after graduation, a course mate informed me of a walk in interview in a hotel (I was seriously searching for hotel jobs that period).
we got to the hotel some minutes after 8am, hoping that the interview will begin by 9am. we met quite a number of persons there and some persons came afterwards.
we were about 60 persons that came for the interview and were all waiting by the bar outside.

9am
10am.
11am.
12noon.
no show.
no interviewer, nobody even came to pacify us.

I was already mad but this my guy was telling me to calm down.

he repeatedly called his guy on phone but the guy wasn't taking his calls.

by 1pm, two persons(one guy in mid 30s and another lady in her mid 20s)who we could tell were staff of the hotel came to inform us that the interview will start soon. they gave us a sheet of paper to write our names.

2pm - no show.
it was around 3pm, that they started calling us in.
it got to my turn few minutes to 4pm.
I entered the room to meet the same persons that gave us the sheet of paper.
immediately I sat down, the guy complained that I took my hand off the hand rest of the chair. I replied that I was trying to adjust myself to relax.
this bros said I should have said sorry instead of defending myself. he asked me to leave.(me that was already mad because of their delay) I was close to the door when I heard him say "I asked you to leave and you couldn't even beg? ". I looked at him, smiled,flung the door wide open, and left.

I met my guy ouside.
on our way home, his friend called him.(while on the call),he told him that we came for an interview in that hotel. the friend complained that he should've informed him before coming. that he stopped working in that hotel some weeks ago. that the manager is a very proud guy, who graduated with 1st class and thus treats everyone like sh!t. he said the manager talks to everybody without respect, looks down on people, and deducts money from employees for insignificant reasons. from his description, it was obvious the manager was the guy in his mid 30s that interviewed us. this guy pleaded with us not to accept their offer cause working there is hell on earth.

we left with Joy in our hearts without looking forward to be employed there.
