Though it initially used to be heaven because the last thing I wanted to do, was to end up in hell. But when I began to walk with God and got to know Him, I was like, what?

Is this what I have been missing all this while?

To be honest, I wish I had gotten to know Him much much earlier, and if possible all through my whole life, because God is the best thing that I had ever known and the best thing that had ever happened to me, past, present and even future.

And that is not flattery by any means, infact it's a huge understatement, as mere words cannot even describe Him. He's just too good to be true.

And I began to see why those that truly got to know Him in the past, wouldn't trade Him or His position for anything else, but would do or give anything to keep Him, because God just too much, walahi. So once you truly get a taste of Him, you'd never want to let Him go, because you become hooked for life, and just can't get enough of Him.

So despite that God wasn't my original my target, having come to know Him, He has won over my heart, soul and mind, that my target is now to please Him and be as close to His heart as possible.

That's why my target is no longer heaven, but He who dwells in it.

I have written a lot of messages that touched the lives of many and delievered souls but this particular one is directed to you who is very closer to God and may not feel there's any room for the devil to track you down.

I gave my life to Christ in my early days. And had a passion to spread the gospel far and wide. I may say that almost all the media to preach the gospel has been used. And because evangelism is what gives me joy , it brought me closer to the point of interrupting with different kinds of people ( both white and black ) . This my passion for souls and holiness pushed me to the point of writing a book yet to be published. Married people , single folks , children , and the aged are all beneficiaries of the good work the Lord is doing. My prayer is that the Lord do for you more and more than He has done for me. But what brought me your way this time ? It is : *THE MYSTERY OF INIQUITY THAT ALREADY WORKS* . The bible let us know in ( 2 Thessalonians 2 : 7a) that there is a mystery of iniquity working in our days. What is that mystery of iniquity ? I will tell you.

With the little of experience I have , many who were so zealous and fervent for God are now so losed and turned aside to satan. Dear reader , my youth leader when I was in Deeper Christian Life those days was my role model. I always wanted to be like him because of the way he disciplined himself and quoted scriptures with accuracy and precision. He taught the bible and broke the book of Daniel and Revelation in a systematic expository manner. He was so so strong that all my heart desires and aspiration was to be like him .. but do you know what ? HE WAS SECRETLY SLEEPING WITH A NEW CONVERT OF OUR CHURCH. A soul that the two of us laboured on for God to be glorified. I was very much shocked when I eventually saw it with my eyes. He went further and further and now he has left the church , staying together with his girlfriend that he never paid a dime on.

Not only that , there was another strong and spirit - filled sister that we had in the same church. She was a prayer warrior and an evangelist. She can sing and dream dreams that come to pass. She was one of the back bones of the church those days. Her life challenged me to join the church as well. I was looking up to her . *But* little did I know that she was sleeping with guys around . She even dated a muslim guy during those days. After sunday service she goes straight to her boyfriend's room to enjoy sex. She is currently pregnant for a young guy who didn't pay a dime on her.

I have met a lot of people who were used by God in different ministries but have left the faith for this boyfriend and girlfriend relationship. You will hear that a sister was committing abortion and died in the course. Some went out of the church and married elsewhere without the consent of the church , their marriages lured them away from the grace of God. Some will divorce their spouses and still be coming to church. I have seen two sisters in the same choir fight after church service for a reason you will laugh . I have seen a church worker go straight to drink alcohol right after church. A search the scripture teacher got angry and left the church one sunday morning. I have seen church members poisoned their pastor . A lot has been going on in the church of Christ without any action from His people. I have seen pastors' children possessed by evil spirits and till today their deliverances are not complete. You will see them nicely in the church but marine spirit is using them. Talking about witches and wizards , we cannot count them. Revival doesn't go on after fasting and praying for it. Pastors who were on fire for God have dwindled in a matter of time. The altar is no longer burning but the people are comfortable.

