Mamas help me shook mouth for this matter, I decided to go for scan today cos I been having stomach ache(not cramp) at the right side of my stomach since yesterday though its on and off(those type of pain as if you want to purge), we are measuring 3days behind even though EDD didn't change, there was a liquid found @ d right fallopain tube same thing was seen during our 6weeks scan so we believe there is possible infection which I know it can't be treated for now...During scanning the sonographer asked if am having pain @ d side of suspected PID I told him no only on and off pain @ d other day, he requested for PCV and HVS and said he's suspecting something, Oga what are you suspecting he said I shd just do PCV and it must be done everyweek for now, that if there is reduction in the blood volume @ any point he will den tell me what to do, I asked if my baby is fine and the heartbeat, he said everything looks fine...Now my question is what does PCV have to do with stomach pain, and what is the effect of dropping PCV? We can't see a doc cos we are still in our 1st trimester and have not register. Please any advice or suggestion

You can still see a doctor tho you haven't registered. I have not registered too but when i went to make enquiry, the nurse told us if there is any complaints before you are fully registered, (considering the long process in General hospital) we should not hesitate to come. Just that you will go to the emergency and doctor will attend to you.

You can consume as much sharwama as you want . Aside the fact that its a sweet balanced way to consume needed nutrients, the sausage is a good source of protein. We consume sausage a lot in my house. Only thing to be mindful of is that it is not undercooked/ grilled ( let the sharwama seller know). Enjoy yourself

Good day mommas, have been a silent reader. Team April 2020, also a FTM. The journey so far, has been ok. I eat everything, no morning sickness, the only issue is my antenatal drugs irritates me and also irritated to the smell of perfume.

Sorry mama! My routine drugs also irritates somehow but i currently developed a method that has been working for me. That is by using garri water. Its been helping so far. You can try it too

We are in the same boat o. Sadly, i dont have easy access to it so most of the craving happens only in my head.

My concern recently is my restricted diet. The only foods i eat and ENJOY are plain noodles/egg and yam/egg or plain veg....and then sharwama crave.

This is IT. Everything else is like sawdust...am scared that i am ingesting just carbs/sodium, i even started researching about long term effects of this on my baby, fear....

Sharwama has a bit of different nutrients, protein (chicken or beef or sausage) and then veggies. More to worry about however is the hygiene, please only consume it freshly made and purchase from trusted vendors.

Ehyah sorry about your restricted diet. This too shall pass

I read something like it can easily be contaminated but my longer throat took the better part of me and i couldn't stop eating crazy part is the sausage ( i hardly take it before now cos i don't really like it) but that day it tasted so great i just ignored Google and finished it it is well o.
About garri, I take a little everyday because e be like say its only garri water i can use to take my routine drugs for now o

You know one thing with surrogacy is to find a healthy donor, tho hospital do provide sometimes but then some surrogate mom start over charging or start attaching emotions to the baby.

There are always signed contracts in cases of surrogacy. That's why most people use people that are not related at all by blood. So its strictly business

hello hwz,wifey did an US, GA is 8wks +/- 2 days everything normal but d doc says she can't detect heartbeat DT US should be repeated in 2 wks time...we both first timers and scared.. DW is showing no symptoms except slight tiredness ...pls experience mums..we are scared.

I did my first scan at 7 weeks, i asked the sonographer about heartbeat and he said its too early to pick the heartbeat. So i think you can wait for for the 2 weeks

Hi Everyone, I'm having a little concern about my baby girl. She's a year and three months old but she eat like a three year old.. She has food attachment which scares me alot for her own sake .. Secondly she's always hyper active from morning till night. Always going from one place to the other scattering stuffs all over the house like she doesn't get tired and I don't know how she's getting all that energy. She hardly sleep during the day.. Is there anyway I can help her please.. Fatherly concern.

I doubt if there is anything you can do now at that age. She's innocent and just exploring. Generally, children of this age are mostly like that.

About how she's getting all that energy did you not say she eats alot? That's alot energy to be generated in all, just flow with her for now. Trust me, you will be happier that way

I gave birth to my first son in December 2018 via CS after scan showed I still had placenta previa...Though I had an history of PCOS & ovarian cyst.
My baby will be 10months old in about 2weeks time and I just discovered today that I'm pregnant again, 6weeks pregnant based on LMP.
We didn't plan for this, I don't even know how it happened, so this doesn't sound so much of a good news to us.
Just can't stop wondering if I am at any risk keeping this pregnancy cos I have been spotting on n off for some days now? I'm going to the hospital tomorrow to see the doctor.

With your history of PCOS, i will say you should embrace this blessing at least from the little i know about PCOS wahala and infertility. God will make it easy for you.

My prince charming arrived today via elective CS weighing 3.7kg.
I'm glad I listened to my doctor. CS isn't a death sentence at all.

Good morning mamas, whats your view about this. I haven't been taking ferrous tablets since i tested positive cos I think it makes me sick. I force myself to take just folic acid cos if uts importance at this early stage. Am wondering if not taking ferrous tablets has an implication. Currently 8 weeks
