Results:
1. Unsurprisingly, Yobe and Katsina states are most interested in President Buhari.

2. The preponderance of interest in President Buhari is in the North. This further reveals the Nigerian division along ethnic and religious lines.

3. President Buhari was most popular between August 20th and August 26th 2017. Who has any clue why?

4. Imo state does not care about President Buhari. Maybe because they are too busy worrying about their own governor.

I was curious about which of these two individuals who seem to occupy a lot of social media space, would be more popular, so I went seeking answers from the most beloved and reliable companion ever: Google

This shows the popularity of both personalities over the past 1 year.
President Buhari seems to be more popular, but between November 5 - November 11 2017, Bobrisky was more popular than President Buhari

The following all compare both personalities in each state in Nigeria:

Conclusions:

1. President Buhari seems to be far more popular than Bobrisky

2. Bobrisky is most popular in Osun state

3. Edo, Delta, Anambra and Oyo states are also quite interested in Bobrisky. I wonder why.

4. The Northern states do not care about or know who Bobrisky is.

5. Apart from Kaduna. I wonder what's got them so interested in Bobrisky. Who has any ideas why?

Oh look, wow, yet another brilliant and well balanced piece by yet another "human rights activist" and expert in doctors and medical practice. How very original and insightful.

The doctor hit and assaulted a nurse. Oh what a terrible doctor. Are we sure he was even fully or properly trained as a doctor? Perhaps he even has DSM Indexed psychological issues, he must be a wife beater-if he has even found a woman to marry his misogynistic posterior. The caring nurse was just trying to save lives and the monster wanted both the patient and herself dead so he could feed on them later in secret when he would transform into a werewolf-vampire hybrid.

Did his colleague and brother not just jump off a bridge the other day?
See? We told you so. As the only person who committed suicide by jumping off that bridge that year, he must indeed be cut from the same cloth as this brutish and rogue doctor. They may even have had the same psychiatrist-who is also another mentally unbalanced doctor who may one day engage in the Nigerian doctor's favorite pastime and jump off the same bridge, or brutally assault a caring and loving nurse.

These doctors, no no. They want you to die when you pay a visit to their business establishment where they earn a living by offering their skill for a fee- no, they don't care about their places of work and how such negative actions would affect their financial status and they may not be paid- all they care about is ensuring that all patients who they come across, die.

You really have to wonder how they do that? They request for fees to be paid before their professional opinions can be provided. How dare they! They took an oath to save lives. Even if they have families and mouths to feed, their oath is paramount. What, they're hungry? The oath will fill their bellies. They must always offer their hard won skills before any talk of something so crude as financial compensation for critical medical attention. We have no business with health insurance- they took an oath which must come first. Their families can starve, that is not what this brilliant article is about, so we don't need to mention that.

Yes, I too have an anecdotal story about a personal encounter revealing how a Nigerian navy doctor threatened to assault me in such a vague manner. Yet another brutish military official medical doctor, but that just goes to further buttress the point that these doctors arrogate God like status to themselves, always prancing about like they own the hospitals and the world is at their feet, they have no business taking pride in their work, how dare they, the oath is paramount. They took an oath!

Now we call on all women to rise up against doctors, this is a female vs male situation! Women must all protest against doctors. What's that, you mentioned many women are doctors too? That's not the point. Women must all rise up against these barbaric hoodlums called doctors.

The oath is sacrosanct! The oath, yes the oath. They took an oath! We have no business with their families or their financial concerns, those are irrelevant to this fine article. We hope these crimes by a thug parading as a medical doctor would be fully investigated, and he be punished as a doctor, and not as an individual with anger management dysfunction. He is a doctor before he is human, afterall.

My name is Tayo Demola and I have great insight into medicine and the vagaries of medical practice in Nigeria. I did not train as a lawyer, and I do not offer unsolicited or usually heavily biased opinions on issues I have little understanding of.

2. It is a deformity of the knees.
Many think this is a normal posture, but it is not. It is an abnormality of the knee joints.

3. It is more common in females.
It has been found to be more common in women. Men have the deformity as well, but it is much less common.

