A competent court in the USA found the plaintiff's case frivoulous and has no merit and awarded fees to the defendant (Sugabelly).

USA is not Nigeria where they can use Power, Priviledge, Money and Stupidity to intimidate people into silence!

Why was she victorious and awarded these fees, because the Plaintiff Audu withdrew his own case because he knew that his intimidation tactics could not work because she had too much evidence to prove her case!

He withdrew at the point where the evidence was to be entered into the public record for all to see and judge him further.

They did not settle anything out of court, Sugabelly called him a Rapist and she still maintains her story( check her blog and tweets, still there for all to see).