But what is my bone of contention ? It is the agender of the devil upon the youths in holiness churches of the last days. Listen carefully : in my research , I have found out that every brother in the church has his favourite sister he spends time on phone with and every sister has her special taste of a brother. You will see a brother very zealous but eventually give up on the way one way or the other. He may have his own reasons for falling into sin. The sister may be beautiful but get closer to her and you will be asking yourself whom to marry as a brother. The church is defiled with immorality among the youths. Almost all the youths have secret sins they are battling with. Some who know that fornication is sin will not accept proposals from sin partners but will make casual friends with them thinking they can endure or control themselves and keep holiness which eventually turns to ruin of their christian carriers in ministry. Some brothers are secretly admiring and lusting after sisters uncontrolably. They go to the church committee out of lust and marry problems that had I known becomes their song for morning devotion. Sisters have their scale of preferences wishing to marry one particular brother and until that brother comes ' every other brother is disqualified before the marriage commitee. Brethren , there's filthiness in the house of God ! No one is to be trusted anymore with what is happening. I do not have anyone in mind before writing this because it has been my yearning to let the church know the anarchy that is looming.

Now , how did the mystery of iniquity set inn ? Holy brethren are there in the church. And they are moving everyday saving souls , praying , fasting and watching pulling down the strongholds of the devil. They occupy facebook and whatsaap with rapture , hell , heaven , tribulation , judgment , resurrection , calvary , salvation and many other messages to touch lives and save souls. The old men and women have given up because of weaknesses in their physical bodies. So the devil said NO ! I wouldn't sit back and watch these young folks snatch souls from my hostage. So he started with a plan. And what was that plan ? *STRONG LUST , LONELINESS , SEXUAL ATTRACTION, LAZINESS , SORROW , DEPRESSION AND HURT* should be sent to these young men and young women so they could be lethargic and weak. Let them spend much time on facebook and whatsaap whenever their feeling lonely. Let them engage themselves in foolish talks on phone when they are feeling boring. Let them laugh and talk with their unbelieving friends rather than praying. Let them feel lazy to read the bible and meditate. Let them feel tired after work or school so they can't pray long before sleeping. Let them neglect advice and counsels from men of God. And by that , WE can gain full access to operate in their lives. Our young men will then go and be - friend them , and draw their attentions from the word that sets free. They will engage them to talk more on phone than expected. By doing that even if they go to church and heard the word of God , vain talking will make them feel empty again. Just like the bible says in (1 Timothy 5:13) that " *They learn to be idle , wondering about from house to house ; and not only idle but tattlers also and busy bodies , speaking things which they ought not*". Let them spend almost all their time on unecessary things then we will begin to strike them one by one. Let them fall without rising , and if possible , kill them.

This is where the mystery of iniquity enters. When they fall , they'll like to still maintain their positions in the church so they will cover their sins. I will harden their hearts not to confess. Some will no longer preach the word to pave way for us to move on. Capture as many as you can. Let them be lusting after you. Let them feel like having sex with you. Let them be off track but active in church. Give them pressure to marry you . Try every means to win their hearts . Sleep with them and pollute their minds to always think about you. Let them be dying for you. A lot of them will not be able to stand your charming attraction. Let them obey your voice only. Put prayer far away from them. We shall win them.

Beloved , this is the vision of the devil upon the holiness youths. 90% of them are gone already. The devil is working mysteries in the house of God. That is why the church is not moving forward. Many are rising and falling just because of spiritual blindness. They are lying down in spiritual coma. But one thing the bible said is that " *ONLY HIM THAT WILL LET WILL LET , UNTIL HE BE TAKEN AWAY CAPTIVE BY THE DEVIL*( 2 Thess 2:7b). It means if you will allow it , then the mystery of iniquity will not work in your life.

SEAL THE PORES and be prayerful. Cancel all unnecessary calls and chattings. Friendship with the world is enmity with God. Satan wants to destroy you. Read the bible and pray everyday. Be a practising christian - not only a hearer. The time has come for you to align your priorities. Have time for God more than whatsaap and facebook. If you want to be a strong. CHRISTIAN YOU MUST BE A STRONG PREACHER , AND A PRAYER WARRIOR. SATAN IS NOT AFRAID OF HOW POWERFUL YOU ARE BUT HOW UNDEFILED YOU ARE. *WHAT I SAY UNTO YOU , I SAY UNTO ALL ... WATCH !!!!!