HealthUCH Ibadan Responds To Alleged Expired Vaccine Administration by antagonist(op): 7:14am On Jul 18, 2018
One Mr. Ore Afolayan has accused the University College Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State, of administering an expired and fake vaccine to his son on July 11, 2018.

Tweeting @TheOreAfolayan, he said, “I got to the clinic late. I was the last in the queue and I held my son down for a shot of Penta vaccine. When I looked at the bottle, I wanted to ask the nurse why the vaccine was so small, but I guessed that, since they had used it for other kids, it was the right dosage for them. But I realised that the expiry date on the bottle had since passed (June 18).

“I was shocked. When I asked why, the nurses said it was what they had been using. I showed her where the expiry date was boldly written because she kept saying it was the date of production.”

The UCH authorities later responded to Afolayan’s tweet via the hospital’s official Twitter handle, describing his allegation as false. UCH said, “The allegation of administration of expired Penta vaccine is false and a detail surrounding this matter is being investigated by all stakeholders.”

It would be recalled that one Omolade Adebisi Abiara, also took her grouse with the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital to Instagram on June 14, 2018 narrating how her eight-year-old daughter, whom she took to see an ENT specialist, was given a six-month appointment without a first aid or allowing her to see a doctor.

She wrote on her Instagram page that she reached LASUTH at 6am on Wednesday, 6th of June, but her daughter’s name was only called at 11.30 am and then it was only for them to be told by the “Admin” that they would have to come back in six months’ time.

She added that the “admin” told her that it was “standard practice” in the tertiary hospital to give patients appointments without seeing a doctor.

“I got a referral from Isolo General Hospital because they said they don’t have an ENT specialist there. The admin woman insulted me, saying that was their protocol at LASUTH, she didn’t even care about the ailment of my daughter.

“It was after I created a scene that she now changed it to next month. I have everything on my referral note, they cancelled it to change it to next month. Other people with critical cases were also told to come back in six months time. My issue with them was that I should at least see the doctor who should be in the best position to tell me when to come back after administering first aid.

“You can’t expect my daughter’s dripping hear to be like that for the next six months,” she said.

Another patient, also with a serious ear infection, who simply gave her name as Temitope, said she suffered a similar fate at LASUTH the same day Mrs. Abiara took her daughter to the hospital.

Temitope claimed that she was also given an appointment without seeing a doctor.

In his reaction, the Chief Medical Director, LASUTH, Prof. Adewale Oke, frowned at patients taking to the social media to express their grievances about how they were treated at the hospital.

“The social media will always blow issues out of proportion, my numbers are on notice boards across the hospitals, patients can always reach me for their complaints,” he said.

Oke said the matter was under investigation and he promised to let the public know the outcome when it is concluded. All efforts to, however, to get an update on the incidence proved abortive as at press time.

CrimeRe: Third Mainland Bridge: A Favourite Location For Acts Of Suicide by antagonist: 8:11pm On Jun 12, 2018
There have been, and there are bound to be, comments from people on this topic, ranging from asinine to empathetic, about suicide.

The fact is that sociocultural factors have made mental health a taboo topic in this part of the world. A person suffering from mental health problems is much less likely to seek professional help, or even recognize that such help exists.

Earlier in the day I came across a topic which perfectly sums up the Nigerian attitude to Suicide and mental health. The reactions to that topic were saddening but unsurprising.

https://www.nairaland.com/4556638/suicide-car-keys

As a society, we just refuse to accept that mental health is just as important as physical health, if not more so, because physical ailments are seen, observed. Mental ailments are that much harder to diagnose.

Someone with a mental health challenge would be more likely to be considered a pervert, a lay-about, lazy, malingering, and all sorts of mischaracterisations, just as we believe suicide is a deliberate decision. It is, but because we just cannot fathom that mental health ailments are real, we fail to recognize that an overwhelming majority of such decisions are made from a background of severely diminished mental capacity.

The statistics are worrisome. 90% or more of all suicides come from a background of mental health issues, from depression to substance abuse.

