Good evening cappo and fellow mama's,your prayers has lifted my spirit so much that all I do now is imagine how handsome my son will be,am so positive that am going to win.

Lockdown can't make me go for antennal where I registered,I pray it all ends after the 14days.
But today I had to go a small hospital near me to check my self and preemclapsia is setting it's ugly head again!
Bags are packed,so any moment from now if things don't change health wise baby will be out.

Congrats to all mama's who have delivered and safe delivery to us all,Mama and baby healthy and alive,daddy and everyone else rejoicing,AMEN.

Mummies I am worried, my bp has been over the roof for some days, lo's heartbeat is also beyond normal, i have been scheduled for emergency cs but hubby isn't saying anything since the doctor told us abt it, what do I do? I have suffered so much to put my life and lo on the line.

My able cappo we dey o, counting down by God's grace but yours sincerely is just too tired to do exercise i promise to start 30-40 mins walk yesterday but pushed it down to today the laziness no be here, but i know it will end in praise....My only issue is not been able to attend ANC but i no God gat me, infact LO decide to more active this few days and that has been calming me.... Thanks for checking on us, easy delivery to every one in jesus name, mother alive baby/siblings alive, father rejoicing and more money in Jesus name.

BA!!! I thought this day wouldn't come as I was in constant fear throuout this preggy. We Welcomed our sonshine on Friday 10th April to the Glory of God at 37+6 via emergency CS due to fetal distress weighing 3.2kg. We return all glory to God. Thanks for the love. Cc Cappo PatKing

Please is it ok to give glucose mixed in water to a 3 day old baby, mothers breast is not flowing she has started taking pap to enhance it though.

Tomorrow ought to be my first son's 2nd birthday (we lost him last year October). I always point to my flat tummy then to tell him about the baby that is coming and during our last moment together he planted a kiss on my tummy (little did I know it was a farewell kiss)

I have been really down for some days now. Been acting cold to hubby and the poor man has been trying his best to know what's wrong but I couldn't get myself together.

The lockdown hasn't been helping matters.


Kindly say a word of prayer.

Hello mummies, my prince arrived on 09/04/2020 at 11.35am weighing 4kg via vaginal delivery.

Vigil is real but I don't mind, am just so grateful to d almighty God that my 12 hours of labor was not in vain. To my April teamies, I wish u all safe delivery, Go to d favour room and conquer.....

This reminds me of me three years ago, just me and hubby and we did just find, though I had my Nigerian neighbor show me how to bath my baby when we got back from the hospital and I took over just fine. In fact if it is your first issue I think you will enjoy the bonding. I really did, hubby cooked and store in the freezer and he is mostly at work during the day. So when baby sleeps I will leave everything and sleep. It was a bonding time for my son. I wasn't even scared, because I assured myself that my baby will not die so na me and Google be best friend, if baby cry unusually I will rush to Google expecially baby center and nairaland here but I don't think I will love to do that with this second baby because my first is super active and I no get strength. Don't worry you will be fine, just enjoy the process

A big newborn is easier to manage than a small newborn incase you all don't know. Big babies sleep more and are less cranky. The olive oil in your list is to aid smooth passage and minimise tear, be active yourself and don't be a couch potato then start looking for what to drink for baby to be small. Engage your partner to do perinial massage for you(google how to do this)


Baby size is mostly based on genetic! If you don't want a big baby be sure you yourself is not big or your partner cos na wetin una give am he or she go collect. I remember asking my doc hope my baby won't be big and he look at me and said madam are you small? I just mute and prepared my mind. He only advised me to eat right and be active and pray my baby doesn't take after me.

No doctor will advise you to eat or drink anything to make your baby small cos whatever can do that will have adverse effect on your baby. Asides fear of having tears what other tangible none selfish reason is there to subject your baby to Lipton for weight loss? Ask yourself am I being fair to my bundle of joy? Or just thinking about my jajaina and how oga will see it after childbirth?


I'm waiting for a good reason or explanation.

Cc all the moms using or have used Lipton to reduce babys weight

Good morning Sabi Mamas,how's the waddling going? ; ....I have been meaning to ask,how can one use Lipton to reduce the size of a baby (will it be taken with milk or just plain),also I'm team may (shout-out to all may Mamas ) so will it still be effective if I start now?tho I don't know the size of my baby as I haven't been able to go to do a scan due to this lock down and I'm 36 weeks already so I'm just sizing it from the size of my baby bump(lol). Please Sabi mamas,this post should not be self-isolated ,your response(s) will really be appreciated.thanks
