I'm very sure a Christian didn't write this ![]() Imagine the early Christians running to their government to save them from persecutors. Doesn't add up! |
Wilgrea7:Lol I've never called myself a Calvinist funny enough but I subscribe to these truths ^^^ and believe they are scriptural cos I see them in all pages of my Bible. ![]() You can check all my threads and future threads and if possible my posts for my views (not my views tho). For now this. thread is about TULIP. btw, are you a Calvinist? |
oruma19:It depends on the blessing we are talking about. The thread isn't about "sun shining on everyone" but God giving some eternal life through Jesus and allowing others go to their place. |
BuzChi:2 Peter 1:2-4 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. Lol you should study more! vs 2 explicitly states that grace be multiplied (which means some people have grace even before they were born) through the knowledge of God and our Lord Jesus. The questions are who grants us this knowledge? And is this conditioned on our fulfilling something first? Or does God simply give understanding to those He has chosen? Vs 3 answers the question! Colossians 1:9 For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives It doesn't look like they were praying for anybody. Or does it? So who were they praying for? People who have become like them. Who they heard have been saved by grace. And they began praying that they be filled (with what they have) with the knowledge of God's will. It didn't look like they were trusting on men to do they filling! |
Wilgrea7:Not my version but the real Jesus the god of this world has been fighting tirelessly to prevent others from seeing but God is greater! He (god of this world) has given the world a false jesus that cannot save. The only thing this false jesus knows how to do is "offer" salvation and wait for spiritually dead men to "accept". The real Jesus does not "offer" but Grant salvation to sinners and makes them willing to believe him. This biblical Jesus paid with his blood in full for the sins of his sheep including the sin of unbelief or lack of faith. All of them would come to believe on him in time not because they were willingly (which is impossible on their part) but because they were chosen in Christ by God before the foundation of the world to be redeemed in him unto good works. You can check out this new thread I opened this night. https://www.nairaland.com/3734609/tulip |
THE CALVINIST T.U.L.I.P T – TOTAL DEPRAVITY That means simply MAN is DEAD. The Bible says that you and I are dead in trespasses and sins (Eph. 2:1-6) unless we are born again. DEAD!!! More than that, the man or woman who is dead in sin hates God, and his “carnal mind” is “enmity against God” (Rom. 8:7). His will is stubbornly steeled against God. This Biblical idea changes a lot of modern talk about salvation. Consider what that means: 1. Can a man do good works then, if he is not a Christian who is born again? No. “Whatsoever is not of faith is sin” (Rom. 14:23). 2. Can a man want to be born again and follow instructions on “how to do it?” No, for that would be like saying that a man in a grave can desire to come out of the grave, or follow instructions on how to be made alive. It would be like trying to lure him out of the grave. “It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing” (John 6:33). 3. Can any man “accept Christ” as his personal Savior, so that he becomes saved after that? Of course not. Accepting Christ is a good work done only by a Christian. Only AFTER God makes a person alive, can he and will he accept Christ. “No man can come unto me, EXCEPT THE FATHER which hath sent me DRAW HIM” (John 6:44). 4. Can you “offer salvation” to anyone? That is surely impossible. One might as well offer food to a dead man than salvation to a dead sinner (Eph.2:1-2). ONLY GOD CAN MAKE US ALIVE. AND GOD DOES THAT SOVEREIGNLY – WITHOUT OUR AID, WITHOUT OUR ASKING. From beginning to end, “Salvation is of the Lord” (Jonah 2:9). This is the faith that WE PREACH, because it is Biblical, because it is the FAITH of our fathers, which we love, still living in our hearts, and because it gives God all the glory! NOT MY CHOICE U – UNCONDITIONAL ELECTION This means simply: God CHOOSES to give some people eternal life, WITHOUT looking for anything good in them AS A CONDITION for loving and saving them. Before any man or woman is born — in fact, before the world was made — God decided who would go to heaven and who would not. Before they did good or bad, God chose some to be His people and rejected others. “CONDITIONAL election” would mean that God chooses to be His those who FIRST LOVE AND CHOOSE HIM. But the Bible says: “You have not chosen me, I have chosen you” John 15:16. (Please also look at Romans 9:11-21.) Acts 13:48 says that “as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.” Only, when we speak this language is the horse placed before the cart. CONDITIONAL election puts the cart before