Until we begin to understand that mental health is as important as physical health, and make societal and cultural adjustments, this trend will unfortunately continue to rise.

Your thoughts on the matter are yours, and yours alone. No one is trivialising suicide.
The fact is that, whether you like it or not, suicide is a decision. One that may be promoted by an unhealthy psychological state--depression--but a decision nonetheless. There are those who suffer way more and don't choose to go that route.

I'm sorry you lost your sister, and may she rest safely wherever she is.

Ultimately, none of all this has anything to do with the post. Besides, OP was obviously making a reference to the woman who parked her car and jumped off the bridge two days ago, and I fail to see how it's treating the subject of suicide with levity. I'll admit, it's a tad distasteful, but it doesn't warrant any of the "woe be you" comments some have left.

I have no stake in this, and possess absolutely zero interest in embarking on a psycho-philosophical discourse on the concept of suicide.
If you truly fail to see how casual, off-hand remarks about leaving car keys while contemplating and carrying out such a tragic course of action is the very definition of trivializing suicide, then that's unfortunate.

Your opinions and thoughts are noted. We can agree to disagree.

Lmao at people white-knighting here. Suicide is a decision. Admittedly not an ideal one, but it's still something the person went out of their way to decide on. This post isn't trivialising it, it's simply pointing out a minor gripe about the whole thing.

Post is slightly distasteful, I agree, but it's nothing to go up in arms over.
A decision? It is.

"...an ideal one?"

Loss of life is "not an ideal one?"

"still something the person went out of their way to decide on."

"Mental health disorders (particularly depression and substance abuse) are associated with more than 90% of all cases of suicide."

WHO, 2018

Is Depression "still something the person went out of their way to decide on."?

Alcohol and substance abuse has been classified as a disease for decades. That's because it is.

An overwhelming percentage of suicides occur in the background of diminished mental capacity, either from substance abuse, or severe depression.

Let us not treat severe issues with levity.

I lost a sister last year, she committed suicide.

So please don't come here to talk about white knighting.

For some of us, it is real.

Is this what we do now? Make jest of and joke about something as serious as the decision by a person to take their own life?

Is this who we are as a people now? Have we become so jaded and insensitive that we can afford to mock an issue so serious and solemn that the 2018 US government Budget provided $60 million to prevent suicide in form of Suicide Prevention programs? And the Canadian counterparts provided 6 million dollars for suicide prevention in just the North Western Territories?

We may not know the true extent of Suicide in this country, because mental health issues are such a taboo to us, and the idea may be unfathomable to us, culturally. But do not make the mistake of assuming that suicide is a light decision.

It is not.

Hmm.

Mr Fowler I got my lexus from you a while back and I had no issues. I do check nairaland now and again and I witnessed that 2015 camry issue and that corolla issue and now we are here again. You always say your buyers are not in this site but it was here that I got your info and decided to try you out. By saying that you have belittled me and the rest of us who are your potential customers. I am disappointed to see your comments here again, just like the other camry and corolla issue. Being proud and looking down on people is a bad thing.
Anyway I just want to say that you should stop belittling people online. Yes you are a big man and sell many cars but do you know one inspired was my personal friend back in the day? We had issue with him like that camry issue to the point I had to involve efcc petition and dey would have finished him if not for human decency.
I have to say that never should you allow your status now blind you to the fact that a reputation that is lost cannot be regained easily. Stop making fun of people and drawing attention with unnecessary comments and jeers. Somebody determined can go far to damage you especially when you are not careful like that it 2015 accident camry, no matter how well off and rich you think you are. You will not know but you sold 3 corolla in 2016 because of how I was telling my friends about my experience with u. They even entered this website because I told them.
I am here writing this because this is how the issue with inspired started. This is the same manner he was talking to my friend ola and me until at the end he had to beg. Don't let anybody supporting you or against you make you feel on top of the world. You are here to sell car, so sell your car and don't call anybody unnecessarily. I beg you to be careful. Another thing if the owner of nairaland said they should have chassis then why not just have it and be plain?

A wise man once said that the problem with being on top is that the only way to go is down.
