I found that breastfeeding messed with my hormones big time, I just got myself back after weaning. In the interim, Liftedhands and Jazzy have good suggestions. When it's not werking, KY Jelly is your friend

I Can attest to this. I use the big one for water and small one for pap for my DS, both stay hot for over 24 hours. Very good quality. I hope you get the original tho.

what i do is to make the pap without egg and pour in the flask, add egg to the quantity he can finish at once and cook.

Oh! Thank you mama, I do make his pap just once and put it in flask, even when am home because he dosnt eat much sometimes to eat 100 mos from the bottle na fight so there is no way am doing that little quantity like 3 time daily. Abeg mama's who include egg in their baby's pap should answer me.
