2 months is too early IMO, most people don't start earlier than 3 months for girls and 4 months for boys. It can be after these stated months but definitely not before, the major thing is good neck control which differs with each baby

Most pediatricians suggest deworming should be after 1 year then subsequently every 6 months

About the hair, have you barb it before?

Please I need to know where I can see a pediatric dermatologist ( if I'm not wrong) in Lagos, for like 3 months now we have been battling some rashes that look like 'alefo' it's been on and of and full blood count keeps coming out clean.

I've tried changing soap, used baby tribotan and some other things but this thing won't just leave my son. Atimes it makes him run temperature and it gets itchy too.

People with their plenty wahala! The other day a pregnant woman was asking on a Facebook group what she can eat to give birth to a yellow baby I just weak.

Good day mamas, my 10 months old baby has cold and been developing high temp. Took him to the hospital and doc said sore throat with malaria. we were given Coatem, Augumentin, Bronchicum, Aciclover and Nurofen. I started yesternight. Just now the temp increased again please what can I do. Tho he has been playing since but asleep now. He when am I supposed to start seeing the result of these medications

My baby just started solids. He's been taking purees which I mix with breast milk.

I got nutribom. On the preparation process, it says[b] pour into milk and mix.[/b] But it didn't specify which kind of milk, if it's formula milk or breast milk.

I'm thinking of using breast milk bcus my baby hasn't taken formula milk before.

So mama's in the house, has anyone used breast milk for the preparation before and how was it?

If you are using formula, dissolve it in warm water and add your cereal. You must really be producing more than enough tho with lots energy to prepare cereal with breastmilk _{I envy you o}
If you are like me that use to help baby finish his cereal once he's satisfied , you may consider getting formular too [s] except you love drinking bwrestmilk [/s]

to back) .. My baby doesn't even want to make any attempt to turn anytime I place her on her tummy. Until this afternoon, she rolled from her back to belly.. I was so happy

Tummy to back.... so I heard too. But my bobo used to roll from back to tummy and will after a while in that position. He was like that until he started siting up from lying position himself.

But I used to have knee pain after I delivered and someone said I should try to cover my joints properly even when the weather is hot
It's stopped after I made cautious effort

Maybe you should try to maintain good posture while breastfeeding

If you don't mind , you can do it this way. Lie on a soft surface eg bed, and get someone to stand on your pain area. Let the person start with standing on one leg to see if u can carry it before letting his/her whole weight on you..if you can't carry the person, let them just apply pressure with the one leg all through the pain area.
That's my fastest relief for any thing pain in the back region. ] I had waist pain after delivery , my husband refused to do the standing . My cousin came visiting and did it for me, I got instant relief. Hubby seeing the efficacy begged me to do his own, he was having back pain then. He slept off almost immediately after the standing thing. And that was the end of the pain. If you can stand it, try it.
Just be cautious, spinal cord is not far

Anyone who has an answer to this. I have also been feeling this backache since I delivered too, mostly worse when I wake up in the morning

mamas pls help me o. my ds too his 10wks immunization yesterday and since then he has been crying o. have been giving him panda paracetamol but he's still running temperature and crying me am confused and almost crying too o, his 6wks was not like this oo. what do I do.

Penta at work. He should be fine by today. They tends to get comfort by sucking and being cuddled, it may be stressful for you but I think it helps.

Hi everyone, happy to be back here. Many thanks to everyone who responded to my concerns, you were all amazingly on point. DD started walking without any attempt to crawl, she was always wanting to stand on her feet and shortly after that took her first step. Like dunasy said, she’s very reserved. She surprisingly started walking without support before my chairman (the twin brother) despite all his initial gra gra (lol) . They are 15 months old and can both walk unassisted now.

Here I am sitting watching my baby sleep. She's been vomiting since morning and running temperature. I had to take her to the hospital because she was becoming weak. Cough and catarrh also. Dr diagnosed malaria and they've given her first dose of malaria injection. Its the temperature we are battling with because even with pcm the temperature is still high. Please pray for us

Mamas, can a 8 months old use the mixture of palm oil and sugar for cough. What other home remedy option do we have.