the horse, because it says that man believes and THEN is ordained to eternal life. Read carefully John 10:26 for another plain “horse before the cart” passage. Can one imagine what the DENIAL of this doctrine would mean? If we remember that before we are saved, we can DO NOTHING GOOD (John 15:5; Ephesians 2:1-6), the only conclusion is that we could never choose God. And never would. And never would be saved. But God is sovereign and chooses whom He will choose. And after He chooses us, we choose Him daily. All we are and all we have is given us by God. Again, this is the faith that we preach, because it is Biblical, because it is the faith of our fathers, living still in our hearts, and because it gives God all the glory!!!! FOR ALL MEN? L – LIMITED ATONEMENT The great gospel message that so many today are urgently carrying to distant lands is that CHRIST MADE ATONEMENT WITH HIS DEATH. But there are two critical points at which this message is so severely distorted that it no longer carries the gospel message. THE FIRST DISTORTION concerns what Christ’s death DID. The Biblical truth of the ATONEMENT is that His death PAID FOR SINS. Yet so many today teach that Christ’s death was only an example for us to follow, and if one merely follows His example he will be saved. Or it is taught that Christ’s death did not actually pay for any specific sins, but made it POSSIBLE for all sins to be paid for. But the Bible says that Christ’s death on the cross actually paid for sins. Acts 20:28 says that God bought the church with His own blood. See also Matthew 26:28, Hebrews 7:26-27. THE SECOND DISTORTION of this biblical truth is that Christ died for all men. Some teach that Christ made it possible for all men to be saved. But the questions that must be asked are: “If Christ died for all men, why are not all men saved?” “Cannot God do what He desires to do?” “Is there something defective in Christ’s death?” “Must man desire to be saved first?” But a man who is totally depraved can not will to be saved. He hates God and wants nothing to do with Christ’s death. So it must not be said that Christ died for all men. The Bible says that Christ laid down His life for His sheep, and only them. John 10:11. The ATONEMENT is LIMITED to the elect of God. Every sin of every one of Christ’s sheep is paid for. Those sins and those alone have been paid for. That is the only gospel because that is the Bible. DRAGGED KICKING & SCREAMING TO HEAVEN? I – IRRESISTIBLE GRACE The fourth Biblical truth in the five points of Calvinism teaches THAT GOD’S GRACE TO SAVE A PERSON CANNOT BE RESISTED. Grace is God’s FREE AND UNMERITED POWER to save a person from his sins which would otherwise lead us to hell. Grace brings him to heaven who naturally would end in eternal hell. That grace is irresistible. That means that if God gives grace to you, there is nothing in the world that you can do to resist it and thwart God’s intention to take you to heaven. The certainty of salvation for God’s elect is seen in John 6:37 where Jesus says: “All that the Father hath given me shall come to me…” There is no doubt that they will be saved. Verse 44 says that those who come to God come BECAUSE GOD DRAWS THEM. Not our will, but God’s will is first and powerful. Now, some ridicule this truth of the Bible and say that it makes man go to heaven against his will. “He kicks and screams all the way to heaven.” But that is not how the Bible presents God’s grace. God makes His people “WILLING in the day of His power” Psalm 110:3. For a wonderful illustration of that truth, just consider the converted Apostle Paul. “By the GRACE of God’ he was what he was (I Corinthians 15:10). And immediately after his conversion he said WILLINGLY, “Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?” Acts 9:6. That surely was not against his will. God’s grace is sweet and irresistible. He makes us love it and want nothing else. He is as irresistible to us as a husband to his newly-wed bride. Come with us and hear God’s wonderful grace proclaimed in Christ any Lord’s Day. LIVING LIKE THE DEVIL? P – PRESERVATION OF THE SAINTS The last of the five points of Calvinism teaches that GOD PRESERVES HIS PEOPLE SO THEY CAN NEVER be lost. To put it simply, it means this: “Once you are saved, you are always saved.” God’s Word is full of proof for this beautiful truth. And though many deny it, and tell you that you can be lost and saved many, many times, and therefore can never be sure of your salvation, the Bible says otherwise. Talking about His elect sheep, Jesus said: “And I give them eternal life; and they shall NEVER perish, NEITHER SHALL ANY MAN PLUCK THEM OUT OF MY HAND” (John 10:28). See John 6:39, 17:2, 11,12; Romans 8:37-39; II Tim. 1:12; 4:18, etc. etc. Some object to this doctrine because it supposedly makes men “carnally secure” in their salvation. That is, if I know nothing can make me go to hell once God has saved me, I will “live like the devil.” There have been some who have