Mbok I've been seeing tips on how to maintain a baby's full hair flying around , biko wat about us that our baby's have natural highways on their head no tips to make it come together. Infact the only hair on my princess head is just at the middle cutting it didn't make any difference..

Madam, abeg give baby formula while you await breastmilk. So what happens if it's still not flowing after 24hrs. You can continue with exclusive (if it's your wish) after you have established breastfeeding. to baby

Mamas that used/using abidec, do you notice its changes taste after a while to slightly bitter. Is it still ok to use like that ? I threw the 1st one I bought away when it changed taste now the one I bought has changed taste again. Help me biko

Thank you so much, I hope bathing won't delay the healing process cos I still feel pains on the site.

Most times, water on that site can delay healing. If you are going to bath I will advise you put a quantity of Vaseline on it before bathing, this will repel water from the site, then clean off with cotton wool after then you can do your cleaning with spirit. I did this when I started bathing after 1 month postpartum but the edges of the incision site didn't heal. I got a desirable result fast.

Mamas help me with this. This ( picture attached) was sold to us while baby shopping, I have not been using it so I decided to bring it out ( maybe it can be of use one of these days). Only thing I know about it looking at it is feeding bottles are kept in there. Now these are my questions......
- it is meant to keep baby food stay warm or what?
- Can fresh breastmilk be stored there for some hours to feed baby instead of opening clothes everytime while on any outing (like Sunday service)

BTW anybody that knows Tinubu, Fashola, Ambode or anybody that started 6 months maternity leave in Lagos State should Thank him/them for me The person head dey there. God bless him/her/them

Oh yes... you need to pack your toiletries in a separate bag, due to scents. You will be needing to stay back after VD for minimum 12hours. For Egyptian women delivery, minimum stay is 3 days... so hospital bag should be double in item quantity.

And erhmmm... I've been wanting to talk about what I used when I needed blood after my Cs, but it sounds so yucky that I just freeze when I want to type.

For whoever wants to boost her blood, I think garden egg leaves is very good. But if you find yourself in a location where you have no access to it, you can do what I did, that is, if it's not so irritating to you.

I first tried malt mixed with satchet tomato-preferably De Rica brand(I love raw tomatoes so it tasted nice to me).
The boost it gave me was not fast enough (cos I needed it urgently to prevent transfusion). So I had to go gangster!

I drank malt mixed with tortoise blood! The malt overshadowed the blood so I didn't really taste anything different from malt, but the mere thought of it was what irritated me. However it's a very rich blood booster! Then I ate pepper soup made with the tortoise meat. Super delicious

I did it twice and voila! I was good to go. My pcv had shot up really well. So just in case someone needs this.

Tortoise peppersoup kwa? And Tortoise blood Am very sure you were not told what it was before you took it o, Lols cos if na me I go vomit am. BTW didn't even know one can easily get tortoise around sef. Last time I saw it was in a museum.

I started since my baby was 4 weeks and since then no going back when he was less than 3 months I made sure I don't sleep deeply so I can easily remove it from his mouth when he sleeps but now both of us sleep till I remember I was feeding someone before I slept. Pls make sure ur boob is not covering his nose and it is not out of his mouth so milk won't enter his nose, then u can raise his head on ur hands.

I have been trying to ask this, you people that did this as early as 4 weeks . How do you get the baby to belch since they can't do that on their own while lying down at that age and mama will be sleeping the whole time.
