LoveKing:Lets be realistic here, Edo having Yoruba roots does not mean they are Yorubas. It is just as Okrika people have Igbo roots yet they are not Igbo. Egun and Yoruba have a very good relationship and that does not mean one is another. |
The Republic should be rightly called The Republic of Western Nigeria. Republic of Yorubaland is not appropriate because not all the groups in Western Nigeria are Yorubas e.g the Egun etc. It can also not be called Odualand because not all the Yorubas believe in this Odua forklore. |
Nigeria should hurry and make a deal with the U.S. It's overdue. |
@The Poster. You have to be very careful how on how you drag Delta State to your dream Benin Republic. Mind you that 9 local govt areas in Delta state are Igbo speaking. They will forever remain with their kits and kin east of the Niger. So be very careful when you discuss Delta state. |
Why did Ohakim's wife run away from Imo state before the rerun polls?. |
Probe Ohakim. Call EFCC to investigate all Ohakim's outgoing commissioners. Sack all the 27 local govt chairmen Ohakim imposed on the people last year. More to come. |
ChinenyeN:You are insulting BK.Babe by calling him a goat. He has Igbo friends around him and definitely they will translate what you wrote for him. I no longer insult him in Igbo language. |
agbotaen:No one here has claimed all Anioma people were masssacred, or do you read differently from others. Any evidence regarding the bolded or have you come up again with those your fabricated lies again?. As I wait for the evidence, you may answer questions posed on you by either Chinenye or Abagworo on what makes the other groups Igbo while Ika is not. Do not wait for 8 weeks to reply as it is your method. |
iudoagwu:What a load of rubbish. |
Nkwerre, the correct spelling is Nkwere, meaning "i agree" people believe that the name about because of long dispute among the founders which they settled another town similar in meaning is ikwerre (ikwere) which means "do u agree?" that's the reason why ikwerres have not "agreed"
How about Igberre?. |
ezeagu:Nweke was a great healer, rain-maker, trader and farmer in the 19th century Etiti division of modern Imo state. Shall we talk about our towns as well. |
Some of the priests under him should move into Opiah's house. This is the new generation master rigger in Imo state. |
ISINWEKE---The final resting place of the head (isi) of Nweke. Isinweke is the capital of Ihitte/Uboma L.G.A (Etiti), Imo state. |
ezeagu:The Fulanis do not dominate politically. I think it is 50-50. Cornelius Adebayo, gov during the second republic was Yoruba. The Fulani's may be in control now but not always. Anyway, it is good there is peace in that state between the ethnic groups there. |
igbo boy:Nna, would you at this time forgive the Yorubas?. Ezeuche has done so already. Am sure you have dealt with them enough. Biko. |
olawalebab:Spot on. Nigeria has a lot to learn from Kwara state. |
All this ritualists must surely die. This is shameful. |
kandiikane:My calculation may be wrong. Whatever the case, I wish you good luck in advance. |
Kudos to Kwarans. Irrespective of the fact that Kwara is a melting point of different ethnic groups, yet they do not engage each other in barbaric fights as witnessed recently in Plateau state. Kudos to Nupes, Fulanis, Offas, Ilorins etc. |
kandiikane:Congrats. From my calculation, the lucky man is from Aba, Eastern Nigeria. Isn't it?. |

seanet02:Is that his money or the country's money?. |
Imo state citizens hardly get whom they want. Even when Udenwa emerged, E. Izuogu was the choicest. |
