the Management had turned deaf ears to the rewards for years of sweat which under the law, must have been delivered.

Letter to My Lords As Presidential Election Tribunal Commences Dear Noble Gentlemen, my lords, I write you as a dedicated, patriotic and honest Nigerian, as you commence the business of the 2023 election tribunal sitting, I wish you to know that things are pretty unusual this time, in my opinion, you are the last hope for all of us, we need to find our belief in our country and somehow the burden is on you, the general mood somewhat feels like people have lost a lot of faith, perhaps they have reasons to feel that way, and perhaps they don't. However, please understand the importance of this election tribunal in ensuring a fair and just electoral process in Nigeria. It is important for my lords to remain impartial and unbiased in their decisions, and to base their judgments solely on the evidence presented before you. My lords should also ensure that due process is followed and that all parties involved are given a fair hearing. The responsibility of the election tribunal judges is great, and you must be guided by your commitment to justice, fairness, and the rule of law. The decisions you make will have a lasting impact on the country and its people, and my lords must take this responsibility seriously. I hope that the election tribunal will conduct its proceedings with diligence and fairness and that your decisions will help to restore faith in the electoral process and the country as a whole. INEC must be held to a high standard of transparency, fairness, and compliance with its rules and guidelines. The election tribunal judges must ensure that INEC's actions are scrutinized properly and that they are held accountable for any failures or shortcomings in their duties. In addition, the judiciary plays a critical role in upholding the principles of democracy and justice. My lords must remain impartial and unbiased in their judgments and ensure that they are based solely on the evidence presented before them. You must also ensure that the rule of law is upheld and that all parties involved are given a fair hearing. The outcome of the election tribunal process will have a significant impact on the country's national pride and its reputation as a leading democracy in Africa. It is therefore essential that my lords approach your task as a divine assignment to set things right and restore faith in the electoral process. I hope that my lords, as the election tribunal judges will be guided by the principles of justice, fairness, and impartiality and that your judgments will be both sound and respected by all parties involved. The judgment of the election tribunal judges will serve as a turning point in how Nigeria organizes its elections and democracy going forward. It is essential that the outcome of the election tribunal process is respected by all parties involved and that it sets a precedent for future elections. It is also critical that the lessons learned from this process are used to improve the electoral process and ensure that it is transparent, fair, and credible in the future. It is my prayer and hopes that my lords will be able to fulfil your duties with diligence, impartiality, and fairness and that your judgment will be sound and respected all of the time. Ogun Guber Race: 'It's Our Turn', Adelani Ashade Asks People To Concede Votes For Yewa/Awori on Saturday 11th Poll Ogun state, since inception, forty-three (43) years ago(February 3,1976), to date, has been ruled by five (5) democratically elected governors. Others have been military administrators and governors. Out of these five executive governors, two governors have emerged from Ogun Central Senatorial District. They are: (1) Chief Olusegun Osoba.: 1992-1993, 1999-2003 (5 years). (2) Senator Ibikunle Amosun: 2011 -2019 (8 years) The other three (3) governors that have emerged from Ogun East Senatorial District include: (1) Chief Victor Olabisi Onabanjo: 1979-1983 (4 years) (2) Otunba Justus Oluwagbemiga Daniel: 2003- 2011 (8 years) (3) Prince Adedapo Oluseun Abiodun: 2019-2023 (4 years) Out of the twenty-eight or twenty-nine (28/29) years of democratic rule in the gateway state, the governorship seat has been occupied in rotation between the Ogun East and Ogun Central Senatorial Districts. Ogun West Senatorial District has up to date not produced any governor. The highest position ever enjoyed under democracy by the Ogun West Senatorial District is the office of the deputy governor; an office with no executive/administrative nor political powers to decide on any matter except otherwise directed. Little wonder, the eight years of Alhaja Salimot Badru, a Deputy Governor of Ogun State between 2003 and 2011 did not attract any meaningful democratic dividend to Yewa/Awori sector of the state. Similarly, the four years tenure of Engineer Naimot Salako is ending in the next two months with no concrete evidences of delivery of any of the campaign promises to Ogun West Senatorial District. Our mothers and distinguished personalities need no