RoyalUc:Again... That's why I scored him 4/10. The man started with more talk than substance, and has relied so far on publicity and propaganda rather than good works. Where I come from... 4/10 is not a pass mark. |
RoyalUc:Subsidy removal across board... No nation can go far on such level of welfarism. However, he hasn't been able to show transparency and properly cushion the effects of these radical approaches. His failure to also stamp his foot against corruption also casts a huge shadow on his administration so far. Hence, my score of 4/10. ![]() |
Kukutente23:Don't mind him...! Yet, every Friday, all Islamic threads are heavily guarded and watched. |
Highly admirable...! Gratitude is an awesome trait. Bayer Leverkusen can win the historical treble. I wish them the best. |
RoyalUc:So, a child is permitted to be poor and wretched because his parents were poor?!! |
Honestly, he has taken some bold economic steps... For that, I will give him some credits. However, he doesn't lead by example. He doesn't walk the talk. Nigeria ought to be cutting government expenditures by at least 50% going by the depleted resources, but he has failed to toe that line. So, on a scale of 1 to 10: 4/10 |
It's Sunday again... Another day for Nairaland to be flooded with silly Anti-Church threads. |
vicmed1:FG pay minimum wage of 615,000??! ![]() Do you know the meaning of Minimum wage?!! If the lowest earn 615k, how much will you now pay level 15 and 16?!! ![]() You will bury the nation under Hyperinflation in less than 6 months. NLC is actually not being serious here. |
Sigh... Lawlessness everywhere in this country. Tell me what a trailer is doing driving against traffic?! Some of these buses also park anyhow just in a bid to hustle for passengers. All these things can be easily prevented if Traffic and Driving laws are fully enforced. Nigeria is a very lawless country, and I believe Nigerians are among the most lawless human beings to walk the face of this planet. |
pongwa:Yes it is...! It is also a crime for soldiers to attack and shoot at unarmed civilians under any guise. That in itself is worse than a war crime. A lot of you don't know how a normal and lawful society works... Such a shame. No soldier has any business being in the streets except there is war or civil unrest that has gone beyond the capacity of the Police to handle. If a civilian insults a soldier or tries to assault one, the police should be called upon to deal with the civilian according to the dictates of the law. Soldiers are not above the laws of the land. |
sleek214:Well, your government has been squandering Billions on reckless frivolities since they were sworn in, from state to Federal. Recently, they subsidised pilgrimage with over 85 Billion Naira... Prices of Fuel, Gas, Electricity, Food, etc, are soaring daily. And you are here talking about unrealistic demands. There has to be a common ground... The masses can't suffer in order for the elite and privileged few to flex. No nation will stand or survive that. Tinubu and his minions are dancing around the precipice of a bloody revolution. |
Meti99:You mean they should keep quiet while Nigerian workers suffer in penury?!! They should be silent while workers earn less than 30 Dollars a month minimum wage, while over 80 Billion is used to subsidise Hajj pilgrimage?!! You mean silence is needed while inflation and hunger kill millions of Nigerians?!! While Tinubu and his clique spend Billions on frivolities?!! |
ToteJesus:You are right... But, are your leaders being realistic by thinking average workers should live on 30,000 per month in the face of this shocking inflation?!! |
Sigh... This man needs better focus. He has been majoring in mundane things since he got sworn in. |
LordIsaac:Nah... Not Death... Burial! Please, keep up! Even in Nigeria, not every person or family can afford burial rites... Some are so poor that they simply toss the body into the ground the moment death is confirmed. I have seen families that couldn't pay mortuary fees, and had to watch helplessly as the remains of their loved ones were sold off to research institutes and schools of Medicine. |
They've never heard of the concept of CREMATION?!! Abeg, Anti-Japa activist... This is not news. |
Even without opening the thread, I knew it would be either America or UK... And that it won't be African American. |
finallybusy:Maybe he should have just retired after that Ngannou fight. |
The news I have been waiting to hear...! Now, my weekend is made! ![]() Anthony Joshua finally dodged Fury totally. I sensed that fight was never going to happen. ![]() |
gbengene1234:Dazzul... INEC will dance to the highest bidder this time around. |
God1000:Yeah right... Send soldiers to another country while parts of your country are under the firm control of TERRORISTS. Why not make your eye (Nigeria) free of motes before trying to remove specks from those of your neighbours?!! Just saying. Nigeria is not in a secure position to play 'United Peacekeeper ' to insecure nations. Those days of ECOMOG are long gone! |
Nice one...! Yet, millions of your Muslim citizens in your region are taught that Boko is Haram! ![]() Even Buhari who spent over 8 years in Aso Rock as president never made the slightest effort to get many young people educated. |
It doesn't matter who CAN or Bottle endorses...! Na who inec and Judiciary say go win, go win! ![]() |
Only a hypocritical idiot will separate Tinubu from Buhari's massive and generational failure. Without Tinubu’s influence and support, Buhari would never have gotten anywhere near Aso Rock. Tinubu knew the man had absolutely nothing to offer, yet he supported him, not once, but twice. If Buhari killed Nigeria, Tinubu equipped and armed him to do it. |
ceejay80s:But, you love the thieves from your tribe...! Tribalism will make many of you mad. Y'all should just continue. |
Sigh... The gutters are seriously calling Portable back to the trenches. A fool and his money are soon parted. Truly, not everyone can handle fame. |
Judolisco:That amazing kid from Palmeiras... Chelsea is quite futuristic about their transfers. I think the club might be getting it right finally. Seems Man United will be following that route too. |
psalmylee:Are you joking?!! Kobbie tried this season for his debut from the academy, but nowhere near Palmer! Quit playing, son. ![]() |
He should have won both top awards if Chelsea had been more serious this season. Phil edged him to the PFA award due to his team's quality. Cole Palmer is the most outstanding young player this season... He was the single beacon of hope in a shockingly pathetic team. |
As I predicted...! |
Sigh... The signs were always there but you failed to see them. Doesn't matter how many years the marriage has been, if he or she never truly loved you or cared for you, they will dump your ass once opportunity presents itself. Never ignore red flags... Don't manage someone in a relationship, and definitely don't settle for less in marriage. Many of una no wan hear word... Shine your eyes before you marry! |
UK Journalists... Una no go like rest for this Harry and Meghan matter?!! If we start looking critically into the backgrounds of most top businesses generating taxes for Britain, your hypocrisy will be shocking, even to you. I understand that Harry remains a prodigal insult to you idiots for marrying outside your age old royal traditions, but abeg, quit dragging Naija into your childishness. |
