I'll be completely honest, I raved about Poch and he has let me down but he does not make all the decisions so there is something he and his backroom are seeing that most of us don't see. You'll have to believe that if these decisions are so obvious, even Todd would have suggested it to Poch.

About his in-game decisions? That is part of his known weaknesses. He usually never knows how to react in the moment and it has to be a weakness shared with his assistants otherwise it would have improved by now. He usually has a good plan A and as soon as that is sussed out, needs another game to correct his mistakes but his plan A's have 70% been good.

You've been outplayed in very few games and you have played Tottenham, Arsenal, Liverpool and City. You've beat Newcastle too and BHA. Come on.

As per the talents at your disposal, just expect inconsistencies but you'll probably settle at 6th. The peak of this squad is probably 2nd or 3rd in the league IMHO.

TL:DR; Tuchel was failing before he was fired and yet he had a better squad than Poch's.

His true footballing value with inflation etc to me was 60M. But he was on 200K a week and 100M release clause. He signed that clause so that what happened to Harry Kane won't happen to him otherwise Villa were willing to ask for 150M for him based on negotiating prices which City did not want to deal with.
