ksstroud:Thanks Kss ![]() |
Sapiosexuality:I promise not to forget the family and friends I have here. Best wishes from me to you. |
Udochee:Thank you very much Udo ![]() We travel the way together! Success to us! |
Sapiosexuality:Lol. Thanks Mr ![]() You are very naughty ![]() I mastered how to catch them ![]() |
Jazmiynne:Really, I don't know what to say right now ![]() Is it okay if I just smile ? ![]() Thanks hon. You know how to burst my brain Lol |
Jammiiee:If you have the power to make me, in absolute humility, I say I don't mind ![]() That is my calling ![]() I can work for free ![]() |
Babacele:Lol. I so so understand ![]() Wow! You still remember that stuff , you're a fantastic friend.I'll reply latest by 3rd. Haven't opened my email in a while but because of you, my senior friend, I will. Thank you plenty plenty in advance ![]() |
Sapiosexuality:Lol. When you said 'that's just like me too', why did you laugh like you don't trust yourself? ![]() Everyone sure has a price. I know the things I can fall for but money isn't one of them. I know it so so well. Money is the least thing anyone considering to lure me with, will win. My perception of money is so different from an average person's own. Bring sth else and the talk may be different. I don't claim the position of a saint but I'm far from being a demon ![]() |
Sapiosexuality:Lol. YES! ![]() I'm very bad when it comes to looking away from evil o. I have friends who have told me that if I become the chairperson of INEC, their political ambition will just die a natural death ![]() It's just me. |
TheBatman:To the best of my knowledge, they are one and the same |
cc150615:Hahahaha. cc, iz it me you are finishing like this Anyway, it's a matter of months before I know what really is obtainable because I was asked at the interview of what I will do if my superior increases interest rate on loan facility given to customers and if I notice my boss is engaged in fraudulent activities at the peril of the bank what will my reaction be?My responses to those was that I'll report it and that's truly me. I got hired. I'm not sure they expect anything different from me. |
Sapiosexuality:Lol. @consent of civil servants, are you sure? Hope you know civil servants aren't politicians? I know they say they are very corrupt but there's doesn't have a high undertone of ML. But I doubt. And very strongly too. |
kaboninc:Lol. Why do you wanna make me cry? I am saying I can catch the bad guys who think they are smart. Why don't you believe me? There's no way! Except the money isn't lodged in the bank or the proceed is too small, otherwise, it can be detected. The only problem I see here is with the prosecutors. At the end of the day if they do nothing then the reporting is useless. There are transactions sha that can be well disguised. For me personally, I know of an industry where MLers can hide and pretend as though their source of income is from that stuff. We have heard cases of guys who claim to be into import and export but if you look closely, what they import or export and what their account balance shows have no relationship. In all, if we really mean business, then launderers need to be brought to book. |
Jazmiynne:Lol. I should get!? Is somebody pursuing me from my house here If you build house and gift it to me, I'll not mind o. Just in case ![]() |
LastMumu:If this bad belle no show up for my office window, who will ![]() LM take your time o, I need to look into your dealings sef, this one you are opposing me like this! You must be hiding something in Ikoyi ![]() |
Jazmiynne:One thread about helping people move things into a new home or out of an old apartment. |
Sapiosexuality:You mean ML? Why do you say so? Is it because it is often concealed or because the connected and too rich are powerful and sometimes seen as being above the law? ML in the past thrived because it was somewhat difficult to track such stuff but right now, I can tell you that anyone that goes unreported is not because it wasn't seen but maybe deliberate effort was made not to report it. |
Jazmiynne:Lol. I love Compliance sha. I like the stories they tell and the hidden things they uncover. If I'm in that unit, I'll be seeing and whistle blowing things ![]() How you dey na? Your last mention was on haulage services abi na wetin you call me to come see that day again ![]() |
Hi TheBatMan, I see your quest for knowledge and well, that knowledge is not what you buy in a public forum and because of the kind of country we live in, some things are not taught generally. As an instance, no one comes to a public forum to ask to be taught "Bomb blasting 101". But that's not to say the information is hidden. The age we live in furnishes us with much more than we need. Well, you want to know about ML, I'll teach you as much as I think you should know. We spent two days on AML because it is very sensitive and trust me, with what we know, I want to tell you that you'll be caught if anyone is considering it. It's so easy to detect. And CBN and EFCC aren't smiling. (Pardon my use of abbreviations , that's how we code things now)ML is a derivative crime. There are some crimes referred to as predicate crimes, you can look them up. ML as you know is making illegal proceeds legal. A picture that comes to mind is proceeds gotten from drug trafficking for instance, 'washed' under a running tap to look clean and hung out to dry. There are many ways people previously wash their dirt in private and come out clean in public. You mentioned shell corporations, that's one. There are businesses too like real estate and ... okay, you don't need to know too much but like I said, it is an offence in Nigeria and it is punishable. Banking has evolved and is very regulated with watchdogs looking in regularly, it's not something anyone can cover unless, you connive with your account officer. KYC and KYCB alone can expose you. Once, suspicious activity or transactions are noticed on your account, they are to be reported within 24hours. Trust me, even the most popular breaking of proceeds into small units and put in different accounts in different banks to cover audit trail won't save a launderer. If anyone is offering to use your account to transfer funds, you better know where the money is from especially if the amount is larger than you normally have in your account. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. |
Dahveydson:Dave mo mehn! ![]() I've missed you plenty ![]() As my partner in crime, you need come be my accomplice in this underground runs cos I don't trust my village people's calendar, they may return at any time. I no get mind sha as you know so I'm trying to do my homework small small. Thanks for wishing me well .I will not bring shame to the family here ![]() Best wishes too to you. When will I see you on TV na? ![]() |
Let me hang around here for a bit. Keeping my thoughts to myself. |
I'm just seeing this thread through Godchild2015. Please briefly summarize what the request is for. I have not been following. |
It's fake. However, do your own due diligence and run a search on that address. For me, from the composition of that text, I say it's not genuine. |
Adewalefae:Oh boy, you harsh o! Take it easy, it's just a harmless request from the OP to the general public. |
OP, what's a first new generation bank again? Read your opening sentence in the body of your thread and correct the title. It will make better sense. Thanks. |
kaboninc:Lol. So you mean to say that it was you! smh Why did you refuse to answer? It's wrong of you not to have answered. |