blame as the 1999 Constitution has ‘crippled' their privileged position. Forty-three (43) years down the line, what Ogun West Senatorial District could boast of apart from the position of deputy governor are the office of the secretary to the state governor, speaker of the state legislature, a few state commissioners and board members. All these positions put together cannot equate the exalted position of a state governor. The chief executive officer, (by the Nigeria style of democracy) that has the powers to dictate where to locate any facility or infrastructure. He determines what to do in any geographical location of the state. Little wonder, in spite of its huge population, human capacity and voting strength, Ogun West Senatorial District is still far behind the other two Senatorial Districts Ogun West Senatorial District enviable position as the industrial hub of the state since inception (Industries and factories located in Ota, Igbesa and Agbara) where huge and numerous resources which the state use to develop other senatorial districts is not in contention. That notwithstanding, Ogun West Senatorial District is still crawling and begging for infrastructural development in all ramifications. Majority of its roads are in bad shape; they are not motorable. All infrastructure are decaying and in dilapidating condition. Ogun State Polytechnic, Ipokia has been abandoned. All blocks of classrooms and other infrastructure are gradually going down with the premises filled with overgrown weeds. The Gateway international Stadium, Ilaro is no longer a pride of the state. The International Market located at owode is a shadow of itself. Whereas all Government infrastructure which include schools, roads, stadiums in other two Senatorial Districts are witnessing renewal, refurbishment and rebranding. This is quite unfortunate in a state of collective commonwealth where only two Senatorial Districts are witnessing tremendous development at the expense of Ogun West Senatorial District. While Ogun West Senatorial District cannot boast of any University, Polytechnic or College of Education within its domain, the other two Senatorial Districts and especially Ogun East are enjoying the boom with one Local Government accommodating a State University and a College of Education. Reasons for this disparity in not farfetched. While the other two Senatorial Districts have been on top of the game, Ogun West Senatorial District is yet to find its bearing. It is being rumoured that Ogun Central Senatorial District is warming up to take over the mantle of leadership from Prince Dapo Abiodun after his tenure expires in 2027 if he is re-elected in 2023. If this trend continues, what then is the fate of Ogun Westerners? When will the expected divided of democracy in truth and spirit reach Ogun West Senatorial District? When will Yewa/Awori people have a sense of belonging or do we remain silent in abject poverty, perpetual degradation and insatiable want in the midst of plenty? This is the time our leaders, elders, traditional rulers, opinion leaders and political giants of Yewa/Awori sector rise to the occasion. The likes of Distinguished Senator Iyabo Anisulowo, Mrs. Iyabo Apampa Senator Ayodeji Otegbola, Senator Kola Bajomo and Senator Tolu Odebiyi including Hon. Representative Kolawole Mobolorunduro and the newly elected distinguished Senator Solomon Olamilekan (YAYI), Hon. Isiaka Abiodun Akinlade and Hon. Gboyega Nasir Isiaka (GNI) are hereby called upon to bail out Ogun West Senatorial District from this embarrassment Our revered paramount ruler of Yewaland and Yewa Traditional Council including the Olota of Ota and all Monarchs in Awori land should equally rise up to the occasion. The time is now to rally round the only governorship candidate from Ogun West and ensure his victory at the March 11th, 2023 governorship polls in Ogun State, Political Party notwithstanding, Barrister Biyi Otegbeye of the African Democratic Congress(ADC) is a lawyer by profession and a Group Managing Director of Regency Alliance Insurance Plc. He is a game changer, a philanthropist, transformational and transparent leader. A devoted Christian, Biyi Otegbeye is prepared to lift Yewa Awori and Ogun State at large higher if elected. To this end, I hereby urge Yewa Awori Elders and political gladiators to unanimously adopt Barrister Biyi Otegbeye as the sole candidate of Ogun West Senatorial District and collectively present him to the other two Senatorial Districts as the next governor of Ogun State. Ogun West Senatorial District cannot do it alone. The would-be governor must have in addition to scoring the highest number of total votes cast at the governorship election, score one-quatre (¼) of the total votes cast in two-thirds (2/3) of the number of Local Governments in Ogun State in order to satisfy the constitutional requirements for the election. At this juncture, it becomes imperative for the Ogun West Senatorial District leaders to appeal and lobby the other two senatorial district leaders and political giants to consider and concede the state number one