@The OP. I prefer Owelle Rochas to Ohakim. Having said that, it will be difficult to dislodge Ohakim because of Ohaji/Egbema and Oguta areas. PDP is very very strong those areas. Also, that is where Nzeribe and Opiah hails from.
The results may read like this: Oguta PDP 60,000; APGA 4,000. Ohaji/Egbema PDP 70,000. APGA 3,000.

He needs to focus on getting Bini city in a better place and promoting tourism for his people.
