Onwuchuruba--Death is a hindrance to wealth. Onwukanjo--Dealth is the worst thing to happen to mankind. Onwudiwe--Death is painful. Onwudinjo--death is bad. |
dplordx:Yes I did. Are you happy now?. |
Ngalaba isi ulo---The pillar of the house. |
@Ogbuefi1, May your lineage last forever. In this forum, I have always maintained that Omojie's (Agbontaen) opinion does not in anyway reflect the opinions of most Ika people. Am so happy you are here to shut him up as other worthy Ika sons have done to him in other forums. Omogie is free to choose to be called anything but he must not say that Ika people are not Igbo. It is an insult to the majority of Ika people who see themselves as Igbo. |

It's not as if the man was the gov elect lest we say he wants another election. Be careful on how you accuse people for something they may be innocent of with your big mouth.
WORD. |
^^^ I need your help in my attempts to stamp out tribalism in Nairaland as I look forward to becoming a moderator in politics section. If Seun wills it. |

Amosun the gov-elect has got a lot of job to do especially on security in Ogun state. Too bad. |
Andre, you're not just wrong, you're very damn wrong. I'm beginning to think of the possibility of someone impersonating your moniker here. Hello? Wake-up if you're sleep-typing! If you find hateful and prejudiced statements as intelligent and well-thought of then I'm afraid, very afraid!
I do understand what you wrote, He does preach Igbo hatred a lot. But if you go through his posts that are clean of tribalism, you will understand my notion. |
If Dokpesi and IBB are free men then those guys should equally be release. Or is law meant for the poor alone? Our president has set the pace for sanctifying terrorist and murderers.
Well said. I have always known you as an intelligent dude. But, all along, I keep guessing why you involve your self in Igbo bashing here and there. Believe me, without preaching hatred, your posts ranks amongst the best in nairaland. |

^^^ Mostly involving reproduction. Closeness and being there for one another and family. Minus romatic moves you see in the fields, parks, buses and trains in Western world. |
Some nairalanders will really do well if appointed as Ministers e.g: Dayokanu---minister of sports. Ezeagu--Minister of Culture and Tourism. Beaf--Minister of Niger-Delta affairs. R.Black--Minister of External affairs. Mikeansy--Minister of Internal affairs. Aloy-Emeka--Minister of Information. Houvest---Minister of Natural resources Udezue--Minister of Agriculture. Obiagu--Minister of Justice. Okunoba---Minister of Power and steel. Aisha2--Minister of women affairs. Onlytruth--Minister of Finance. Nuzo--Minister of Health. Seun Osewa--Minister of Science and Technology. More to come soon. |
Risikat stated that she was only helping the owner of the bag to bring it into the country. She may not be the guilty person. |
When we talk about The East, we mean the old Eastern Region and Igbo areas of Delta State. |
chino11:Chino, you have a very good knowledge of Yorubaland, are you related to any of them, If I may ask?. |
This is too bad. However, it should be in the crimes section. |
mbatuku2:Not really. |
RIP I can't forget that marriage with his wife right inside the ring after his loss to Ultimate Warrior. |
@The OP, please be careful when starting threads here. There are people always waiting in the wings to bounce on anything Igbo or South-east. Your intentions may be honest, but how about others?. You may be a very careful vehicle driver, how about other drivers on the road?. Out there on the road, remember, there are the drunken drivers, not well-trained and blind drivers as well. This applies to nairaland. |
Eko Ile:Boy. don't be silly as you are not Igbo neither do you live in Igboland. Have you become one today?. All this bullshit that is giving you sleepless nights does not worry an ordinary man or woman in the east. I have earlier marshalled out their worries here. Do not come here to make it feel as if Ndigbo regret voting for GEJ or our leaders endorsing him. There is no regret over it and for the first time since the new political dispensation, Ndigbo votes have really counted in Nigeria. Take it or leave it. |
lucabrasi:What is your favourite Igbo praise name for God?. |
An example of love but not in Igbo culture.
|
It seems love means entirely something different in Igbo culture. In Igbo culture, Love means ihu na anya (to see through the eyes). As the meaning suggest, you rarely find in Igbo cultures of people kissing one another on the streets, in the trains, in the park etc. What we watched in Romeo and Julient is almost non existent in Igbo culture. |
