.Ricardo Kaka never played in Britain but speaks English fluently, same as Toni Kroos, Maurice Köeman, Pep Guardiola, Jüergen Klop(before they came to England), in fact Klop's accent is very good it is hard to tell if it is German or American accent. Most Dutch and German players speak good English because they have English as a major language course in their respective countries.
