It means only current account holders can sign the reference form. Most salary accounts are current accounts but those ones aren't suitable. That's why they said current account holders but not salary account.

They'll fill a reference form at home or in their office. They're like guarantors, the bank need not see them in person except an issue arises otherwise their signature, name and account number is enough for the bank.

10:30am - Two slices of bread/toast with a cup of tea.
11:30am - Rest.
