Very poor attention to details from a presidential media handle. How can Lokoja-Abuja road, Benue-9th Mile, Bama-Dikwa road and Maiduguri-Damaturu road be listed under Northwest project? It's called stats padding and dishonesty. Besides, these are all Buhari’s projects and next to nothing have been added to these projects by Tinubu. Nepotism is one he'll of a drug and it shows no Northerner is among the media aides of the president. No wonder they schemed Ajuri Ngelale out. Even the Southwest projects listed there dishonestly excluded Lagos when the whole outcry is about Lagos and the skewness of projects in the first place. Or do we all now agree that Lagos is no-mans-land |
Lol. Embarrassing. There is usually panic from the villa boys whenever Elrufai makes an appearance on TV. They may deny it but it has happened time after time. This was an attempt at damage control and to show that the President has not been biased in favour of Lagos. It was a PR disaster and it failed woefully.
|
Enice:Lol. They are not meant to arrest him, we are not in a dictatorship. They should rather sue him if they think he's lying. We have seen Ribadu threaten many with lawsuits in the past, e.g Kano state deputy governor and Hajiya Na'ajatu Muhammed. |
seunmsg:Quoted again for posterity. These madness that you Southwesterners are enabling and applauding in a bid to have Tinubu run unopposed will come back to haunt you. The madness of an election that took place in Rivers over the weekend is reminiscent of the worst years of PDP but you are fine with it. Posterity is not on your side and Tinubu will still not win his re-election in 2027. Buhari is clearly a better leader and democrat than Tinubu can ever hope to be. |
Elrufai has said he has evidence and dared them to disprove him. He should have been sued instead of this watery rebuttal but they wouldn't dare. Elrufai always published monthly security incident report as governor of Kaduna, hence why it always seemed like insecurity was rife. He never paid media houses to suppress news as is obviously now the case. He ran an open government and everything was transparent. The current one is a master of propaganda and paying social media influencers to peddle lies and disinformation and do image laundering. Case in point, the 300-bed specialist hospital in Kaduna state commissioned by Tinubu that has turned out to be a ruse with rented ambulences and hospital equipment. There are several others. |
Agbadorians are now recycling months old news to further their propaganda. Lol. When the coast is clear for Obi to be President, he will run for 2 terms. |
gassbee:Lol. The numbers are there for the deeply discerning. Tinubu cannot win the election in 2027 even if he rigs. He has no pathway to victory. Just wait till late 2026 and watch as events unfold. |
micxwell:But he isn't relying on God. He's actively laying the foundation in place to rig the election come 2027 but he'll be disappointed. Was it God that made Tinubu and Wike declare over 2 million votes in the Rivers LG election that the people of Rivers boycotted? |
The Op is clearly a paid hack for Mattawale, the Defence Minister but ironically, he seems not to know that the insecurity is an indictment on his paymaster. Are governors now in charge of security or is the insecurity in Zamfara now being politicised by those who should be solving them just to gain cheap political points? |
Nothing to see here. It's Reno Omokri, the pen-for-hire and attack dog. In the end, it's just a morally bankrupt man trying to feed. I guess the end justifies the means. Spits. |

erad:Oh, so it's okay for a mentee to go rogue and betray his mentor as long as it isn't within a month? Tinubu’s own is okay because his mentees didn't betray him within a month. Okay. |
epainos:The following Tinubu's mentees also went rogue according to you lots. Osinbajo, Ambode, Aregbesola, Fayemi, Sanwo-olu, etc. The difference is that you lot termed them betrayers instead of calling Tinubu a terrible mentor as you are now doing. Hypocrisy. |
tfelicityk:Are you sure? Fubara was a betrayer to you lot but Uba Sani is a hero for doing the same to his boss. Continue. With Fubara, Tinubu had to forcefully intervene by declaring a State of Emergency in Rivers and empowering Wike to conduct a shambolic election all in the guise of structure. But the same Tinubu is openly encouraging Uba Sani and even engineered the rift between them. Yet you wonder why no one takes you all seriously.
|
abiolert2:You are arguing with someone perched somewhere in a dingy hut in Ogbomosho. It's sad seeing how the SW is trading national goodwill for one man who only has his selfish interest as priority. Just look at what they are rationalising all in the guise of he's my tribal man. |
Adetunde876:The only people saying Tinubu will win on social media always have names sounding like yours. Ever asked yourself why? |
zero8zero:Of course. We all saw how APC came first in yesterday's LG election in Rivers state. Why not go ahead and swear Tinubu in then? Lol. |
Because unless betrayed, the words of a Northerner is bond. It was payback. |
Dead on arrival. Is Tinubu running a "Southern" government or a Lagos-centric government? The same North you seek to vilify gave Tinubu 5.6m votes to make him president. The South didn't vote Tinubu. He only won 4 states in the Southwest plus Rivers state under questionable circumstances. By 2027, nothing much will change in the South but there will be no 5.6m Northern votes. |
Ttalk:Lol. Tinubu has no pathway to reelection. It will become clearer heading into 2027. Just wait and see. |
The paid articles are now on overdrive. None of these shenanigans will save you come 2027. |
BATified2023:Why didn't Hope Uzodinma and David Umahi deliver their state to Tinubu in 2023? They won their reelection comfortably yet lost their states in the presidential to Peter Obi. Care to explain why? |
Lol. The jokes write themselves. Opeifa, another uncouth a.reaboy and product of n.epostism under who's watch trains are derailing. Tinubu has the most overbloated cabinet in the history of the country but filled with so much incompetence. I thought they sold him as having the ability to identify talents during the electioneering campaign? This goes to show that he was only claiming the legacies of others who did the hardwork. |
RealityKings1:Continue to bury your head in the sand. The people of Rivers State boycotted the sham of an election.
|
What good is structure if the people are not with you? The people of Rivers State boycotted yesterday's election in a clear message to Wike and Tinubu. You can't buy love neither can you copy respect. With Fubara and his men abstaining from yesterday's election, the peace between Wike and Fubara is akin to that of a graveyard. Tinubu still has his work cut out for him in the Southsouth. |
yarimo:Lol. Can you kindly share the ones taken during "official time"? We are yet to see the result from even one polling unit even though the APC was the only party on the ballot. They are still doctoring the figures. Embarassing. By the way, neither Fubara nor any of his allies turned up to vote during the sham of an election. Is that a sign of things to come? Tinubu had better extend the State of Emergency. It's not looking good for Tinubu in the entire Southsouth right now. Forget the defections and declaration of state of emergencies. The coast is still not clear yet for Tinubu, even in the South. |
yarimo:True. They showed their happiness by coming out enmass to vote for Wike and his selected appointees during the LG election overseen by the military sole administrator imposed upon them by Tinubu.
|
helinues:Helinues, Wike may not be the RO but he singlehandedly appointed the RO. Tell him to tell the RO to release the results. After the edits of course. This was how polling units were like during the election. Rivers people spoke out loud and clear. I thought you all claimed that Tinubu has the Southsouth on lockdown? Tinubu only has half of his Southwestern base in his grip. He has no pathway to re-election.
|
This was how happy the people of Rivers State were and this was how they identified with the election. Wike is fast running out of leverages and needs the SOE lifted even more than Fubara. He's under immense pressure.
|
In one breadth the police claimed Elrufai brought thugs to attack himself and in the same breadth, claim the matter is still under investigation. State institutions are becoming partisan and compromised. This is a dangerous turn of events under a clearly desperate despot. Kaduna is a very fragile and volatile state and this should not be happening. The right to assemble is a constitutional right that should be protected and respected. |
