It is the duty of the plaintiff to provide logical evidences
Further exhibits would be provided by the investigating body.

The defendant just need to defend it all with counter evidences and exhibitions
Not when you are a public servant in charge of huge resources as a DG and now as a Minister. He must be transparent with all his financial transactions and why not?
Politics › Re: Isa Pantami: I Haven’t Bought A Single House Anywhere Since I Became Minister by AnanseK(m): 12:16pm On Jul 04, 2020
I want to accept Dr. Pantami’s version and to reject the claim by Sahara reporters as hearsay and rumors but I need to have these points clarified:

1. The denial from Pantami’s spokesperson seem to be concentrating on - “ Dr. Pantami did not buy any house since he became Minister. This is suggesting that he bought a houses before he became a Minister. Can we please know those times and the number of houses bought and their costs.

2. Dr. Pantami became a Minister in 2019 ( only a year ago) but he was the Director General for The National Information Technology Development ( NITD) as from 2016 until his appointment as Minister. Did he buy any houses when he was the DG?

3. Did he declare his assets before he was sworn in as DG in 2016 and when he was sworn in as Minister last year?

4. What was his earning as University Professor in the University Of Medina.

5. It was mentioned that he was also a businessman. Nigerians will want to know what type of business and his earnings from that. The same can be applied to any public servant to ensure accountability.

6. Please note that Dr. Pantami is a public servant all these questions are relevant and very important. They should even be answered without the public asking them. As a corruption fighter ( mentioned by his spokesman) Dr. Pantami needs to be more transparent than most.

7. Remember that the Honorable Minister is also a great Preacher and a role model for millions of faithfuls . He has the duty to adequately defend the hitherto upright conduct and the Godliness he represents. We are waiting.

But there will always be poor people and that’s why we have governments.

Is there no government in Enugu state? The local government should have ensured that such things do not happen.

Governments are not just for building roads and flyovers.

Shut up
The injunction is to give husband half whether parents are alive or not
Secondly its your religion that teaches you people that women are incomplete in intellect and should never take leadership positions
You need to learn about how inheritance is divided in Islam.
Being a healthen yourself when you die:

1. your First son will inherit everything including the wife .

2. The wife will be accused of killing her husband through juju and her head will be shaved.

3. She will be made to drink the water used to bath the dead body of her husband even if he died of covid 19.

4. She will be a concubine of her husband’s eldest son or his brothers.

5. Your body will be in the fridge for 6 months while they are collecting money for beer and food at the immoral burial ceremony.

6. Other brothers will fight to finish over the wicked devilish custom.

7. There will be lifelong enemity in the extended family and kinship destroyed.

What a fantastic religion.

Are you telling me if a woman suffers to build an estate when alive

then after her death half of the estate automatically goes to husband

and not even to her parents or siblings?

Not even her father or mother who suffered to train her to the extent that she can build her own estate

rather it goes to a man that will use her sweat to take care of his other wives and side chicks outside

Even if the man used stress and maltreatment to deal with her when she was alive

This religion is too wonderful and female friendly
Can’t you read? She said her parents and grand parents are dead. She has no children. She has brothers and sisters who will have the total half of the share. Please learn to read.
In your religion the woman herself is a commodity to be inherited after her husband’s death isn’t it?

Islamic inheritance when there are no sons. Let's assume that the man leaves behind 100 dollars for his family and it is shared in accordance with Quran 4:11

⅛ of 100 is 12.5 for the wife

⅔ of 100 is 66.7 for the daughters

⅙ of 100 is 16.7 for the mother

Another ⅙ of 100 is 16.7 for the father

Making up a total of 116 dollars

Allah's sharing formula exceeds the actual amount of money left for inheritance grin

Of course it was twisted by the press to look like a kidnapping case because a Northerner was involved.

It was exactly the same as the current case. She was under age ( it is normal in Bayelsa for underage girls to have boyfriends and engage in sex) , she was Yunusa’s girlfriend. They agreed to get married. Please go and read the details again before the southern media came in to politicize it.

