It is my presumption that woods should natural be cheaper and less tedious than concrete.Apart from that,woods takes up less space and tend to keep the buildings streamlined and proportional.

And there is a wide opening for timber cultivating,harvesting,distribution and replanting.A market nigeria as a country hasn't even thought.

Before we can actually exclude Abuja, then serious developmental work should be done in Places like Kuje, Bwari, Gwagwa and so many other places where Most people working inside Abuja are working. About 95% of people working in Abuja are leaving in these area (Kuje, Bwari, Gwagwa ...). The houses where 35% of 95% of people working Abuja are leaving is as good as the house that collapse.