"You should know by now that God hates divorce". "Yes I know, but this woman is just a pack of trouble and bad luck, and I cant cope with her anymore." "This man is nothing but an idiot, and I regret ever marrying him, but it's over for good."

The above scenario is sadly a very common occurrence in many marriages today. That's why one needs to be very careful and seek the face of God before jumping into marriage. But bear in mind that marrying in the will of God does not automatically guarantee a problem-free marriage. Misunderstanding is bound to happen as long as two people from different backgrounds, with different ideas and opinions are trying to blend together as one in everything. There must be misunderstanding at one time or the other, but how long it is left unsettled is what causes problems in marriages.

Have you found yourself in the kind of scenario described above and you are already contemplating divorce? Please pause a little and hear what God has to say. Mark 10:11-12 says, "So he said unto them, Whoever divorces his wife, and marries another, commits adultery against her". And if a woman divorces her husband, and marries another, she commits adultery". Luke 16:18 and Matt 19:9 also says the same thing. And where do adulterers go to? Heaven? The last time I checked, their destination has not changed. It's still hell.
So, as a Christian, if you must divorce your spouse, then remain unmarried, otherwise, you are committing adultery. It's the bible that said so, not me.

That your marriage is shaking does not mean it should be left to collapse, there are still measures you can take to build it stronger than it was.
The number one thing is to check yourself first before putting all the blame on your spouse. Make sure the problem is not from you. If it's from you, make the necessary amends if you want your marriage to work.

And if it's from your spouse, sit him or her down and talk it over, don't assume they know what they are doing is wrong. So, talk about it and don't keep quiet until it breaks your marriage. If he or she refuses to change, do your best to adjust to the situation in question if possible. As you are trying to adjust, also keep praying because there's power in prayer, and there's nothing prayer cannot change.

Also, endurance and sacrifice are two things you cannot ignore if you want your marriage to work. You never can tell, God may be testing you through your spouse, endure it. If you endure till the end of that test, you will see the sweetness that will come out of that bitter experience.

Finally, whatever sacrifice you need to make to see your marriage work, make it and save your marriage, as long as it doesn't go against the word of God. A marriage where none of the spouse is ready to sacrifice their own pleasure and comfort is bound to fail, it's just a matter of time.

And I will not forget the most important thing, LOVE. Show him or her love. Love is not all about what you feel for someone. It's all about your actions towards them. Dont let your marriage hit the rock, rather, build it on the Rock (Jesus). Divorce is not, and can never be an option!

This, right here, is the very definition of faith as opposed to what many think faith is supposed to be — an order-and-takeout process to our desires. It takes patience to unlock your miracle.

So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham — Galatians 3:9

Patience, coupled with faith are truly virtues we cannot ignore if we are to get what we desire from God.

My charger has been misbehaving for sometime now. So I decided to charge my battery with a desktop charger. But whenever I finish fixing it and want to plug it on the socket, it will scatter, and I will start all over to fix it again. I did this for so many times and got tired and frustrated. I was so angry with this desktop that I felt like shattering it on the wall, but it looked as if something held me back. Then I went to keep it, but instead of keeping it gently as I was supposed to, I threw it on the floor.
Immediately, a thought dropped into my heart, and I said to myself, look at how angry I am with an ordinary desktop, that I felt like destroying it. When I was still in my sins, and even now that I am born again, how many times have I offended God, and after correcting me I will still go back to the same thing over and over? But God never gave up on me. He did not throw me away or allow the devil to destroy me because of my sins. He still protects me, still cares for me. He was patient with me and held on , knowing that one day, I will realize my sin and surrender to Him, which I did.
What is that thing you have decided to give up on out of anger or frustration?. One thing you should know is that the devil is not happy when he sees you holding on in that situation, he wants to see you frustrated, and out of frustration walk out on what God has planned for you.
It could be that marriage that seems it's not working. It could be a health challenge, joblessness, childlessness, delay in getting married, etc. You might have held on for so long, waiting for God to intervene. But now it seems you are getting tired and frustrated, and the only thing your heart is telling you now is to give up and go seek for solution elsewhere, or to sell your dignity to get that job or get that thing. God is saying 'hold on'.
Many people have left their position just few minutes to the time God intended to visit them. The devil lures them away with the lies of having solution to their problems faster than God. Therefore, they end up missing their miracle at the last minute. God has a set time for everything, including the time He has purposed to visit you in that situation. Make sure you don't miss His visitation by giving up at the last minute. Just hold on firmly, He is faithful that has promised. Psalm 37:7a says "Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him".

