There have been 4 democratically elected leaders from the North, they were all from the core North and muslim.

After Tinubu, a 5th democratic leader will likely come from the North again, he will be from the core North and muslim.

For a region that physically makes up the bulk of Nigeria and insists they are the most diverse and accomodating, they need to start showing it, and this INEC appointment is not even coming close to changing the narrative of "born to rule" for just one section of a supposedly cosmopolitan area.

This is where you and Tinubu get it wrong. Pardoning indicted and convicted Northern criminals will not endear him to the hearts of Northerners. That is not the way of the North. Even the so-called "peace deal" with bandits is unpopular in the North because it's temporary, but the people have no choice because the security agents seem incapable of protecting them.

You always had a choice.

First of all, stop having children you cannot take care of. Even the Arabs with their relative wealth, do not have wives and children they cannot take care of (unless Yemen has now become the perfect example of a muslim dominated state).

Next, if your leaders cannot control themselves and continue to steal our commonwealth more than any other part of the country, they should learn to share properly, or better yet create wealth (like Dangote), or do they intend to bury themselves with all the loot they have taken?

Thirdly, emphasise education, education , education like Emir Sanusi keeps telling you....Nigeria's population means this country will always be competitive and we will never be able to go back to the days where the state or a traditional body can take care for everyone. Your people must be ready to compete with the rest of the world and stop shoving quota system down our throats while holding us back in NIgeria

Lastly, charity begins at home. These terrorists are known to you and to you alone. One thing I respect about the East is they use their full chest claim their IPOB problem...they are not pretending like those people are unknown to them.

Your people are blaming everyone but yourselves for Boko Haram. Even the foreign element inside it, your people have lived with them and known them for centuries. Till now you refuse to close your borders, even temporarily!

Own your insurgency (which is what your problem is), and deal with it in your local way...instead of blaming your minority Christians, Nigeria and even faraway Israel,USA and Palestine, where nobody knows you people.

Rufai isn't a journalist.

He isn't interested in reporting facts/truth and trusting the audience to make up their mind for themselves, he wants to tell you what to do and how to react.

He wants to wield power and wants to wield control, he just doesn't know how to do it.

To be honest, there are a lot of journalists we have in this country that aren't skilled enough to stop their mask from slipping, they want to be politicians and political influencers but are unsure they can garner support.

At least Sowore stopped pretending and became a man and chased his dream.

I don't like trusting politicians though I must admit I see some sense in why cost per km could be misleading in a project that needs to pass through different states and terrains.

Is cost per km a bit of a silly question?

If the spasming is continuous you need to go to the hospital and seriously consider the surgery.

As for managing it, try things like taking flaxseeds and chia daily, it helps a lot in helping your system go more naturally and regularly. Try grinding the seeds and turn them into powder that you add to your food daily.

Also, start taking a lot of Rosemary, and I mean a lot....its a super herb that will naturally make you feel far much better and healthier.
