you have lied sir. Someone can leave outstanding infrastructure without taking a single lone. If you minimise waste spending & useless partying & money sharing, you can do something meaningful without taking loan.

Take Anambra for example. Mr Peter Obi was Anambra governor for 8years without taking a single loan. He left Anambra state debt free with lots of saving for the new government to kick start with.

All the 177 communities in Anambra state are connected with good roads.

All the public secondary schools have at least 2 news structures. Some schools like QRC onitsha, CKC etc are looking like a mini university campuses.

He started 3 big utra morden shoping malls (nnewi, awka & onitsha) which Obiano is about completing.

He focused so much on foundation laying which has helped this present government of Gov Obiano to riding high.

What i am saying is that any government that mean well for his people will give them the basic things first. Lay good foundation before going into sending men to moon.

Life is all about choice & planning. Many governors inflate price of things & take loan to meet up with their useless life style.

Loan is important & it helps but it is not a must... Planning well can keep you debt free...

Sir please read where I said "outstanding". Yeah if you're building those ordinary blocks of classroom and shopping malls, you don't need much. Private individuals do this without breaking a sweat. I am talking of World standard hospitals capable of kidney or liver transplants. Wireless internet in the university. Advanced transportation networks like the Lagos or Abuja light rail. No way your state allocation covers those.

I really don't get the people shouting BODMAS. He took the entire bracket as a whole which makes it correct.

Take a calculator and punch in 10^2 - 10^2. Then punch in (10+10)(10-10). It all gives you zero.

As someone said earlier, it is mathematically correct but scientifically wrong. I have no idea what this sentence means, it just sounds right

I am only trying to argue about your BODMAS not followed reason. In terms of BODMAS, he is spot on.

I laugh at this. Bracket comes before division. Think of it this way. The bracket did come first. It was treated as a whole and used to cancel the whole bracket in the denominator.

Oya solve this 3(2+5)/(2+5). You can start expanding the brackets. Or you can easily cancel it out and get your answer as 3.

@OP, not sure I've had the false awakening though. Sir, I didn't know. Besides the insurance site says it's not compulsory to have one before getting a job. You can apply for the number after getting the job and tell the employer you have applied for the number. In any case I'm applying for one now.
