. City's home form Is enough objectivity but Real's CL performances in recent years isn't enough? RM won the league last season. Going by your malaria logic why should they not be winning it this season? Don't they have great La Liga performances to leverage on? |

Peacecore: I don tell u sha. Silva dey mark ball pass Mahrez same as Grealish pass Foden Yea that is why Pep refused to take him off. But Bernardo was ponderous, indecisive and lacklustre today. I would have taken him off for Laporte and played Akanji on that wing to prevent Vinicius from running at Walker. |

isn't there a reason for this? Your emotions don dey run high I want something objective not emotional and historical nonsense like that. It is like the same football heritage argument all over. It works before the game is played but after you have seen one game you can be objective to decide why 1 team may have an advantage no matter how slender it is. |

airmark: I think it's Fraudiola's year to win the UCL, with ojoro. You do know that Camavinga won the ball shortly after and then passed wrongly before Rodri intercepted it? So there was clearly a new phase of play. Also, the line drawn is clearly fake as some part of the red line is touching the white line of the pitch which means not all of the ball had crossed outside so fair game. |

Kilishihunter: Yeah most of your gameplay looked like pep was looking for a draw especially after the kdb belter, If vardrid had added another one after vini's superb strike it would have defo been more problematic for you guys, Now they won't just sit at the back away waiting to pick their moments everytime as they'll have to also come out and attack atimes, I just hope this would be pep's year even if he doesn't win the treble As for Haaland you know you guys play more direct with him anytime you reach the final third and the way you guys didn't want to commit many bodies forward to avoid being caught like a deer in headlights didn't help his cause but rudiger really did a good job on him, not only man marking him well but generally especially with those key blocks from grealish's and kdb's through balls, Your game should be more expansive at the Etihad giving Haaland more leeway in attack Yea at the time of the blocks the players were leggy so some passes were either overhit or not connecting. However, you are right. City were afraid to commit bodies forward. Even the corner kicks were played to prevent RM from counter attacking. Rudiger played well don't get me wrong but if he got carded for fouling Gundo he would have played with more fear etc. |

Capaldi: Am just looking at City home form . I wash my hand commot from the matter. Una too fear Madrid It is hatred for Pep rather than fear for RM. People will rather be "correct" with their predictions than objective with their analysis. The reason RM can win is "never write off RM". Okay, so did they win the UCL in 2019, 2020, 2021? If they played in it, it means someone else knocked them out and someone else can knock them out again. |

Kilishihunter: No mind oga rarre, Vardrid have been benefiting from dodgy decisions year in year out in the UCL even today too with the ref waving play on after several fouls from them but they're playing the victim card now, If pep doesn't end this by next week he should just humbly resign and never coach a club team again The way City played was clearly by design. Bernardo had no interest in taking on Cama nor was he invested in passing the ball to anybody but Walker. Stones would get into the final 3rd and just sit on the ball waiting for the RM defence to re-arrange itself. It was like City wanted Madrid to defend zonally so that they would not be able to play on the counter. As much as people want to give Rudiger credit, Haaland was out of this game by self-imposition. He was the only focal point and was confused between staying high up or coming back to help with the midfield. Half the time, he was the only one in the box and never got a chance to run in behind RM. I personally think Pep wanted to not lose. That was all he was interested in and the players knew it. Gundo and Bernardo had bad games but that does not go without saying that the referee was awful and he enabled RM players to play with boldness as they knew he was not going to book them. |

Cityfirstborn: It’s a two leg match CL semi final match, you play with caution especially when you are away. Reason why pep didn’t make any changes not to disrupt the dynamics. It will be a Herculean task for Madrid to beat city at the Etihad You are wise. |

Watching the match you will understand that the two team can hurt each other the only determinant is less mistakes and efficient cordination or any of the goal keepers turning up other than that, Madrid can win city at Etihad.
The match is still open and can go either side. You have come again. LOL. |

Pochettino with a multi- billion PSG team couldn't close ordinary one point gap despite playing almost 18 games. the jokes is on you defending a serial bottler like Poch Did Tuchel not have the same multi-billion PSG team? I am not defending Poch. Just showing he did not "fail" in PSG. |

Sportsweb: what stops Poch from Winning the league with more 18 matches left Same thing that stopped Tuchel from being first. Tuchel had 35pts out of 17 games which means he dropped 16 points. Poch had 47 out of 21 games which means he dropped 16 points. 35/51 = 68.6% 47/63 = 74.6% So Poch's ratio was better. Then he won the ligue the following season. |

Kimbeast: No Chelsea player has performed this season so singling out Sterling reeks of agenda. One would think the other attackers are performing and sterling was the odd one out. Enzo who was balling at Benfica and Argentina came to Chelsea and has looked ordinary. That should tell you everything about Chelsea this season. In one breath, Belotti and Hazard are excused for injuries in another breath Raheem should be held to a different standard. Even though he has outscored almost everyone in the same Chelsea team. Cucurella that was campaigned for, what is he playing? What has Pulisic achieved this season - the same Pulisic that is constantly compared to Sterling. It is the people entertaining the agenda talk that I am laughing at. |

Sportsweb: I asked you simple question. What was the point difference my gee?
Below was extracted from a post announcing Pochettino as new PSG coach
The Parisians start 2021 third in the table, a point behind Lyon and Lille. PSG have already lost more league games this season than in the whole of the last campaign, with star man Neymar suffering from a number of fitness problems and Kylian Mbappe generally below his best despite scoring 12 goals in 13 games.
Only one freaking point separating 1st -3rd and you are bringing Arsenal and Man United theory. Nice of you, you are learning Amala turning technique from your boss Dayo Did Lille not the win the league by that 1 point? Did Tuchel not lose to the same Lille? |

Sportsweb: That one concern you.
Thomas Tuchel took over when Dortmund was ahead of Bayern. He defeated Dortmund in his first game to reclaim the top spot.
At PSG, Pochettino took over when PSG were only 2-3 points behind Lille, your Pochettino couldn't get the job done PSG were 3rd when Poch took over. |

Skrrrrrrr: Lol. The warriors were coming back from a game 7. The Lakers were fully rested. And you guys won by 5 points and won't let us rest. I told you, after game 1 versus the Celtics I came here to read crapology from people who get emotional about single results. It is a best of 7 not a best of 1. If regular season games mean nothing they should always mean nothing. You can't decide to rely on them when making predictions in one series but then throw them away in another series. Especially when 2 of the Warriors regular season losses came without Curry and the last 1 came without Wiggins when Curry had just come back from an injury. It is finna be a 7 game series and like I said before, I will back the team with home court in that game 7. |
