Also, some people sell SSN information for all sorts of purposes. There is a reason why SSN numbers are confidential. Even the SSN card says that you should not carry it around on your person.

Think of it like a credit card. Please google tax fraud using false dependants, download and print all the information you find online about tax fraud.

Paint the picture of toying with your precious kids future (which is true anyway) and mortgaging their future - please ensure you paint as gory a picture as possible.

Handle it as diplomatically as possible but DO NOT BUDGE please!!

Bun trying their customer care to no avail, I think they intentionally did that to make ppl fall in their trap e.g myself, cos I have thought I won't patronise them especially now, i even transfered all I have away from the account except 3k, but now I see a balance of -69k meaning any money that enters the account, they will deduct it. I just paid my professional subscription of 221 pounds and GTB put a lien on #62k for the transaction. Meanwhile Gtb charged me #90.34k for the same transaction on Feb 16 when I paid for my husband.Aroro no gree me pay my own before...kikiikiki

6.I dont want to stay too long after birth since i dont have the fund. How many weeks should i give after delivery?

I need your help my dear people, i'm so exhausted right now, i have been working day and night to raise cash.

First of all 2.5mn is about 9k + ticket money if you are able to get PTA at N210 ish. So you may still work within your budget.

1. Go to Wakanow.com. Enter your dates, search all the websites one by one.
2. Your best bet is Oakbend Hospital / Dr. F - tried and tested, package plan with hospital and doctor. Plenty Naija mamas that use the hospital that can provide a support system (as you are travelling with your daughter). If you want to use Dr F, you will need a recommendation from someone that has used him before.
3. Accommodation...not sure about this. You may use all these concierge services (they also offer services like transportation to clinic for visits, etc), for perhaps 1k2 a month? thereabouts
4. May not be necessary, you have a child with you so sharing room / accommodation may not be convenient
5. Policies on PTA change everyday. Read up LadyGuinivere posts on how she got PTA from (I think) Stanbic
6. Personally, I returned about 3 weeks after having my baby. Generally for Houston, you can get all your documents within 2-3 weeks, but to be safe, 1 month is ok
7. 37 weeks is way too late. I would advise that as you are 34 weeks, aim to leave Nigeria within 1 week maximum. BA, Air France I think are more baby friendly / accept far gone mothers

All the best. Just calm down, take out time to prepare for the trip and pray for the best.

Advice: Travel for vacation before you start to show. Spend a week and come back.

Then travel to have your baby later. This is not fail proof but it's still better than what you want to do

All praises be to almighty Allah. Me and my princess are back in Nigeria. I paid 324 dollar to add baby's ticket on BA. I enjoyed my flight with them. My three bags all weighed like 28kg and they accepted all the bags like that and even checked in my hand luggage.

I used dr Amajoh of methodist hospital and she is a very good and humble doctor . I enjoyed her service with that of all the nurses that attended while I was in the hospital. Thank you methodist for all my freebies.

When I was eager to come and share Dw Poe transcript, apparently there is nothing to share.

Dw entered through Houston Poe, she said the CBP did not ask her any question so after probing further she told me she was putting on a Jacket and the CBP probably did not even notice she was preggy. Also she was not sent in for Secondary Inspection, so her bags were not checked. So it was a walk in the park through the fearsome houston poe.

She was stamped in with no time frame (I guess she is eligible for the usual 6 months).

I am in the middle of a battle with KLM right now on an near identical situation (they lost my bag, eventually found it after I screamed and shouted, guess what, it came back stripped of my valuables, which probably happened at MMA2)

As they have said they don't pay for jewelry, including jewelry in the baggage inventory will be shooting yourself in the foot. May be best to include other items for which you have receipts.

I know people have given bits and pieces of info but I have not seen anything that details the steps (I stand corrected though). Checked online but it's not very clear..

For example,
What states have this refund that have been tried and tested?
What tax exactly are we claiming the refund on? i.e the sales tax? the city tax ? other tax? etc
On what items can you claim the refund (for example in the UK u cant claim VAT refund on children's clothing)
Can you claim on items bought online? Within the US?
General process?
What to do when you get to the airport, do you go to Customs?
Do they pay cash?
Other details? Is the whole thing worth the wahala?

Also, cheapest package to Chicago is not all you need. You need information on visa (if you do not have already), POE (when you want to enter America), documentation (getting your baby's papers).

Leave your small screen, get a laptop and read throughly.

Have u checked the flight cost to alaska sha? Compare and weigh your options well o. Sometimes family isn't the prime / only factor to consider.

It appears that it covers hospital only - no mention of doctor (midwives will take delivery not doctor, in the event that yo need a dr per emergency, what will that cost be? not indicated), prenatal nko? lab work, epidural, etc not included.