To my Igbo people here is a piece for you to ponder:

THE ABOKI MAN.

I read a comment in a particular post on my wall, an Igbo man replied someone with this - "Wow, i never knew an aboki could write English like this".... blah blah blah.. this is how i replied him--

Aboki only writes and speak English under duress. because already he has a matured, developed language to speak and to write with!

He has had a civilised administrative system before the whites ever thought of coming.

Aboki wore clothes at a time when the "noisy neighbors" were roaming around naked!

Aboki established the "biggest", most sophisticated empire in west africa as far back as the 18th century.

Aboki, just like the English, French, Chinese, could read and write in his own language as far back as the 14th century.

The architectural masterpiece of the Aboki was there for everyone as far back as 1423.

Aboki was never enslaved, nor sold to slavery or chained like an animal by any European or Caucasian race !

The Aboki people are the largest and most spread people in West Africa !

Aboki language is most widely spoken language in West Africa, third most in Africa !

Aboki language is so important!, that the British, American, German, French, and Chinese broadcasting all have it's service being aired !

The aboki was the richest in the 50's (Alhassan Dantata), richest in the 80's (Maideribe), and richest in the 21st century (Dangote).

And these were what the whites observed before they decided bequeathing "ruling power" to the Aboki when they were leaving.

“The monarch said Ndigbo cannot be talking from both sides of the mouth without any recognizable leader and hope to capture a presidential seat in 2023.

“This country has many miracles that occur at their own time, but I must tell you that there is no indication that an Igbo man will emerge president of Nigeria in 2023. “

Nothing but the truth. This monarch has captured it, but the will continue with their make believe.

I am merely stating what a nation should be, what right leaders and inspirational leadership should do to leading the nation to becoming prosperous. Unlike you I am not subscribing to failure or juvenile tantrums. Most of my posts have in them solutions.
The roads in the countries of those so called expatriates are not built by foreigners but by commoners. There is nothing special about it if we have leaders who are interested in empowering their people with knowledge, competencies and resources. There is a whole army of youth involved in all manner of crimes for lacking anything meaningful to do and here you are giving out your scare resources to capital flight thinking Nigeria is Saudi Arabia where you can laze around while your arse is wiped by foreign expats.
We are poor so we have to develop common sense. Develop some and demand your leaders do same.
Stop singing young man. You stated in your post , and I quote : “There is no reason why we need foreigners to build roads and bridges and rail lines in 2020.”
I am only trying to tell you that there are reasons and the reasons are obvious. A country that imports toothpicks and toilet tissue cannot be self sufficient when it come to building roads, bridges and rail lines. We should also go the moon like the Americans did, afterall we are human beings like them but we should perhaps start by building other machines , cars , trucks and their engine and graduate into aircraft before starting to build a spacecraft.
Where we are today my boy , we need expatriates in viable quality road construction, bridges and rail lines . We either use them or don’t build these structures at all. You are jumping the gun, let’s be self sufficient in toothpicks and toilet paper first young man if you understand what I mean.

We have failed to thrive since birth , lying prone in our cradle when our birth mates are running around, that is true. But we need to learn to sit to stand and to crawl before building bridges and rail lines.

Those are old and dead Igbos who lived in the North when Nigeria was unfolding and didn't realize how volatile Northern Nigeria was and some of them lost their properties to Northern Nigeria's frequent religious riots and violence.
Modern Igbo youths who have sense, value their life and not just after chasing money that they won't even make that much no longer troop to the North.
Tell me one influential Igbo family still living permanently in the North todayhuh I can boldly tell you none!
Those Igbos that own big houses, warehouse and investments in Kano, Kaduna, etc are downtrodden when they get to their respective Igbo communities - nobody know them in their villages....they are nobody. I use my LGA as example.....we have influential men that return home every now and then......none live in Northern Nigeria today. They may go there for politics and return but not permanently living there.
Only an Igbo man who doesn't love his life or value his life still live permanently in far North today with the repeated killings North have carried out, targeting Igbos and their properties and businesses.....

