Thank you. I later went to the hospital today. It's a tissue Doctor said to watch it if it will grow longer or resolve itself before Tue. It's either he ties it so it can fall off or they will just trim it off or silver nitrate will be used to burn it off. He said no cause for alarm.

Biko ask a doctor about this he's so young. You can see a doctor when you go for immunization if you haven't done the 6 weeks yet

We had ours yesterday. The one dose will be taken at once. You get another at 10 weeks.

Before immunization is not advisable (said medical practitioners) , even after shouldn't be immediately.

No clue about the Rota. I was advised not to give before for the same reason and I never have. Drugs shouldn't be administered when there is no indication

We where warned strictly not to give pcm before the immunizations so I give immediately after the immunisation has been administered and my dd has never had a fever after..

I also dont use pcm before immunization, the nurses asked not to except there is a fever. But he’s never had a fever so i dont use.

Mamas, How is our day going? Tomorrow is our 6 weeks immunisation. Please anybody who recently bought rota virus vaccine? How much is it sold now.
Also, which is advisable, Taking pcm before immunisation or after. Most mamas I know said it's better to take it before immunisation but nurses will say it's wrong because it cn interfere/lessen the potency of the vaccine. I don't even know which to follow

That rorowo tho..... My best vegetable...... I so miss the vegetable. The day I saw it in Lagos, small portion like this sold for 100 Naira, The 3 portion the seller sold for me grudgingly for 250 Naira won't even worth more than 50 naira in Ekiti and maybe 100 Naira in Akure. Oh that lovely rorowo smell is heavenly ( unlike lagos fertilizer- grown shoko and Amaranthus)

Hello mama. My son was circumcised a week after his birth. I did not see the process while it was done but the tip of his pen*s had a ring that fell off by itself on the 5th day. We were told not to apply anything (the likes of penicillin, engine oil etc) which we adhered to. We just let hot/warm water rush down the place while bathing him. He never developed fever. The only thing given to him was paracetamol. He cried alot cos of the pain though but he is very fine now and the site is healing fast.
N.b he will be 3weeks on Wednesday.

How I wish, we had done it around 1 week old. My concern is at his age now, he already knows pain. Thank God it doesn't cause fever sha. It is well.
