I just noticed there's quite a large difference in what is offered when one is buying a coin using debit card on Binance compared to when one is buying with money transferred to his account (Fiat). It's more expensive using fiat. The difference is huge. We're talking about tens of thousands of Naira ��‍♂️. What can one do about this?

The bot banned me on the other thread temporarily; if you don’t want to pay charges while buying on Luno just set buy limit orders on the exchange for a few kobo under the current market price and wait a few minutes, your order should be filled up, if you don’t want to wait, set it for a few kobo or hundreds of naira above the market price and it will get filled quickly (kobo for small currencies like ripple and hundreds for eth and btc)

Thanks much for that insight as I rarely visit that section since I started using the luno app. Can you kindly explain that encircled area? Does the red one (Ask) denote the market price? Should I set my price at that rate or that of the green one (Bid)?

Lastly the "post only" toggle, should I leave it off or put it on? What purpose is it meant to serve?

The spambot picks up certain words or phrases automatically and hides posts thats why I use betece for instead of spelling it out. Notice a good number of posts are hidden and users automatically banned. That's nairaland for you.

Pdot is a coin just like you have betece and the rest.
Those numbers are prces in dollars. So when I say bought at 15 ish. I mean around 15 dollars.


Fact is if you want to trade this market, you'd have to learn some stuff. Alternatively, the other option would just be to buy and forget it for a long time and not bother about movement. The money made in it is simply based on the confidence in the market. It's not manufactured anywhere. When you buy, someone is selling. So you have to ask yourself if it's sensible to buy at that time.

A good place to start will be to download the crepto app by investing.vom on playstore. You'd easily see the price variations of different coins over time.

Inec does not need your call up number. It expires after your service year. Organizations ask for the nysc number ( the number starting with A) to ensure that you have truly served and have completed your service year. How do you think they would differentiate ( at this level) those who exempted, those who have not completed their service year and those who are still serving?
If its the call up number that they need, then even those in camp would apply(an act greatly shunned at by employers).... This isnt rocket science and a no brainer.

Leave the guy to wallow in his ignorance. Since he has refused to listen to every other person's view except his. He didn't even look at a scenario of someone who was called up for service but didn't eventually complete the service. Somethings don't need stressing. This issue is even too elementary for people to argue over

Guys everything is working perfectly now. Even my passport that wasn't showing yesterday on my slip is now showing. I was also able to download the slip and save it as a PDF file on my phone. I guess the formula for this application is; if you encounter any challenge at any point in your registration, take a deep breath, leave your system or your phone, and continue the next day (as long as the next day isn't March 2nd) because since this registration started, it has been from one glitch to the other; from site not opening, to email wahala, to passport issue, to download slip palava. But finally, here I'm having completed the registration. The rest is up to God.

Woke up 3am today... Decided to try out the site. Opened it and I saw the categories of which one is to select and apply for. Anyone you choose takes you straight to application. No invitation mail or anything. So I started my application till I got to the last stage where I needed to submit before I encountered the issue I mentioned earlier. Fortunately/unfortunately, I tried it again later this morning since I was unable to submit earlier, but that page has changed to this where I need a mail before I can start my application.

I tried filling the application this morning. Everything was moving smoothly till I got to the last page for submission. But each time I click on 'submit' it doesn't respond. Who is in this with me