used this beautiful truth as an excuse to live like the devil. But they are not Christians. Nor do they understand this truth. Because this truth also implies “PERSEVERANCE OF THE SAINTS.” Those who never fall away are SAINTS. They are HOLY. And they are given power to live holy lives. They “continue in well-doing.” Anyone who says he can “live like the devil” has not experienced the saving power of Christ and does not know the meaning of Philippians 1:6, “He that hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” God will continue working good works in us until Christ returns. Don’t think otherwise. Is there any hope for Christians without this doctrine? We don’t need to be “scared to heaven.” We need comfort. Because we know that if it were up to the Christian to remain saved, he would never be able to do it. You know yourself!!!! There is no power in me apart from God’s grace. _ Barry Gritters

zionmade:*dusts feet* |
zionmade:Noooo You have indirectly confessed that you trust in a different "jesus". All I am doing now, is calling your attention to it. By God's grace I will open a thread about this false jesus many have blindly believed in and tag you. One of his fruits is the false tithe teaching that has spread across denominations. |
zionmade:You can't use talent to "win souls" You can't even "win souls" Oh no! I can tell by the way you post the "Jesus" you have believed.
|
Wilgrea7:Lol mastering your mind seems impossible for people whose minds are enslaved or bound to sin, you don't think? If anybody including sinners can master/have power over their minds then they are not slaves of sin and God would be a liar. But that's not true in Eph 2:1. Men if left alone would chose unrighteousness over righteousness. Men can't master what has mastered them. Only the new creature in Christ by the power of the gospel can overcome his mind. And this he continues to renew with the word of God not his fallen nature. As the psalmist will say in Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. You see, it's not a mere mastering of our minds but the word of God that illuminates, guides our minds and keeps us from believing false revelations/gospels. And in everything too including our personal lives. The more we study God's word, the clearer his will concerning our every decision no matter how minute they may look become to us. And you saying only desperate people can be deceived by false revelations. I don't think so. If you have listened to or read many "special experience" stories you would see that most were not seeking for them when they happened. |
I'm sorry but what exactly is your point oaroloye? You don't believe there is something like false assurance? You don't believe there is "another Jesus" and people can be deceived? You know it's better we stick to the topic so no one gets confused |
Rich4god:If we are talking about the "jesus" that appears to tell people "special things" either to add to or subtract from canons of scriptures, things that will prove wrong when placed side by side with scripture then it's not from God. Look at it this way. Why would God want to reveal "something new" to me that is already in scripture, so unnecessary! Or why would He want to tell me something that has no scriptural backing? Or why would I have a special experience with God and still have no desire to study the scriptures? Lol |
sonmvayina:Lol how am I elevating the devil? Rather I am exposing his works of darkness. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 2Corinthians 11:14 It is true that the devil cannot do anything without God's permission. I've said that severally on this forum and even posit he is just a tool in God's arm when I notice someone trying to ascribe equal sovereign power to him but in this case it's not what you are saying. This is the devil being himself: a liar and yes of course under the Sovereign will of God. Being evil isn't being the dual opposite of God cos God is more than "being not evil" |
Rich4god:Lol what i am saying is not all spiritual revelations/experiences are from God. Some are from false spirits. These false spirits have one aim which is to deceive us with false gospels that cannot save us except to give us false hope. It is for this reason that we must test all Spirits and gospels in the light of scriptures. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Galatians 1:8 |
Yes the church (wheat) is matching on alongside the tares (false Christians) that will be uprooted and burned on that day |
GoodMuyis:They are notes. Seems you don't agree with them. Feel free to counter as much with the Bible. But I must warn you. Don't take this lightly or dismiss it or be proud. False assurance is not funny at all. It's either you are saved or not. |
GoodMuyis:But it's clear enough! |
Rich4god:Lol what's your confusion? You don't understand how the devil counterfeits the gospel and true spiritual revelation? |
Rich4god:Thank you |