seat to Yewa Awori people now, even if it is for a single tenure of office. The Northern Nigeria conceded the presidency to Southern Nigeria for inclusiveness and sense of belonging; hence, we passionately appeal to the other two Senatorial Districts in Ogun State to concede the governorship position to Ogun West Senatorial District in the spirit of live and let others live. This is the time to extend the hand of brotherhood, love and unity to Ogun West Senatorial District. God bless Ogun State. God bless Nigeria. Adelani Asade. Igbalaye Wasiu Ayodele IWA will secure every opened opportunity for seeking support from his colleagues to second his motions and bills for the betterment of the good people of Abeokuta South constituency 2. • Empowerment of youths, aged and petty traders in the constituency. In the time past, Hon. Igbalaye Wasiu Ayodele IWA is popular with the fact that he extend hands of love to people to encourage their petty trading and putting food on the table for the aged men and women in the local government, he has empowered lots of people to make them independent and useful for themselves, he will continue with the steps when elected to the house of assembly to make the constituency feel sense of belonging in the government of Prince Dapo Abiodun mfr. Also, football match will be sponsored in the local communities to further promote peaceful coexistence of the youths in the constituency and beyond. • Infrastructure and Human Capital Development The area of infrastructure and human capital development will be taken as priority if he is elected into office to improve the people within the constituency, Lobbying for projects from Prince Dapo Abiodun will be taken with high sense of responsibility. Jandor, Being a 'cameraman' has nothing to do with his performances if elected as Lagos state governor — PDP Chieftain, Adedipe Ewenla replies Fasola Solanke Ayomideji Taiwo A chieftain of People's Democratic Party, PDP in Alimosho local government area of Lagos state, Prince (Dr) Adedipe Dauda Ewenla has replied the minister of Housing and Works, Babatunder Fasola over his statement on the gubernatorial candidate of People's Democratic Party, PDP in Lagos state, Abdulazeez ‘Jandor’ Adediran. It could be recalled that The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, took a swipe at the governirship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos, Abdulazeez ‘Jandor’ Adediran. Mr Fashola, a former governor of the state, said the main opposition candidate lacks the experience to govern Lagos, in a video posted by Gboyega Akosile, the state’s chief press secretary on Thursday. The minister spoke during the formal launch of ‘10,000 foot soldiers’ for Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. Replying Fasola, PDP chieftain in Alimosho, Prince Dr. Adedipe Dauda Ewenla said, "Being a camera man can neither disqualified Adeniran Jandor to be governor not affect his performances if elected. " Only Almighty God knows who will become the next governor of Lagos state, not Fasola or anyone..." Said Adedipe Ewenla Meanwhile, The PDP governership candidate in Lagos has replied Babatunde Fashola, the minister of works and housing on his claim that the candidate was a cameraman, and therefore lacks the experience to govern the state. Abdulazeez ‘Jandor’ Adediran in a series of tweets on Thursday described his former boss’ comment as “disparaging.” In a video posted by Gboyega Akosile, the chief press secretary to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the former governor of Lagos had said Mr Adediran’s experience as his cameraman does not qualify him to govern Lagos. He said that the media consultant needs to join the state’s leadership school to understand governance. Reaction In his reaction on Thursday, Mr Adediran said Mr Fashola’s comment did not come as a surprise to him. “Well, while this may come as a shock to many, who may have heard me speak well of him and his achievements in Lagos, despite being the flagbearer of the main opposition party in the same Lagos, let me quickly signpost a reminder that this is the season of calumnies and the APC are expectedly under pressure to sell their unenviable records to the now very discerning electorates of Lagos,” he said. Mr Adediran said: “I was never a cameraman,” adding, however, that “there is absolutely nothing untoward about being a cameraman…” Mr Adediran explained that he was “absorbed into the service of government of Lagos State Broadcasting Service as a Reportorial and Editorial Executive, and camera handling was certainly not the professional services I rendered to BRF, and the Lagos state government under his watch.” “I really don’t know what it is with my Oga (Boss) and cameras lately…this is reminding me of that famous missing camera he magically found at Lekki toll gate, the scene of the Endsars massacre.” He noted that “a lot” can be achieved with the state’s N50 billon revenue if the state is governed by an independent governor. “We will break Lagos free and my boss, BRF will be proud of our achievements,” he said.

