@ everyone, sorry guys for the late update, Im trying to keep up , but I'm mostly tied down here, ILl try to improve, but I can't do more than ill be able to. I wish I could update the way you want me to, I really wish I could do that.

I did not check David in the hostel that night, i do not remember why, neither did I see him again until Monday the next week as I went home sartuday morning, some will start their exams in a few days , so activities(including mine) had to adjust.

Throughout the week , I saw mercy only once, we agreed to meet later but did not.
Ade(who I've almost started calling bros) had packed the play station 2 up, saying he will bring it back after exams, therefore my sojourn to their room reduced drastically.

I did not meet toke again for the rest of the semester, not that week, not during exams and definitely not during the holidays. We were both trying to see who will beg first, readers you all know now that he or she who begs first to end a fight in a relationship will probably always be the one to beg anytime their is a fight in the relationship, and that will most likely be the way as long as the relationship lasts.
I know she is into me, I've seen it and mercy had told me that too, I know I'm into her too, but we need to see who needs who more. Im afraid this our stance might backfire, but we shall see sha.

David refused to release any info, and I also did not tell him that I now know everything, well almost everything, I refrained from probing too much cus the last time I got involved, I was the only one out of everybody involved that got trashed physically

Fetus has finally got back into the room, he was forgiving , ade did not do anything to him, but we later found out it was ade himself who mistakenly told him about the lockers.
He was warned however, not to cross path with uzoma or he might meet the Lord he claims he is serving that day.

Finally, I met uzuma during week before exams, she did not even talk about the party issue again, I think she still doubted if truly David was at the party, we just jisted about some other stuffs and if we will hook up at home.
I knew David saw her during the week, I believed he lied to her as usual that he was not at the party.
Uzuma also still believes their is something between mercy and David, she told me she just prays it's not true, "I'll remove her eyes" she told me. She bragged about some other things which I knew was a lie cus her goons wunt support her, how I wished i had the same immunity like mercy, I would have told her what's really on my mind, I would have opened my mouth like fayose.

Through the week while preparing for my exams, I had thought about the whole thing and realised one fact, uzuma is not really a bad girl as some will think, really she is not. yes she has a feisty attitude, yes she believes the use of fists is the best way to settle a dispute, yes she is crazy, but the uzuma I know before we got into school would not have deliberately joined bad gang, her mum is even a leader of some sort in their church, she sometimes go for night vigil most Fridays when she goes home.
But as she saw and experienced the power that comes with such association she fully embraced it , she enjoyed it. little did she know that some things that look good and sweet can actually be bad, dangerous and eventually bitter. "she, a young fine girl had join baht gang that" like falz the baht guy said.

I believed she loves David, hence her refusal to lore him in when her gang requested her to do so, I dont know the full details of what they did to her or what's really behind her refusal, but i know the fact that David could be with another girl while she was fighting to protect him really hit her bad.
But rather than lose her status and lose David at the same time, she is prepared to scatter everything than lose everything, she was ready to fight for her guy than lose him to mercy, well she was born to fight anyway.

As for me I deliberately reduced my involvement in the whole issue since I've seen that things are far far beyond my capability to intervene, " the money wey dem gather for house, church and village was for me to come and read book " I kept reminding myself .

Exams are over, everyone has left or is leaving, I should have left but for one stupid lecturer who gave us assignment during exams, I went to meet my course mate who gave me correct eBa the other time(hope you remember), she had finally turned me to one who does moSt of her assignments, she knew my weak point, FOOD!

After giving her the assignment(mine and hers) to submit the next day, she escorted me, as we got outside, we saw ekaite with her travelling bags, struggling with it as she was moving out of the hostel, We just passed her, I did not greet her and she acted as if I did not exist. few steps later the coursemate asked me:
course mate: " you and your friends babe no dey talk?"

who:" who?"

course mate: " ekaite na"

coursemate:" that girl,(pointING to ekaite)is ekaite,she is your friends girlfriend na, or I'm I wrong"

As I left the school for the last time this semester, I realised that Ive only taking one guy to my course mates room, she knows me with only one guy, DAVID!

The Key to a good story is regular updates. Even if you update once in two days, let it be constant so that your readers know when they want to return for the story. You can do three updates every two days. Use the rest day to type them down and on the posting day you can you can supply three long updates, one in the morning, one in the afternoon and the other in the evening.

It also Won't be too stressful since it is copy and paste from what you've already pre-typed.

Wetin this girl they talk now, I thought, you buy me this sweet turkey only to force it down my throat with sad news.
For some seconds , the turkey flesh I had torn from the main turkey lap hanged in my mouth while I searched mercy's face for any kind of play play

me:" mercy, that is not a joke o"

mercy: " do I like I'm joking"

Mercy then started relating to me the things I did not know is happening underground. The night she and uzoma fought, she was visited by aDe, or rather ade escorted her to her hostel and talked to her, the first sign was the apprehension she saw on the faces of two of her room mates, she initially thought it was because of the marks on her body before she realised that the girls where not looking at her, but where looking at ade with fear. The girls knew who ade really is.