Everyone has a right to express his or her opinion on any issue, including Budaatum, so why crucify her because she goes with an opinion that you do not endorse?
Secondly, the rate at which you rain insults on people here just because they criticized you is alarming and unbecoming of a true Christian. Christ and the Apostles never behaved this way and a true Christian shouldn't.
You are only telling people that you don't practice what you preach. One of the attributes of a little child is humility like the bible made us to understand which you also mentioned in one of your threads, and it is also manifested in accepting criticism.
Where is the humility as a child of God if you should haul back insults at everyone that speaks against you? Calling people names like dead brain, lifeless, foolish, etc, haba!! it's just not right. Topic reminds me of the late Myles Munroe aka The Man of Purpose. This is one of my favourite subjects — purpose. The rewards and benefits of walking in the will and purpose of God for one's life are great and unimaginable, but the result of not walking in them or deviating from them is disastrous, sadly.

A personal goal of mine is always to be found in the center of God's will and purpose whatever the cost because I know that there is where I am fruitful and complete. Outside that lies barrenness.

A potter does not waste his time and clay making vessels not meant for any purpose. And just like a potter makes different vessels for different purposes, so has God made everyone of us for different purposes. Every vessel made by a potter has a purpose it is meant to serve.
It is left for us to discover that purpose we were created to serve. People leave this planet earth on daily basis without fulfilling the purpose for which they were created, while some are busy serving another purpose which they were not created for. You can imagine using a parker to sweep when it is meant to park dirt, you will only be wasting your precious time until you use the right thing created for that purpose, which is a broom.
So has many of us left the purpose we were created to serve and are killing ourselves trying to serve a purpose we feel is better or more honourable. If for example you were called to be just an evangelist, but you decided to be a pastor because the office of a pastor is more honourable and more beneficial, you may be working for God, but you are not actually fufilling your purpose, and that is where your blessing lies.
You will see doors open on its own accord and too much struggles end when you are where you should be, serving the right purpose you were meant to serve.
The big question is, have you discovered the purpose for which you were made? And how do we discover it? We need to go back to our Maker, the Potter that made the vessel, He knows what He made it for. Tell Him to show you what He wanted to use you for that made Him create you. If you have discovered your own, serve the purpose faithfully. In conclusion, being in the right place you are meant to be, at the right time, doing the right thing you are meant to do, will bring the right result.

This is a deep question question. But I'll have to diverge from everyone and choose the Pencil for 5 reasons.

1. Without the pencil there is no drawing.

2. Without the pencil, the idea if the artist don't come alive.

3. Without the pencil there will be no beauty to appreciate.

5. The pencil makes an artist. The artist didn't make the pencil.

So is the relationship between us and God.

Without man there's no God. God exist because man gave birth to it. The secret and beauty God is each of us. The day we start listening to people who's perspective of God differs from us is the day we realize the pencil makes an Artist.

Says who? Any Artist is capable of drawing a very beautiful picture even on the ground without a pencil. So a pencil does not and cannot make an artist. An artist is an artist anytime even without the pencil. This unarguably counters your number 1-5 in relation to God and man.
And I wonder what made you think that without man, there's no God and God exist because man gave birth to it. God has been God even before He created man. His creating man is not what made Him become God. Man was the last thing He created, whom He put in charge of everything He has created to take care of them.
It's just like saying a child existed before his parents did, and without the child, there's no parents. What a fallacious argument!

