How long have you had it? Try to use it on a weekend and see how long it lasts, it might be that the school people don't close it properly. If you try it and it really lasts only 4 hours, this means wear and tear might have occurred and you would need to get yourself a new flask. GBs foodflask was keeping food hot all day when i just bought it, but as the months went by, the hours reduced.

I bought it 2016 but used it properly starting from 2017. I will check it out again by weekend.

Hello mama's. My 2weeks+ baby makes a whistling sound while sleeping or awake. Like his nose is blocked but I'm not sure. MIL said he's snoring and the sound is normal but I'm scared.
I took him to d hospital yesterday and the Dr was just asking questions, funny enough baby didn't make any sound in his presence so he said there is nothing wrong with him. Is there any mama who has experienced this here?

I'm not lactating well too.... I've taken enough palmy, pap and milk is my breakfast everyday. Please, what else can i take to boost milk production?

I think that sound is common in babies. But if you're worried you can record the sound when next he's Sleeping and play for the pead to have an idea of what you talking about. About the lactation, why not try fenugreek. Also, some mamas talked about lactation cookies, I guess one mama is selling here.

Morning mamas abeg chook mouth for this matter. It's about my small haers flask. This flask has been on point since I got it, it kept water hot for about 2days, even pap when I was nursing. Recently, I started putting hot water for my son's cereal to school and I discover it doesn't last again. Maximum now is about 4 hours, it's confusing cos it's stainless steel unlike glass flask that can be broken. What could have gone wrong

How long has it been since you missed it..... most times when you miss your tatanus shot, you start all over again in the next pregnancy.

As for me, for my first child I think I was the elephant mom, I bough even clothes for up to 5 years! No kidding! Even the people around me didn't help matters O.
For my second, I was a typical mama Bear. I bought only gender specific clothes abeg. She wore her brother's sleepsuits and bodysuits.
For my third, ọmọ I was a Eagle mom ó. After washing her siblings clothes, I just picked new clothes for our hospital stay, by the third day she was already wearing hand me downs

Maybe you should bathe her in a baby bath tub abi na basin sef buy liquid soap suitable for kids that can bring out lots of bubbles when bathing, let her engage in bursting d bubbles lol, add her favorite toys to d water too.
She might find it interesting to bath her doll as you bath her. Putting glow in d dark bracelets into the water could be helpful too. Formulate bath time stories. Its not easy my sister, just be consistent she'll soon get d flow and find bath time fun.

Please ooo how do you get your kids to bath without fighting biko . I can't get this girl to take her bath without us fighting, morning or night. She will shout,cry,twist her body,run away at any given chance. It's not even about the water because no matter the water is,madam will still act film. Please someone teach me how to make her like bathing because the morning and night film ehn is very tiring

Take pictures with your phone

Share the cake and drinks with neighbours and any other places where the baby has fans. Don't invite them to your house, just package it and take to them. (I've seen stuff on my desk at work sometimes and id ask from where and they would say someone's baby turned +1).

Option number 3. Mini party
Cook a big cooler of rice
Buy drinks
Get a cake
Get a cheap photographer
Fix the birthday party on a weekend if it didn't fall there.
Text close friends and family to come by, you don't even have to specify the time. Everyone would come by at different times, eat, gist and go.

Miscellaneous if your money is still remaining
Cute birthday outfit(s)10k more or less
You can always go to a cheap studio and do a photoshoot, i hear studio24 or whatever is not charging 100k like the rest of them
Also instead of taking pictures with your phone, you can call a good roadside photographer or that one that hangs out at your church on Sundays. Don't mention the words 'one year old' or 'photoshoot', just tell them there's a small get together in your house and begin to bargain like an Ijebu.

First My DS had indigestion for a day then when he finally poop it was watery poop over the weekend, that is gone now but the issue is he's always demanding for water such that he will become so full and vomit almost everything he's had. I was afraid of dehydration, so I give him anytime he ask for water. No fever, plays well but am thinking he's lost some weight (dunno if its me tho) please who has anything to say to this.

Please I need help, my son is 5months and 3weeks old. He has been purging for 5days now and has lost a lot of weight. I have taken him to the hospital and I was asked to continue giving him ORS, zinc 10mg, floralanon, and vitamin A. But uptill now my boy is still purging. I changed his cereal from cerealic to Gerbar rice, yet no improvement. Please I need help cause it is really weighing me down. what can I do to stop the purging.?

I heard about raw pap, used it once and it worked. Just dissolve a little say a teaspoon and give baby.

It started in the village o, its worse if baby cries at night cuz she then turns it into a crying competition. My first night back from the hospital, we all cried together

Giddy baby would just wake up every single night and start wailing. Newborn that I'm supposed to be doing vigilante for, has been asleep since 9pm that i put him to bed but GB would not let somebody sleep at night. Since the new baby came, her cry has switched to one kain loud annoying endless cry that just pisses me the hell off. And she can go on like that for two hours straight no matter how much you console her. This is someone that hardly ever cried before, now every single time she opens her eye at night, its followed by loud annoying wailing that wont stop no matter how much you try to soothe her. It's like the more you try, the louder she gets.
Her dad tried then vexed and went to sleep in the living room, me i tried then vexed and went and locked myself in the toilet. She took the screaming up two notches and the dad came back and is back to consoling. Me I'm still locked in the toilet. Biko who can tell me what to do with her.

Abi she's missing village ni