ATTACKER: 'THE ATTACKING FEARS TO THE PROPAGANDISTS' — INDEPENDENT CAMPAIGN GROUP An Average resident of Ogun East who lives within our federal constituency will attest boldly to the perceived Pando odour of love, recommendation, endorsement that pervade the political space that is gathering mementum towards 25TH FEBRUARY hopeful re-election of the action packful Mr projects - RT. HON. ADEKOYA ADESEGUN ABDEL-MAJID whose ingenuity in redesigning the calling to making laws at Upper Chambers to a more robust service to the people through a modicum of projects that are beneficial and touch the common public needs, no wonder the propagandists in their docile article marketed the various unprecedented projects of Rt Hon Adekoya Adesegun (Attacker), who then won't want such continuity, I dare ask! The pride of Ijebus and Aremo Ebumawe of Ago-Iwoye did not rest on his oars of performance not to canvass for votes, which he is doing with ease presently among different groups, communities, pressure groups down to the electoral polling Booths with his ever mobile politically savy grassroots young team who always take delight in solidifying the campaigh with pomp and pagentry. This sterling performance of Rt. Hon. Attacker did not take its route from the second tenure, as a good number of his legacy projects were also implemented in the first tenure (2015- 2019). In his fairness thoughts as opposed to the propagandists, as an apostle of equity and fair distribution, he has carefully taken to the practical definition of politics as opined by Canadian- American political thinker - David Easton who sees politics as "authoritave allocation of resources", which is succinctly corroborates by Harold Lasswell's description of political science "as the study of who gets what, when and how". This reality could be said to have taken its toll on the political behaviors of the grassroots being visited in the ongoing campaigh for his reelection bid as the reactions of some of the visited rural communities with high electoral values even from his own Local Government like Osun Wards openly declared to increase their voters commitment which binds a new social contract (adehun) that Rt. Hon. Adekoya made as a commitment to fulfil their (communities) top written requests by the village heads, youth wings and women group ranging from good roads, maternity centre, network, boreholes etc. While the higly favored towns with projects like the 5 towns in Ijebu-Igbo are also warming up to increase their voting patterns in all their 158 polling BOOTHS as their still bersking in the better life that those completed project's had brought with a nearest hopes of completing the on-going ones in Atikori, Oke-Agbo, Oke-Sopin. Of course the home boy will forever smile home with the 86 polling booths in Ago-Iwoye. His one week long stay in Ijebu-East camapigh tour 3 weeks ago has attracted another invitation back to Ijebu-East this week to canvass Gbamugbamu, Ajebandele-Ijebu, Olorunpodo, Oloke-Alli, Ajelanwa, Orisunbare, Igbodu, J4-Inside etc villagers who are also ready to double their voting strength for more distribution of political gains and values . On the bigger picture, the on-going Imushin-Ajina Shopping Mall in Ita Nla, Ijebu-Imushin would be an ediffice to behold likewise the Jetty at Iwopin and another one at Oni, Ogun Waterside at completion, unfortunately the propagandists are not aware of the existence of all these. At this juncture, we should learn to call a spade a spade and not just a working tool, political reward can not be served alacarte rather the imputs are the votes which will determine the output of who gets what, when and how. During his first ballot under same party PDP, Hon Attacker showed his gratitude with empowerment programmes and project to iIjebu-Igbo when he won with 7,500; won with 277 in Ogun Waterside, but lost in Ijebu-East.. At the current second ballot, he won with 1,896 in Ogun Waterside and lost again in Ijebu-East which could have made some politicians to loose hope in Ijebu-East rather he ensure projects are sited in each 11 electroral wards in Ijebu-East among which are; Block of Classrooms in Moslem Primary School 1, Isapodo, Community Comprehensive High School, Isapodo, Ijebu-Ife, St' Brendan's High School, Ogbere, LG Pry School, Ajede, Moborode, Ogbere, Moslem Pry School, Ikija and the School Assembly Hall, Itele High School, Itele-Ijebu. Comprehensive Reconstruction of the Ilodo, Community Hall, Ilodo, Ijebu-Mushin, Modern Town Hall at Fotedo Imobi etc. No wonder the plethora of projects dishing out to Ijebu-East and Ogun Waterside keep increasing the intensity of voters readiness in these two LG to reward him with increased votes in each of their 154 and 126 polling