What is a wage? Like most of us already know, a wage is the reward or payment you get as a result of a work you have done. It's the salary you are entitled to as a worker.
So whatever work we do, there's surely a wage for it. And the kind of work you do determines the kind of wage you will receive. Knowing there's a wage for every work, it's left for us to choose what kind of work we do, so we can get a good wage.
Every kind of life we live on earth has wages, if you are living in sin, it has wages, if you are living in righteousness, it has wages too. But what could their wages be?
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23)
In the world today, people engage in all kinds of sin and atrocities without being aware of the wages, while some are aware, but don't care about the wages. For those that don't know, or for those that know but don't care, this is still a reminder.
Death may not mean physical death, though physical death is inclusive because people engage in all kinds of sinful lifestyles that is capable of claiming their lives. For example, if one is involved in fornication or adultery, it could lead to contracting deadly diseases which could lead to death. And if a lady decides to abort, it may also lead to death if something goes wrong, therefore death is the wages of that fornication or adultery.
But the most dangerous one is the spiritual wages of sin, that is, spiritual death. No one wants to spend eternity in hell, but that is surely the spiritual wages of sin which is inevitable if one fails to make the right choice of spending eternity in heaven while on earth by living a life that pleases God. Choose wisely!

So when it happens that not just one but two atheists confirmed their conversion to Christ on the same day and both of them were attributed to the jesusjnr that most Christians here disapproved of, then you would know that it could never be by coincidence.

Sorry Amy, but i must needs disagree with your submission that the popular saying that "the way you are dressed is the way you will be addressed" also applied to God, for that saying is a hundred percent manmade and has absolutely nothing to do with God

Unless you are at the same time countering this saying of God to Samuel his prophet, "man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart,".

For that saying of God is actually being justified by this saying of man that "the way a man is dressed, is the way he will be addressed", for man judges and addresses people based on the outward appearance and the way they are dressed.

But Jesus said:

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. John 7:24

So in while in the instance of God and Samuel, it was God telling man the way that He judges, this was Jesus His only begotten telling mankind, that that they should not judge man by the outward appearance or the way that a man is dressed, even as man judges, but that they should judge righteous judgment even as God judges which is based on the heart.

And how to know what is in a man's heart is via his speech, actions, and decisions, for it's out of the abundance of a man's heart that a man talks, walks, and takes decisions.

So God has never judged any man based on the way he dresses with respect to himself, but it's only with respect to his fellow man that makes God to have any consideration for how a man dresses.

For it was never God's intention in the first place that man puts on dresses, but the only reason dresses came into the equation was when lust came into the equation, for that's the only reason that made God to have to dress man up, as it was only with respect to his fellow man, to limit the damage that lust could bring.

Moreover I see it as demeaning, and also unfair to use prostitutes to depict a mode of dressing in the respect of God, for if so, then we would all be prostitutes or even worse when we bath alone naked in our bathrooms, but are yet singing praises to God, for maybe we should instead bath with our clothes on?

But we don't have to because God truly doesn't judge us by the way we are dressed or our outward appearance but on the state of our heart.

Hence if we want to talk about dressing, let's only put it in the respect of lust being a factor in man's judgment, just as God did in the beginning, but never in the respect of God.

I doubt if you really read that verse of the Bible or read my post very well. What I actually wanted to point out is what God meant when He said that He does not look at the outward appearance.
The outward appearance God is referring to here is the physical qualities of a man, just like Samuel wanted to anoint Eliab because of his physical qualities, thinking that this must be God's chosen because of how huge and handsome he was, but God told him that He looks on the heart, not outward or physical qualities. He was by no way referring to dressing or to how Eliab was dressed.
If you think there's nothing wrong with indecent dressing because God is concerned with only our hearts, then check yourself, because even the society condemns it in theory, and morality requires that you dress properly.
A lady dresses up, leaves some part of her cleavage open, with her thighs bare, and a mini skirt that even reveals her undies, and is walking about with it, and even goes to church with it. What is actually on the person's heart? Nothing? Such a person's heart can not be pure for God to look on her heart and say "yes this is my child, she has a clean heart, and that's what I'm after". The only thing she had in her mind for dressing that way is to seduce men to run after her and nothing less. So her thoughts also manifested in her dressing, not just her speech or actions.