Some Igbos are like some foolish Americans, no matter the travel warning US Government issues to them, they will still go to Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, and all volatile nations to invest....they are on their own and they are usually the downtrodden Americans just as the Igbos living permanently in the North now are the downtrodden Igbos and they are on their own there undecided
Rubbish, when Igbos can swallow cocaine and go to Indonesia risking execution, how can they not go to Northern Nigeria and sell tramadol and fake drugs? Go to Kano, go to Kaduna, Jos, Abuja , even Maiduguri and Sokoto Igbos are everywhere in the north and nobody is harassing them.
They take ten times the risk to go to China and India and to be in slavery in Libya and use flimsy boats to cross the Mediterranean Sea like the slaves of centuries ago, this time for prostitution and crime.

Go to Dawanau in Kano and see the a town called New Enugu where Igbos were given land by Rabi’u Kwankwaso to build modern palaces you can never find in the erosion ridden villages of the SE. Those raffia huts can never compare with new Enugu in Kano and we love the Igbo brothers who are Development partners not the criminals and the Naira Land loafers.

All this is happening in Kano and other parts of the North at the time Peter Obi was destroying northerners markets in Onitsha and compelling northerners to be registered and carry identity cards within their own country..

It was so foolish of Atiku to make him a running mate and believe that northerners could vote for such a bigot.

Don't be deceived, Igbos are highly populated tribe....they are everywhere.....if you visit Onitsha, Aba, etc you will change your perspective that more Igbos live in the North than in the East.
And for those Igbos living in the North like its their home, I pity them and their families......they should pray they don't learn the hard way.
And for your information, most Igbos living in the north are the downtrodden......the well to do Igbos of class hardly live permanently in the North, you can only see them in Lagos and Abuja at most.
In my community for instance, if you count 200 most influential men/women and families, you can never see any living in the North, except Abuja.

Most live in:

Lagos
US
Abuja
Japan
Korea
South Africa
Onitsha
UK
China
Portharcourt
Enugu
Netherlands
Germany
France
Denmark
etc
Tell me more stories. To say that only downtrodden Igbos live in the north is nonsense. Because history shows that many prominent Igbos in Nigeria had lived in the north and many of them were born in the north and grew up in the North. I will give a few examples:

1. Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe the first President of Nigeria and the Owelle Of Onitsha,
2. General Odumegwu Ojukwu - the Biafran Head Of State
3 . The Chief Louis Ojukwu- Senior Ojukwu ( one of the richest people in Nigeria at his time)
4. Major Chukwuma Nzeugwu- we all know him
5. Professor Dora Akunyili
6. Senator Rochas Okorocha
7. General Ike Nwachukwu
8. MC Tagwaye

There are hundreds and thousands of them and I will not call them downtrodden, they may not be as rich as the ones you mentioned in China, Korea, and South Africa but those ones are mostly criminals, yahoo boys and drug barons. You forgot to mention India , Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Dubai where are large proportion of them are in the Prisons . You also forgot the prostitutes in Italy and other countries in Western Europe and Africa.

The Northern Igbos you call downtrodden have been more honest and know the honorable nature of the North and disagree with the shameless propaganda that northerners are always killing Igbos. Even if you take them to the east , they will return, despite all you said about the north. Northerners are more humane than your criminally minded kith and kin you beat your chest about and the Igbos in the north know this fact.

I am sure you are from the North because you guys don't know how scary your people have made Northern Nigeria for sensible Non-Northerners who love their life and their loved ones.
Its a very scary region just like going to Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, Somali and Gaza Strip in Palestine......that's how dangerous living in Northern Nigeria is. Before they focused on killing Igbos and burning their properties in the past and everybody laughed about it accusing Igbos of always trooping to the North and not staying in their Igbo region.....but now the North have graduated from killing only Igbos to not just killing their fellow Northerners for no reason, but killing for fun and terrorizing a whole community, LGA, State.....mhen that region is under a spell cry
And still there are more Igbos in the 19 Northern states than there are in the the whole of 5 SE states. Igbos cannot do without the north.
