Ribadu has never won an elective position. He got defeated by Hajiya Binani in the party primaries in Adamawa State and ended up playing anti-party by supporting Fintiri. In summary, he has never succeeded in winning a gubernatorial primary to be on the ballot in Adamawa State, not even when he decamped to PDP. He's a lightweight where Elrufai is concerned and is relying on Tinubu to make him President come 2027 while plotting to eliminate other strong Northern politicians from the political equation.

If Jonathan were to enter the race, Tinubu will come a distant third just like Elrufai said.

Morally flexible people just like Omojuwa below who switched loyalty to Uba Sani as soon as Elrufai stepped down. The said aide worked with Elrufai for 8 years as Political Adviser and DG Campaign and he didn't resign. He's also from Southern Kaduna. He's now an appointee under Uba Sani so we understand that he has defend his food. Everything Elrufai has ever said or done are a matter of public record from the horse's mouth, including this so-called allegation of paying bandits.

The signs are there. Very soon, Wike will claim he made Tinubu president. He supported Jonathan in 2015, why didn't he succeed in retaining him? The data shows that the North made Tinubu president in 2023 with 5.6m votes. He was rejected and he failed woefully in the South including in Lagos. Tinubu still won't win the South in 2027 and he has lost a huge chunk of the Northern votes.

Helinues, tell Wike to keep his advise to himself. Jonathan will run in 2027 and if he loses, he can still try again in the future. There's no shame in that. Afterall, Tinubu is far older than Jonathan and he still wants to seek reelection.

All because he now has an appointment under Uba Sani as DG of Kaduna Media Corporation. Who's to say he won't turn against Uba Sani tomorrow if a new boss gives him a job? Exactly. Sanwo-olu was ostracised and cast aside because he wasn't hardline enough. That was why Obasa's impeachment was overturned. Tinubu clearly likes and supports the antics of thugs and "strongmen" like Wike. Expect other APC states to pick up on this. Someone is desperate but his fate in 2027 is inevitable.

The Southwest as a region will struggle for many years to recover from the damage that Tinubu is doing to their reputation because the next president to carry out this payback on them will enjoy unprecedented support from the rest of Nigerians.

All that media show-off of organising events to parade released victims of kidnapping seemed too artificial and off. Security should not be politicised and there should be sincerity and transparency in the fight against banditry if Nigeria is to make progress.

If someone within the government is seeking a portfolio to use as a launchpad to launch a presidential ambition, they should ask the president for another portfolio that is not too critical to lives. Running propaganda with security can never end well.

Whataboutism. Assuming but not conceding that this is the case, Buhari got the bulk of his votes from the North. Did the South or even Lagos vote Tinubu? Anyway, he should get ready to collect his votes from the Southwest. Come 2027, there will be no 5.6m Northern votes waiting for Tinubu to come and collect.

It has been proven time and time again. Southern Kaduna voted overwhelmingly for Peter Obi in 2027 while the Muslims splitted their votes between Tinubu and Atiku. Obi came a distant third behind Tinubu and Atiku. Go look at the numbers. Elrufai also ran a muslim-muslim ticket to test this theory and he won with over a million votes. He even did it twice because Uba Sani also ran on muslim-muslim ticket. Why is there no outcry in Plateau state where the governor ran on a Christian-Christian ticket despite the significant Muslim population and history of religious conflict in the state? At the end of the day, it's more about politics than it is about religion. CAN has always been politicised right from the time of Oritsejafor.

CAN is now a political party. Even Bishop Kukah is now a Federal government appointee and a defacto spokesman for Tinubu. He was very fierce in his criticism of Buhari. It's now obvious that all they wanted was settlement, Just like Elrufai said.

Elrufai showed no favoritism, he "hated" everyone equally. Like he said yesterday, Elzakzaky and his Islamic movement were not Christians. They hate him too for reasons known by all and sundry. Muslim-Christian crisis and waylaying and killing of innocent commuters used to be rife in Kaduna long before Elrufai became governor. He ended it with an iron-fist. They knew he wasn't bluffing so they hated him for it. You may hate his method but it was all about picking your poison. Someone had to do it. Elrufai just happened to be "that guy".

Under Uba Sani, the right to peaceful assembly is now under threat. Holding a party meeting is not unconstitutional and the government shouldn't be sending thugs to disrupt the event just to prove to Tinubu that he can deliver Kaduna to him come 2027. Tinubu clearly likes and encourages leaders with thug-like and dictatorial tendencies like Okpebholo, Wike, Obasa and Co. Expect other APC leaders to start adopting similar stance. 2027 can't be won by might. The people's votes will count.

APC are clearly rattled. Keyamo wants the best for PDP so he's advising them on the choice of candidates they should and shouldn't field.

Is the APC Forum in charge of North Central Nigeria? This is peak foolishness.

Because he singlehandedly declared 2 million votes in a LG election that was largely boycotted under the protection of a sole administrator appointed by Tinubu, he now thinks he can call the shots in other states of the federation and make Tinubu win his re-election? Time is a gentleman.

Ganduje himself is a highly respected member of APC., we however, do not know or cannot confirm if this former aide is still speaking for him. Regardless, he has a right to voice out his opinion and no one will cancel him. We are in a democracy.

Lol. Okay, now explain why attempts are being made to cancel Aregbesola, Fayemi as well as other Yoruba supporters of Obi and terming them betrayers. Explain why Osinbajo has been turned into a persona non grata in the Southwest by Yoruba supporters of the president. Aren't we in a democracy or it only applies when a Northerner is involved? The North now sees through you all.

How old are you? Why not ask Ribadu whether the deputy governor of a state enjoys immunity? Elrufai does not ha e immunity currently, what's stopping him?

So says the average Southwesterner today. Is it because he's ready to kill his own people to have his way? That is not politics. You people are fast unravelling before the eyes of the rest of Nigerians.

Would he have been able to do this without the declaration of state of emergency in Rivers state by Tinubu? Fubara was almost sending him to oblivion. This goes to show that the madness going on in Rivers is being engineered by the president for his own selfish interest only. It was never about security. Notwithstanding, Tinubu will still not succeed in bullying the whole country to be declared president in 2027. Nigeria is bigger than that and this is desperation, not political sagacity.

The media will fail to suppress this because he's a prominent figure. Insecurity is still rife across the country, especially in the North. Paying media houses to suppress the news is equivalent of putting bandage over a bullet wound.

Tinubu is using Wike to ensure that PDP does not field a candidate in 2027. Whether Obi or GEJ. What is he afraid of? I thought they said he is loved by Nigerians? Anyways, heads or tail, "The guy is gone" come 2027.

Same Wike fought Umahi and Ayade until they decamped to the APC. He has now gone to meet them there, albeit while disguising to still be in the PDP.