Ade had calmed her nerves and told her she was just an unfortunate bystander and a victim of circumstance, but he assured her that no matter what happens, no one or group of people is going to do anything to her. He asked her if she still wants to date David despite what happened, she said she will think about it(as at that time) and ade told her point blank that if she continues to date David, despite his protection, he will not intervene if uzoma wants or tries to fight her, he says that their will be no gang beatING, he will counter uzoma's threats, but if they(uzoma and mercy)meet and fight, he will not intervene, no one will intervene.

"no wonder", I thought, " that this girl has been wearing strong strong clothes since!"

I asked if ade and uzoma belong to the same group(I get you know what I mean by group by now), she said she does not know that one, but she said she is sure uzoma belongs to something, and she messed up big time.

" how did she mess up" I asked

mercy: " she was supposed to recruit David in 100 level, she did not, she refused to lore him in", so when they broke up and we started dating, they blamed her and refused to deal with me, and since ade and that girl he was with that day are involved, I'm safe from them, but David is not.

me: "so you think David and uzoma had broken up abi?, if I give you jist hen! that turkey we you dey chop wunt digest for three days" I said in my mind

I asked her " how do you know this and who is that girl that ade was with that day?"
mercy: "some one told me in the hostel , the girl with ade is senior to uzoma I heard she even slapped uzoma that night"

me:" so how Come you think that ade has joined cult"

mercy: " cus of his movement lately, most times I dnt see him, even if I plan to see him, he tells me not to come to his room that he will come see me later"

me: " Heya, this girl does not know that anytime he is not with her, he and uzoma are busy grinding each other to a halt in the room" my mind said , but my mouth replied " so you are not even sure sef, and you don make me fear anyhow. The David I know cannot join anything other than debating society for this school."

she laughed, but I continued "you know David na, do you think he can fight ordinary puppy dog?, I dnt think he will just join like that without informing you sef.

mercy : " if you want to join, will you inform toke?"

I did not answer her but asked instead " does toke know all this?"

mercy: " yes"

me: " does David know all this too"

mercy: " yes"

me:" then he will know how to avoid them na, dnt worry, I'll look for David, I'll send you a mail tomorrow afternoon when I go to the cafe and tell you where he is, okay, (she nodded), but why did you decide to still date David after ade warned you about uzoma after the fight?"

mercy: " me sef they wonder o" (showing me her palms and tilting her heard slightly)" she what Ive gotten myself into"

me: "na love na, love can do anything"

mercy: " ya head"

me : " so if uzoma come fight you , will you fight her back?"

mercy: "I might not a Benin girl for nothing"

me: " just be careful sha"

mercy: " anti-truth, plus tell me , do you know why that girl is still interested in David, he has broken up with her since , why does she now want to still see him, expecially at the club, I understand if she wants to fight me, I'm ready for her, but her trying to see David is what I dnt understand"

me: " maybe because he is good in bed" (I winked, bet she wunt know I just gave her the reason )

mercy: " o ya start to dey go, you have stated yarning nonsense, see you on monday"

she turned and went inside , I said " help me tell toke that I'm sorry" she just waved her hand without looking back .

I turned and left , I was now really worried with this new info I got, so their is a lot more going on that I was not aware of, it's time I set some distance between me and this issue, so that when shit hit fan, I will not be in the room, and if I'm in the room, I'll be wearing space suit.

I'm very sure David did not go to see uzoma, uzoma goes home every Friday afternoon.
that thought hit me like lightning,"haa!, David, David, davidi, uzoma goes home every Friday afternoon and her roomate ekaite told me to tell him to come by 8.pm on Friday ,what is going on" I asked no one.

10 pm I was going back to my hostel, I was suddenly hungry, I was thinking of what to eat when I remembered that I have no money to buy food, no problem , I'll just go to bed, by tommorow, I'll be in my father's house, I'll eat at home.

Nepa has not brought light , so I decided to chill outside, mosquitoes will disturb you, but not much, since there are lots of people outside, they will come, but once they see that you have agidi and wunt allow them to bite, or they feel your blood is not fresh, they just move on. It's better than being in the room anyway, with 11 other boys and the fan that not working. Some of my roomates have the biggest nose on campus, the amount of oxygen they consume is enough to affect the ozone layer, you can hear how their nose is guzzling oxygen if you wake up during the night, its as if they have and industrial plant inside them. I was always thinking that one night I'll wake up struggling to breathe cus they have consumed all the oxygen in the room.

I was sitting outside when I saw mercy among some girls, I called her and she came to sit beside me

mercy: " what happened?"

me:" what happened how?"

mercy:" what happened between you and toke"

me:" nothing happened between us"( I thought she was trying to know if we had s*x)

mercy: " I came back to the room , I did not see you, I asked where you are from toke and she snapped at me, well...., I gave it to your girlfriend back o, I dnt have Time for nonsense. I did not do anything to her na, why should she be shouting at me, but as I see you here now, I figured that the problem is you "

I realised later that they really shouted at each other, according to one of their roomate, she said that there fight was incoherent , neither knew why the other was angry and reason for the fight, they were just angry and then yelled at each other

During our discussion, mercy told me about how toke was into me real bad, that I should not disappoint her(mercy), well I want to get into her real bad too, litterarily!. We discussed toke for a while and then she talked about why she too was angry, she believed that David went to meet uzoma, she has gone to his room several times and she did not meet him their, she had hanged outside our hostel for hours, yet no sign of him. She was furious, knowing that her dad's driver is coming to pick her up tomorrow morning and she wunt be back until Monday.
We joked a little about her not seeing her her boyfriend for days and she reminded me of what I said earlier about absence making the heart grow fonder.