zionmade:Don't be presumptuous. A "Zion made" should not deny God His glory. You didn't prove from scripture why you need to "activate grace". You just stated your opinion. However the Bible begs to differ and is very clear about God's grace, Choice and election in Romans 9:11-15 For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth |
dingbang:Exactly. It's not a case of partiality but God's sovereign choice at play. About mercy, only those chosen in Christ partake of it. Others go to their place like Judas. These things are hard to grasp for the unlearned. |
zionmade:You mean God's grace is inactive even when he showed preference for Jacob over Esau before they were born? So how do you "activate" this grace biblically? |
I can remember very vividly what it was like to feel the pull of pornography. I can remember those long nights, exhausted but still alert, looking for my fix. I would drag out the ritual for hours: sometimes on the Internet, sometimes visiting adult video shops, sometimes engaging in phone intimacy. I would have told you then I wanted to stop, but the very idea of stopping was terrifying to me. As a Christian, the conviction about my porn use haunted me. But the idea of completely removing porn from my world sounded like air being sucked out of the room: what would I be left with if I didn’t have this crutch to lean on? Lies About God That Kept Me Trapped There was a time when I had given myself over to the lie that looking at porn, no matter how hard I tried not to look, was an inevitability. For the first few years of this downward spiral, I was racked with guilt. During the last couple years of it, I was too exhausted to feel guilt anymore: it was just a foreboding sense of hopelessness. There were times I had no faith that I would ever change. If you would have asked me if I was doubting God’s ability to change me, I would have said no. After all, God can change anybody, but only if they “do their part,” right? Only those who muster up enough faith can call on God to do a miracle, right? But I was believing a lie about God: a lie that said God can only change the willing. The fact is sin runs in our veins; none of us are willing. None of us can create faith within ourselves. It is a gift from God (Ephesians 2:8 ). I needed only to come to God with my empty hands, my weak faith, and my total helplessness and say, “I believe; help my unbelief” (Mark 9:24). The Lies About Sex That Kept Me Trapped I was single at the time and had also bought into the lie that marriage and sexual intimacy were somehow basic rights that had been denied me. I believed sex was not only a desperate biological need, I believed sexual pleasure was, in a way, the goal of life: a promised land I had yet to enter. Porn was my way of cheating the universe that had denied me; it was my tantrum at God. Had my mind not been so clouded at the time, I would have been forced to admit marriage was no more a “right” than anything else in life: it is only by God’s undeserved mercy and patience that I have any blessings in my life at all. Had I been thinking straight I would have understood that sex was not a “need” at all (at least, not in the proper sense). It was I, not God, who had turned a normal sex drive into something “desperate.” It was I, not God, who had elevated sexual pleasure to a place it was never meant to occupy. I say all of this not to be “down” on our God-given sex drive, but to put it in its proper place: for only when it is in its proper place that I can enjoy it without it enslaving me. Sex is good (very good, actually). Sexual pleasure is good. Marriage is good. It is even good to desire them. But when I believe I “need” them, then God becomes a capricious Creator bent on placing people into impossible situations, demanding chastity but pushing us beyond the breaking point. Knowing these simple truths—that sexual pleasure is a desire, not a need—then I am free to place it alongside other good desires and alongside God’s commands and see it for what it is. I am free to repent of my warped and selfish version of sexual pleasure without fearing that I am denying or rejecting some essential part of me. And I am free to pray to God without anger in my heart for “making me this way.” Lies About Marriage That Kept Me Trapped I write this today as a married man. Getting married certainly did not cure me of my desire for porn. No, God had begun transforming my heart long before I ever met my wife, and even now, I still depend on Him to continue that transforming work. Believing “marriage will fix me” kept me trapped because it meant as long as I was single I could settle for less than God’s standard. I believed marriage would be the cure-all, my “in-house fix.” But the very nature of porn addiction exposes this lie, doesn’t it? Marriage is about intimacy with ONE woman. But what I wanted in porn was the VARIETY: it was never enough to lust after one woman. What kept the porn-viewing ritual going for hours was the high I got from thinking about “the next girl,” the next video clip, the next picture, believing there was always something better around the corner just waiting to be discovered. Often I would stop looking at porn and just “get the job done” not because I wanted to stop looking but because I was exhausted. Sex in marriage is something GOOD, something in keeping with God’s design, but what I wanted in porn was the sense of the “FORBIDDEN.” Marriage doesn’t cure a desire for porn because even in a sexually vibrant marriage, your wife is not forbidden. She is yours. The sinful, coveting heart that I had before marriage is the same sinful, coveting heart I have in marriage. So long as I am vulnerable to coveting, I am vulnerable to lust. Sex in marriage is also a GIVING act, but what I wanted in porn was entirely SELF-CENTERED. For me, porn fuelled a life-long fantasy to be desirable, irresistible. While fantasizing or watching pornography, porn stars were not the focus of my attention: I was. The porn girls were more or less trophies of my fantasy: their “beauty,” their avidity, and their hysterically euphoric response to “me” was the whole point. Nothing about lust prepares someone to be a real lover. For all these reasons, it should seem obvious to us: the pleasure of marital sex cannot quench lust any more than fresh baked bread quenches my desire for cake. Lust is the function of a sinful heart—not just a “single” heart. That said, there is something powerfully transforming about marriage… Know How to Take a Wife The apostle Paul writes, “For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from unchastity; that each one of you know how to take a wife for himself in holiness and honor, not in the passion of lust like heathen who do not know God; that no man transgress, and wrong his brother in this matter, because the Lord is an avenger in all these things, as we solemnly forewarned you. For God has not called us for uncleanness, but in holiness. Therefore whoever disregards this, disregards not man but God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you.” (1 Thessalonians 4:3-8, RSV) When it comes to God’s sexual standards, Paul gives us the bottom line: we are called to be SANCTIFIED. This literally means we are to be consecrated or set apart to God, and thus set apart to His desires for our sexuality. Paul believed this meant knowing “how to take a wife” in an honorable way. Paul is telling his readers to turn their attention to and learn what it means to acquire a wife in a way that is holy, in a way that shows we are set apart to God. It means showing “honor” to women and to the God who made them: giving them the dignity fitting of their worth as people created in the image of God. Reading this as a single man meant I was to repent of my life of fantasy that treated women like objects and instead set my mind to understanding what it meant to pursue, date (or “court” if you prefer), and marry a woman in an honorable way. Today as a married man, this means continuing to show the same honor to women, and to prize my wife as one created in God’s image and one I should willingly die for. When a man sets his mind to this, whether single or married, it can have a powerful impact on his heart. It helps him to see and choose the beauty of self-giving love over the false beauty of fantasy. God has given to husbands the high calling of emulating a divine kind of love that can be described as nothing less than breathtaking: “Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her” (Ephesians 5:25). This was how Christ won his bride: He died for her. It is this kind of love-to-the-death, this self-giving love, we are meant to find so captivating. Redeeming Intimacy When I was knee deep in porn every week, one of the motivators that kept me coming back again and again was my sincere desire for intimacy—but an intimacy without risks. I wanted to be close to others, but necessarily vulnerable. I wanted a real relationship, but I wanted to be in control. Porn gives us this illusion: we can feel “connected” but not have all the mess of a real relationship. More than anything I needed to run to God as a Father who is sovereign over my relationships. Relationships are risky. Hearts can be broken. Emotions are messy. But God promises that everything we go through will work for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). God can and will take all our relationships—even our failed ones—and use them to conform us to the image of his Son (v.29). Knowing this, we can pursue genuine intimacy with others in a godly manner, not run to the fake security digital sex. When an attractive woman comes across a man’s field of vision and he feels that twinge of desire, that man can prayerfully confess: “Lord, my eyes easily lead me astray. The sin in me wants to treat this person as an object that makes me feel special, significant, and attractive. Forgive me when I indulge my lust. But you, God have pointed me to a truer beauty. I turn my thoughts