Booths respectively .. The man is our pride in Ijebu-Igbo, Ijebu-East and Ogun Waterside, he is apparently not only useful for the children of the school going age, youths who has benefitted from his scholarships and trainings, women who were trained in divergent vocations and empowered, but also old ones who are gaining from his envelope gift to the aged. Conclusively, it is pertinent to establish the fact that CONSTITUENCY projects or Zonal Intervention are not automatic gifts from the National Assembly or Appropriation Dept..it takes an agile, forward looking, people orineted lawmaker like Attacker to seek to curry these public interventions to benefit his CONSTITUENTS via his town hall meetings and pre- project design stage consultation with stakeholders .. As a matter of commitment and because of the sound awareness that contest for projects, ATTACKER has brought to the good people of Ijebu-North/Ijebu-East/Ogun Waterside Federal Constituency unmatched projects in the anals of our historical representation. we make bold to reveal that 2023 budget had received substantial imputs which has been collated from the community leaders/ gatekeepers, opinion leaders and others stakeholders ,therefore, we strongly commend our people for being alert to their rights and privileges, shunning the naysayers who thought of remarketing our own Attacker but succeeded in selling Attacker to an already alerted electorates. GOD WILLING, META META FOR REAL!!! Oju ti la, Hired PROPAGANDISTS, your propaganda has backfired. Ago-Iwoye and Ijebu-Igbo will pay you back with an unprecedented Higher votes for ATTACKER as compensation for your outburst. People are wiser. Ijebu-North/Ijebu-East/Ogun Waterside Federal Constituents know their true friends and genuine lovers. *E ye se'ju s'ero, ero mo'bi ti won nlo.* Independent Campaign Group Ijebu North/Ijebu East/Ogun Waterside

PELICAN’S GREENISH ACRES FARM ESTATE ALERT CUSTOMER'S OF INCREASE IN PRICE Having announced the Government approval of Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate about three weeks ago, we have received many new smart subscribers who have keyed into our farm estate's Agricultural Investment Project Plan. As a delivering real estate company, we have started the implementation and execution of our approved layout on Greenish Acres Farm Estate, we have also successfully established the road networks and drainages within the estate to commence infrastructural development and site preparation for the coming planting season. As we speak all plots are readily accessible with registered beacons on the ground. According to the report signed by Ifeoluwa Daniel, Director of Operations, Pelican Valley Nigeria Ltd, Currently, we have about a thousand subscribers at the sister housing Estate, The Pelican Brief Estate, located at Kobape who are potential off-takers for the Greenish Acres farm estate, due to their proximity and investment values. Our records have shown that about 80% who had fully subscribed to our Greenish Acres Farm Estate, are dominantly our existing clients in Pelican Brief Estate and Pelican Valley. It's worthy of note that our Present demands from our existing client base at Pelican Brief outweigh the available plots in the new Greenish Acres Farm Estate due to the limited land size available to our disposal. We will be considering having phase two after we must have delivered on output value in this current phase, as we don’t want to rush into that yet. Given the above-mentioned and also our massive capital investments in Basic infrastructures in the Farm Estate as a result of the Clients financial commitment to over 70% of our lands at Greenish Acres Farm Estate, Kobape, there will be an upward review in the price of land in the Estate. This increase will be effective from the 14th of February 2023 The new rate is as follows; A plot of Land - ₦3,500,000 Development Levy - ₦250,000 Survey - ₦200,000 Legal and Documentation Fee- ₦50,000 Application form - ₦10,000 Total: ₦4,010,000 However, we are using this medium to implore our existing loyal client's at our Housing Estates, who are yet to secure their piece of Farmland in Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate not to delay any further, as we have some of them who are in the window period of subscribing to close their deal in time before the one-week price increase deadline elapse. Conclusively, I want to encourage our prospective clients that they can still benefit from the launching price of ₦3,500,000, as we will be increasing the price now which will be effective on the 14th of February 2023. We pledge our continuous effort to serve our clients better and give premium value and the highest return on investment for your investment with us.