After a while she said she had wanted to buy chicken barbecue but the guy was just doing a new batch, that's why she was still outside, she also hoped to still see David. I escorted her to the guy who makes the barbecue, the guy said chicken has finished , its only turkey that's remaining. mercy raved and cursed for like five minutes , informing the guy that she had booked earlier, why should he not have preserved her own.

me: " cool down, there nothing you can do again, the guy done sell am. You should have known this people by now, you did not pay down, you expect them to preserve something for you, lai lai"

mercy:" but he knows me" (facing the barbecue guy)" abi you no know me"
barbecue guy: " aunty mercy, I know you na, a beg no veX for me"

With the guy mentioning mercy's name, I realised she is regular customer, I made a silent prayer that toke should not be a regular customer too o, I dnt know which is more expensive, ice cream or chicken barbecue, and I don't think I want to know sef!
After much pleading mercy accepted to buy the turkey barbecue, "what is the hullabaloo sef", I thought, "what's the difference between chicken and Turkey," all where the same to me.(readers are they different?)

mercy: "anti, will you eat"
me: " no, I'm trying to be a vegetarian"
mercy: (looking at me first with neck and head bent to the side, then facing the barbecue guy)" a beg give us two jare, he is just joking, anti is rejecting turkey"(laughing)" hell will freeze over that day"

me:" you are doing as if you know me again, you dnt know me o"
mercy : (she kept on laughing) " nobody knows you anti, but I know that the day you reject turkey, or food for matter, that's the day the world will end"

We were in that jolly mood when we bought the turkey, we were even eating it as I escorted mercy to her hostel, all of a sudden she got serious, she told me she wanted to discourse something with me and made me promise not to tell anyone.
she said" anti, I'm afraid David is now a cult boy!"

We kissed , I had kissed toke some couple of hours earlier, but this time it's different, I do not know why or how, but I know it's different, it's deeper. I was on my knees in front of her, between her legs while she was seated on her bed.

Before she could reply, one of her roomates came back into the room, she signalled that get up from on top of her, she drew the blind covering her section and we spent the next few minutes adjusting ourself, she adjusted her clothes while I adjusted junior.

The roomate left again and I tried to continue from where we stopped, this time she resisted, all my bottled up tension exploded instantly , all of a sudden I just got extremely angry.

"I'm going" I said

toke: " where re you going to"

I did not reply her , I just went for the door
toke: "anti, what's the problem na" (she stood up but did not follow me)

I did not listen, I just left the room , I was tired and angry, I don't understand why she could be so into me and yet not ready to go all the way. As I walking away , junior was hissing " if you don't go back I will curse you this night".

I stormed out of the hostel, outside the hostel, I realised I had made a mistake, but I can't go back to correct it. I went to my room, wanted to try and read small, as exam starts next week, Nepa took light, so I decided to go to the area where we have lectures, their is always light there.

As you will well know, book no enter my head, no matter how I tried to concentrate, it just seem I was reading a Greek textbook instead of English. I closed the book then let my mind drift to my present predicament.

Toke is strong headed at odd times, she is soft and compliant most times, but when she says she does not want to do something, you better comply cus if you try to force her, you wunt like the end result.
so I wondered why we could share such passionate kissing, in which she was even the main player yet she refuses to go all the way.

This project has taken longer than I expected, and it was telling on my body, me and my body members are having disagreements and I was tired, it's 24 hours after I watched David and uzoma in the locker and I've not resolved my Konji level, I've also *dissipated more energy than usuall within this period


Some of you might not like how this episode ended, but it's a true and false story, I had no choice than to tell it the way it happened. but don't worry , their is more to be revealed, me and toke's case did not end like that, as for fininshing the project, well,,,, lets wait and see. Also remember the title of the story, it's 3 girls and not 2 girls fighting o!

I understand you, the mistake I made was starting to post the story when Ive not finished typing it. I decided to post the few I ve typed initially for a reason. The reason was it is a " true and untrue story", and I wanted input on which parts of the story and which characters I should concentrated more on, as all the main characters had their own unique story.

After a while , I was too busy to update as often as I've planned, I decided to finish typing most of it , then post it all at once, I put the suggestion in a post here, but it was rejected, I was told to post as I type, hence the time lapse between the posts.

If the majority say I should type all and then post it at once, there is no problem,I'll do so. if most want me to post as I type, no wahala, it's you guys that will determine what I will do.

pls your oppinion and response on the characaters will go a long way in determining the parts of their story you want revealed. Thanks