now to Christ who shows me what love and faithfulness really look like. Enlarge my heart and give me power to understand the love Christ has for me, even in my sinfulness. Let this immeasurable love pierce through my selfish desire to make everything—and everyone—revolve around me. I turn my heart now to my wife, the one you have given me. Inspire me to love her with the same kind of love.” Dr. Tim Chester says it best: “A life-with-porn versus a life-without-porn is a poor choice. A life-WITH versus a life-WITHOUT. If you set it up in these terms then you won’t produce lasting change. We need to set it up (as it truly is) as a choice between life-with-porn versus life-with-God. We need to show how God always offers more than porn” (Porn Free Church). _Luke Gilkerson

A false Christian is not aware of how blind and deceitful his heart is. His false assurance produces a great confidence in his own opinions.JE False assurance blinds a person to the true extent of his sinfulness. JE Satan does not attack false assurance. He attacks the assurance of the true Christian, because true assurance produces greater holiness. On the other hand, Satan is the best friend of false assurance, because it places the false Christian completely in his power.JEdwards

"we must not think that our emotions are truly spiritual just because we did not produce them by our own efforts. Some people try to prove that their emotions are from the Holy Spirit by this argument: ‘I did not produce this experience myself. The experience came to me when I was not seeking it. I cannot make it come back again by my own efforts.’ This argument is unsound. An experience which does not come from ourselves might have come from a false spirit. There are many false spirits who disguise themselves as angels of light (2 Cor. 11:14). They imitate the Spirit of God with great skill and power. Satan can work within us, and we can distinguish Satan’s work from the natural workings of our own minds." JE |
There are those whose [false] assurance comes from false religious experiences. It is this last kind of false Christians who are the worst. Their assurance often comes from supposed revelations. They may call these revelations ‘the witness of the Spirit"...It is no wonder that people who accept such experiences have visions or impressions about their own salvation. It pleases their self-love to think God has told them in a special way that they are His dear children. And it increases their false assurance if these ‘revelations’ come with vivid emotions, which they misinterpret as the Holy Spirit working within them. ~Jonathan Edwards~ Clearly, there are imitations of all kinds of spiritual emotions... people can imitate Christian love, but there are imitations of other spiritual emotions too. Unsaved people, then, can have all sorts of false emotions which resemble true spiritual emotions. And there is no reason why they should not have many of these emotions at the same time... The existence of many false emotions at the same time in the same person is no mystery. When one strong emotion arises, it naturally produces other emotions. This is especially the case if the first emotion to appear is love. As I said before, love is the chief of the emotions, and (so to speak) the fountain of the other emotions. Satan comes and deceives people into thinking that God has forgiven his sins. Let us suppose Satan deceives him through a vision of a man with a beautiful smiling face and open arms. The sinner believes this is a vision of Christ. Or perhaps Satan deludes him with a voice saying, ‘Son, your sins are forgiven,’ which the sinner thinks is the voice of God. So the sinner believes he is saved, even though he has no spiritual understanding of the gospel. What a variety of emotions would come into this sinner’s mind! He would be full of love for his imaginary Saviour whom he thinks has saved him from hell. He would be full of gratitude for his imaginary salvation. He would feel an overwhelming joy. His emotions would move him to talk to others about his experience. It would be easy for him to be humble before his imaginary God. He would deny himself and zealously promote his imaginary religion, while the warmth of his emotions lasted. All these religious emotions can arise together in this way. And yet the person we have depicted experiencing these emotions is not a Christian! His emotions have come from the natural workings of his own mind, not the saving work of God’s Spirit. Anyone who doubts whether this is possible has little understanding of human nature. ~Jonathan Edwards Religious Affections Abridged Version~ |
And he attributes "his success" as a good Christian not to Christ or the Holy spirit but to his friends. |
Hirelings! |
Sin is you and me |
TI1919:Amen to this! Notice everyone ascribes his "righteousness" to his "humility" and "preaching of holiness" and not Christ! That's how you know false spirits. "Only the proud boast in their humility" |