REJECTION OF APPOINTMENT AND APOLOGY TO LEADERS AND ELDERS OF ALIMOSHO LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PDP) Prince Amb. (Dr) Adedipe Dauda Ewenla I am sorry to reject my appointment as the Chairman Atiku/Okowa Support group for the Atiku/Okowa Presidential campaign council (PCC) Alimosho chapter. I am ready to work for the progress and benefits of all our candidates especially Alhaji Atiku Abubakar the presidential candidate with or without any position. Which have been doing with my campaign group (Ewenla movement Group) I believe we cannot continue doing things the same way every four years and expect different results, It is not possible and I can see our people in Alimosho have not learnt from the past based on these campaign council (PCC) arrangements and they are not ready to change. Why are the same set of people everywhere both in the Governorship campaign council in Alimosho they are the ones In the Local government campaign council, as well in Lagos west Senatorial campaign council. 65% of these people are in the Alimosho Executives of the party and some leaders who are already occupied some position without functioning. Now the same set of people also here in Atiku Presidential campaign council (PCC) Why are they everywhere if they want to win the forthcoming elections? Or are they just everywhere to share these positions for themselves? Unfortunately the pre-inauguration meeting we held yesterday was ignored by large numbers of the so called members of council weren't on seat I think we need to help all our candidates by appointing new committed members who are ready to work and contribute positively both physically, financially, morally and spiritually to the party Why don't you encourage our past chairmanship, councilorship candidates/ aspirants and other vibrant members including the past House of Assemblies and House of honourable representatives, they are there without recognition and those are the people who can help the candidate to win the forthcoming election based on their financial strength, structures and political experiences apart from party structures. It should not be the same set of people holding positions everywhere. If this above observations can be corrected I am ready to function with the council for the success of the forthcoming election I hereby reject the appointment given to me I wish all our candidates and the party (PDP) best of luck God bless PDP Nigeria God bless PDP Lagos God bless PDP Alimosho *Prince Amb (Dr) Adedipe Dauda Ewenla*

Why Ago-Iwoye Patriots endorsed Honourable Segun Adekoya for his third term in the Green Chamber — The Patriots Why Ago-Iwoye Patriots endorsed Honourable Segun Adekoya for his third term in the Green Chamber. The English are very right, there can not be smoke without fire; in the same vein, the endorsement of Honourable Segun Adekoya for his third term in the House of Representatives by the Patriots is not without its reasons. “Ago- Iwoye Patriots“ is a group of Iwoye born professionals from all walks of life who honestly believe government transcends any parochial sentiment that good governance is a function of good representation; thus, dead set and hell bent on not just having their astutest hand in the Green Chamber but also their purest heart. For the purpose of clarity and avoidance of ambiguity we wish to plainly express before every Tom, Dick and Harry today the rationales behind our ardent and patriotic endorsement of Rt. Honourable Segun Adekoya. Why does Attacker remain our best bet? - Leverage of Coverage. Rt. Honourable Adekoya stands head and shoulders taller than anyone in the race, his wealth of coverage is simply nonpareil. Some called him Attacker because of his valour, some called him Thuraya because of his unfettered coverage; today, we all call him Star Boy because of his political trajectory and his exceptional achievements. Here is a man that was once a Councillor in Shomolu Local Government, a Vice Chairman in the same Council and the first Executive Chairman of Ketu-Kosofe Local Government; all in Lagos State. The Patriots in their collective wisdom then concluded, if we must continue to enjoy the cooperation of Lagos State in all our quests for development in the National Assembly, our best bet remains Rt. Honourable Segun Adekoya; the old interstate fox. Sure, a Representative’s home is not enough for him that wants an itch-free representation in the National Assembly but who among our candidates can brag the clout and coverage? A one time Personal Assistant to the Minister of State for Finance; two term Commissioner in the State; now Deputy Miniority Chief Whip in the Green Chamber. Shoe gets size!!! Certainly a powerful leverage beyond the reach of the green horns and political neophytes. Coverage is the anchor that holds any Representative to delivery; it is called know who and Attacker stands out. - Honourable Adekoya is an accredited worker. Honourable Segun Adekoya is an accredited worker, both his fans and foes have acknowledged his certified performance. While his fans called him Mr Project, his foes simply addressed him as a miracle worker. In the beginning they cried: Attacker can not but when Thuraya began to roll out projects like gyne laying eggs their music changed; then they cried: Attacker can not execute and when proposals began to leave intent to commission; they asked in shame: is he spending his money? Detractors’ hierarchy of fraustration!!! But the Patriots have helped them to complete their disjointed declaration and in the antithesis thereby