Primrose91: Your girlfriend has an inappropriate affect (very common). Sometimes when people are so happy they are overcome with emotions and cry. The stranger occurrence is when people laugh at funerals or other sad events. Although you have kissed 5 times, maybe she is still getting accustomed to having someone showing her affection. Her happiness translates to tears because you embody the realization of her dream of finding true love. In my opinion 2 weeks is very soon to be considered "love", but I guess only you two would know. I haven't seen a die-hard romantic like you |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: This Is What Happened To Me At A Scam Job Interview In Ikeja by Anyi3(m): 7:31pm On Nov 04, 2014 |
TheCode: See them... oga take several seats to the back joor. The op was even very polite. Ladies and gentlemen, last yr I had same experience in Owerri (that was during the NUC strike).
I and my pals located the place with some difficulty - a rented hall in owerri town. I spent over 300 blessed naira to get there.
Let me not bore u all with the ridiculous details because everything was almost exactly as the op described. The only difference was that there were many more (mostly naive) people, we were divided into groups, and there was no final process or test - we were told there and then to invest in gnld and be rich overnight.
I dont know why they didnt think of hiring a clean set of suits for their "speakers" so as to make them look the part at least, and help their hustle. The guy was telling us, "As I am here talking with u, I have money making for me in abuja, I have money making for me in Enugu, I have money making for me in Kaduna... etc...", yet his 'coat' and shoes would be considered with a serious frown - and a curse or two - upon presentation at any Orphanage, seriously.
Mtcheeew... let me just stop here jare. I and my friends laughed them to scorn before finally leaving the hall. Funny set of daft people.
That process of getting marketers for gnld is completely unethical. In Aba or Warri, people's t.fare may be refunded by force o. Its not funny. Omo your own is as funny as the OP's. My friend entered bus from warri to attend one of these scam interviews in Lagos. Dude dressed up with tie and all (thankfully no jacket). That day I laughed till my sides hurt when he described how the peeps saying they were rich were dressed. Why don't they dress better to at least help their scamming hustle |

aisha2: God forbid. Please limit this to yourself. African men are not inconsiderate spoilt babies needing 24 hours tending. African men are great husband, good providers and wonderful fathers. Go and look for real men and learn how to be a real african husband rather than spread your insecurities as standards for all If you weren't married I would have done the needful. |

GeneralShepherd: I think it's not a wise decision. Getting a job after Msc is very difficult but trying to get a job with a degree from these cheap schools may even be worse. Think long and hard before you commit that kind of money to the UK education system.
Try good schools in China,Australia, America and maybe singapore
Think of return on investment, can I get a job in nigeria? Can I use this degree to get a job anywhere in the world?
The UK immigration policy has been designed to frustrate immigrants in terms of job opportunities in the country.
If you must come the UK, go to a reputable school. It increases your chances of getting a job. It is just a personal opinion. I like your insight. I want to ask what you think are graduate prospects from University of Glasgow? Looking at doing my MSc there. Thanks |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Newcastle Vs Liverpool (1 - 0) On 1st November 2014 by Anyi3(m): 4:02pm On Nov 01, 2014 |
Roland17: Stop making cheap/ lazy analysis, making Balo the scape goat each time Liverpool plays is myopic, Liverpool's defense is altrocious, the middle is weak with an aged Gerrad struggling with pace and form and of course the annoying and over hyped Henderson, sterling although has pace lacks the intelligence to create..
Liverpool's issues is more than just Balo after all only Sturridge has scored for this team from the CF position, Lambert, Borini and Balo all have 0 goals,Maybe give the dude a break and you guys might figure out this sinking ship my brother, I thought I was the only one. You got it spot on, how many passes did Balotelli receive. The defense and midfielders messed up badly today. The connect from midfield to attack is absent. Henderson was occupying space without contribution, Gerrard even tried today. |
