NONNYG: I was just there for 8 days only, never went for business. The country is not as it is widely proclaimed/ portrayed online, I was at the Nigerian embassy few months ago to see the Ambassador / other embassy officials concerning a team of investors l was bringing from the West to Kigali, what l heard of what they did to some Nigerian investors shocked me to my bone marrow. I also met with few Nigerian and non_Nigerian expats and they corroborated the same news l was told by consular officials. The small vacation home l was constructing their has been suspended indefinitely. My advice for would be investors in Rwanda is this, be very very careful because Rwanda is a police country and as a foreigner, you are monitored by the different security apparatus in the country and your investment can be taken over by the government just like what happened to few investors under spurious and fake allegations. President Kagame is a civilian wicked dictator, he muzzles everything in the country, you dare not publish any negative albeit true story against the country / policies / or any arm of the government. Lots of people are either missing, dead or abandoned in jail without any press reportage Again, recently an American pastor called Reverend Gregg Schoof who has lived in Rwanda for 16 years was arrested, his church closed down and radio station taken over by the government and the guy was deported out of Rwanda back to the US , the news is online, you can check it on Google. The total number of Nigerians in Rwanda is not more than 300 according to consular officials, you can easily get your business registration done in a day or less but to set up the business, immigration will have to come and physically inspect your office or business, and what they see determines whether you get 3months Special pass permits or 2 years residence permits The purchasing power of Rwandanese citizens is very poor, 63 percent of the population still live in extreme poverty, apart from restaurant / hotel / bar/ coffee shops businesses in good strategic location's , it is difficult to do the kind of small scale businesses we have in Nigeria, rent is high in good location and tax is l think between 18 to 20 percent The border closure between Rwanda / Uganda / Burundi is affecting Rwanda's economy seriously, recently, some international organizations have accused Kagame of cooking up figures to show to the world that the country is doing well and that investors can come but the reality on ground is not the same. I rather take the good counsel of consular officials / Ambassador of Nigeria than believe the baloney of Kagame Rwanda is not yet uhuru, apart from the security and cleanliness of the country, setting up a business in Rwanda is a colossal waste of time / resources / money/ energy etc The information above can be disagreed by people who want to but I will rather take the wise counsel of the Ambassador to me than anything else from anyone. Good luck to those planning to go to Rwanda. |

DexterousOne: Nigeria is indeed a forsaken country
You can cry blood if you like
It's a general consensus in the global community
Apart from being a country where one can get rich just like that The country has little to offer in the real sense of it Gbam, if you ask him now, he probably slept without power, bad roads, dilapidated infrastructures nationwide, senseless killings going on daily, let them keep living in delusion, denial and continue to enjoy the endemic hardship across the dead country, 6th most miserable country on earth, headquarters of extreme and acidic poverty in the world and a country where 21 states has been declared unsafe for western visitors Buhari and his gangstas are living in affluence, drinking champagne at Sheraton Abuja, eating Nkwobi, salad, fried chicken and turkey and still poo on the heads of their followers across the country Sai baba Abeg continue to inflict more hardship across the country until your followers wake up and know that the country is dead completely and beyond redemption, rubbish

That man will not chop my money again
I'm a lover of kebab but has not bothered to try it at home.
This particular one is very easy to make. No grill, oven etc. Just good old non stick frying pan.
Used chicken breast. It's so so tasty. Eat with any side dish of your choice and or sauce. |

lovewins: Bishop David Oyedepo Approves N650 Million to Repair Roads
By Leke Beecroft
The recent road repairs currently being undertaken will cost the Living Faith Church a whooping sum of N650 million naira (about $2 million). The roads which cover the old toll gate bordering Lagos and Ogun States as well as stretches of the Idi-Iroko expressway from Oju Ore to Iyana Iyesi as well as Sango itself began to undergo repairs as executed by the Church recently. Traveling along the road to the border as well as Agbara and other towns had become a harrowing experience for both worshippers at the Church and non-worshippers alike every day of the week. This led the Church to intervene in order to give the people a respite.
This is not the first of such interventions, however it is the biggest single intervention till date and has helped in no small measure per time to relieve road users. Speaking yesterday, Bishop Oyedepo announced that the sum of N650 million was approved and released for the repairs, adding that Canaanland where the Church is situated is the birthplace of giants where many have gotten their spiritual and physical needs met for the past 20 years.

Ijawwomaninoyo: Why are you crying? All these epistles because you are pained and cannot answer simple questions? You don't reply Ijaw people, but for replying me, you proved yourself to be an EMBALMED ZOMBIE! CONFIRMED NON ENTITY, because you went to beg for food without success, you came here wailing? Sorry, I feel your pain. You insult your mother doesn't mean you should insult people. Church rat, go and do your conductor work AND LEAVE COMPLAINTS FOR PEOPLE WHO GIVE TO THE CHURCH! QED! No wonder you are poor, no single member of my family is a Pastor and nobody is married to a Pastor. I have never been to the Choir Department before. A Muslim woman came to the Church with a 25kg tumor, about N6m was paid by my church from people's tithes and offerings. Go to UCH and confirm cos they have her chance as 3/10. The operations was conducted 3x, she never paid tithes to the Church. Your government debits your account without your consent whenever you deposit or withdraw, VAT is increased, upon all you live in the darkness with insecurity and bad roads. They said they have spent Abacha loot on you, how many percentage did you get? They are raping you in your ass but you are dumb and facing Pastors, have they ever dipped hands into your pockets? Take your wailing to your government, SOPHISTICATED ZOMBIE!
E pain am die ! Chai, this is technical knockout, sometimes just ignore folks, the man they are hating on is progressing while lots of these zombies are stuck in the mud

Ishilove: We no get government for this country. What pains me is these people travel to the abroad where the system works most of the time, but they cannot come and replicate same in their countries.
Wo, I'm tired jare Politicians can only wake-up if citizens make them accountable like the civil disobedience currently going on in Lebanon, Ecuador, Hongkong, Egypt, Spain, Algeria and of recent Chile, as long as the citizens of a nation are docile then the sufferings continues. Oh l recalled the days of late Gani fawehimi, campaign for democracy, NADECO, civil liberties organization etc, June 12 demonstrations , with the acidic and endemic sufferings going on in Nigeria, l wish the citizens of those countries currently protesting on the street were Nigerian's, things would have improved but is like Nigerians are just used to be endemic hardship been dished by all the satanic government since independence,