decorated Rt. Honourable Segun Adekoya with their endorsement. The chauvinists asked in ignominy, is he using his money… and ask us to fill the gap. Trust the patriots to do the needful: is he using his money to fund all these monumental projects? …All these monumental projects are the essence of any Representative; Attacker has not only proved he knows what, he equally knows who and how. Is he doing them with his money can only be the sermon of the subjugated, the catechism of the vanquished, the dirge of the discomfited; even Jesus Christ said,“ I do not do anything in my name but all things in the name of my father that sent me“. Aremo has built us schools, he has tarred us roads and provided street lights; Attacker has given us Stadium and built us hospital; he has trained us and sent us on courses in far away Dubai; he has provided water and given us jobs; these are essence of Government and the reasons for our endorsement. If the dead endorsed, sure all our past heroes will equally endorse Rt. Honourable Segun Adekoya for his undaunted loyalty to their common ideology. No doubt Sir Solomon Osinmi Adesegun and Aare Jubril Martins Kuye will be smiling in their graves now for these wonderful achievements of Honourable Segun Adekoya and the Patriots zeal for continuous development. Today we walk tall, shoulders high and chests out knowing fully well that God is always on the side of the grateful; we cheerfully thank him for lifting us this high; we honestly promise not to let him down in every front. Love begets love, performance, performance. Attacker for third term…way to go; Attacker for third term…the only way to go. The Patriots p

A life coach can assist and encourage you, without passing judgement or feigning interest. They can help you perform at your fullest potential professionally, personally, and financially—such as helping you with your relationships, career, health goals, communication skills, debt, and spirituality. Still not convinced? Here are four reasons why you should think about having a life coach to help you realize your goals. 1. Provides Clarity and Direction The first thing a life coach is going to want to do is understand who you are and what you want. 2. Helps with Goal Setting Setting personal goals is not always easy, and long-term goals can be particularly difficult to visualize. 3. Provides Unbiased Feedback and Support Unlike a friend or family member, a life coach is there to help you in your personal growth journey by giving you true and honest feedback, free of any bias. In the process of working with your life coach, you’ll most likely be pushed to learn more about yourself than you would have normally. They’ll ask you questions you may not have thought of and provide you with deeper insight into your life and your aspirations. Here are just a few personal areas they can help you improve: Work performance Relationships Work-life balance Time management Communication skills 4. Holds You Accountable Let’s be honest, you might not reach your goals as often (or as quickly) as you would like—whether it be because you lose motivation, have trouble prioritizing, have limiting beliefs, or simply get distracted by the in’s and out’s of life. Hiring a life coach will help to ensure you get back on track if and when you falter or feel a lack of confidence. 2023: ‘Consider Our People’s Plights, The Need To Save Them,’ Toyin Amuzu Begs Amosun, Others The People’s Democratic Party, PDP House of representatives candidate for Abeokuta South Federal Constituency at the lower Chambers of the National Assembly, Chief Toyin Amuzu, TA, has appealed to renegades working against the interest of the party to allow peace to reign and join hands with the PDP for a victorious 2023. Amuzu urged the renegades to put the plights their constituency at heart and the need to be rescue them from the clutches of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC which has allegedly infested the country with poverty, insecurity and joblessness, among other ills. Chief Amuzu who stated this in Abeokuta, while reacting to the Court of appeal judgement in Ibadan which affirmed his candidacy as the authentic candidate of the PDP and struck out Mr Akeem Amosun’s case for lack of merit declared that nobody won or lost as it was a ‘no Victor no Vanquish’ situation. He appealed to Mr Akeem Amosun and all other genuine PDP members who are angry for one reason or the other to sheath their swords and embrace peace, as he is again putting forward his hands of fellowship as done at several times. Chief Amuzu said, “this is a time our people needs us more and the PDP must not disappoint. We need to work together and put right people that are passionate about doing good in positions of authority. It should not be about sentiment, but the will to want to change the tide and improve our society for the good of all”. According to him, “if it is to serve the people and there is no ulterior motive, we should put the people first in all our actions and consider their pains at this time and the need to save them from more hardship. As we know, it is only God that gives position to people at his chosen time”, Amuzu said. ” Akeem Amosun is my brother, politics aside. We would continue to appeal to them as we are committed to good governance and great impacts of change. We are prepared and capable, this you can see in our actions even without office or positions. We won’t relent to give succour to our people. As you know our focus is about creating a new life of opportunities to ensure we all rise together.”
