jazon:Another misinformed homie. The US is the cause of the problem in Ukraine, so they should foot the humanitarian bill. |
Benny6944:Your brain didn't tell you that this is propaganda? Well, I understand. |
Remman:God save this brother from western propanganda ![]() |
nuland:Baghdad with mighty US firepower supported by NATO allies did not fall for three weeks, and you expect Ukraine to fall in 2 days? |
bergs2:Yeah, Russia is losing biiig time hence Zelensky is crying for a NATO imposed no fly zone and begging for planes. Keep dreaming. |
BritishNaija:The sky is not being contested. Otherwise, They wouldn't be asking for a no fly zone. |
GardenOfGod:I'm honored to be operating from the Sambisa forest on Nairaland. ![]() |
IamAtikulate:I would have ignored this but I feel I owe the truth a service to dispel the puerile and outright lies you posted as facts. War doctrine is not what is written on paper, but what is practiced on the ground when reality kicks in. Contrary to what you believe, US war doctrine is not anchor on minimizing civilian casualties, only a misinformed jingoist parrot this nonesense. US war doctrine is carpet-bombing the enemy, especially one that puts up relative resistance. In Iraq, it took the United States and Britain three weeks to take Baghdad, and that was only achieved after carpet-bombing whole civilian populations killing hundreds of thousands of innocent citizens. The truth is bitter. In Vietnam, it use chemical substances to destroy whole villages killing thousands of innocent women and children, yet ended up losing the war. For example, it lost over 4.9 million soldiers just to kill 1 million Germans during WW 2. Again, it lost about over 350k soldiers to kill 70,000 Finish soldiers during the winter war. This is another ignorant assertion. Nazi Germany invaded the USSR by surprise, with more than 3 million Nazi troops, the best fighting force on the planet at the time, and in such circumstances, it's normal that they will lose more soldiers than the invading forces. Besides, Nazi-Germany and their Ukrainian collaborators committed war crimes by directly targeting and killing civilians and POWs. The battle of Stalingrad alone claimed so many lives including that of thousands of civilians. Still, it's the same USSR that ended up beaten the Germans back all the way to Berlin, a sacrifice the world is forever grateful for. The US entered the war late and is normal they have such minimal numbers of death. Plus, never at any time did they face the kind of overwhelming ground troops presence faced by the Soviets. Standing up against 3 million plus troops is no child's play. USA lost only 12 soldiers and 1 CIA in it's 20 years invasion of Afghan but Russia lost about 9k in it's 10 years of war against Afghans. Now this is the greatest of the misinformation you have put up here today. USA didn't lose 12 soldiers and one CIA operatives only, what the hell? They lost more than twelve thousand soldiers, and that did not even include paid private military contractors. Please get your facts straight. After 20 years, they lost and simply ran home from Afghanistan with their tail wagging in between their legs, courtesy of Let's Go Brandon.2. Russian war doctrine allows the use of nuclear threat to descalate conventional warfare. Pulling the nuclear card means Putin wants to descalate the war because he is disadvantaged but unfortunately his Nairaland zombies don't even know Russian doctrine. Lmao. The US have similar nuclear weapons use doctrine. Don't make me laugh. Please, read here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctrine_for_Joint_Nuclear_Operations Only few countries such as China and India that did not hasvea nuclear first use policy. NATO, the US and Russia has the same or similar nuclear first use posture. Heck, the US even has a preemptive nuclear strike policy, and reserve the right to use nukes when threatened with overwhelming large scale conventional force. 3. Losing top generals means many of his soldiers will go down. During WW 2, USA lost on average 10,000 soldiers for every 1 general killed. In total, they lost 40 generals out of 1,100 and suffered about 400,000 military deaths. For a country that entered the war late and did not even face up to half of what the USSR faced yet incurred such losses. These are flawed permutations. Besides, wars are not beans you cook on stoves. ![]() |
obedience4:You are quoting me off context. I never said they don't want to capture the capital. If Russia want to capture the capital Kiev, it won't even take them 48hrs to do so because they have overwhelming and superior airpower and the ground troops to do it. But they are instead using delay tactics to bug down the forces in Kiev so they don't have time to reinforce the besieged Uki forces in Kharkiv, Mariupol and elsewhere. This is a very strategic war. Are you aware that the Russians opened a corridor in the west of Kiev to allow civilians to evacuate? This and more is part of the reason they are delaying a full blown assault on Kiev. Putin never wanted the whole of Ukraine. It's just normal gibberish from western lamestream media outlets. Yes, it would have been folly not to have included Kiev as part of the strategic target. Denazification means removing all Nazis-like elements from all echelon of Ukrainian ruling authority, and that include Kiev. I'm sorry to disappoint you, God does not back ediots who chose to sacrifice their land as the battleground between two great powers. This is the major flaw in Zelensky's foreign policy. He could have stayed neutral like Finland and Sweden but instead allowed himself to be goaded by the west. Now they have abandoned him. In as much as I detest war, the Ukis brought this upon themselves. That said, I believe the negotiations will soon reach a compromise because some states in Europe are already getting tense and fed up. It's not funny anymore. |
ginggerxy:Noted. |
obedience4:And you saw the command post targeted by the Ukrainians who don't even have an airforce anymore? ![]() |
frog12:Croacroash better na, dey must be flies... ![]() |
MERCHANDISER:Some folks here don't even know that Putin's mother is from Ukraine. |
TrueNigerian300:I don't blame them. Many of them sold themselves to Hollywood and MSM propanganda and mind control machine where the Muslims are painted as terrorist, Africans as slaves, the Chinese as primitive, the Russians as oppressors, the Jews as victims, the French as fashionable, the British as good colonialist and of course, the Americans as the saviour of mankind. Thus, to this guy's, if it isn't America, anybody that does it is weak, inferior, dirty, wicked, the devil and so on. They say Russia is weak despite being in control of the sea and air of the enemy, and having it surrounded within it's major cities, with one city already in their control in less than two weeks. But they forgot that it took the United States a whole THREE WEEKS to take control of Baghdad, and that is even with the support of Britain and other allies who helped in carpet-bombing whole villages and buildings killing one million people. They say Russia has no modern weapons, because initially it chose to treat Ukraine with kids gloves, did not even deploy the best tanks in its armament, made very scanty use of it's aviation after the first 'shock and awe' forray, despite controlling the skies; rather relying more on standoff weapon strikes. But when it started real bombing for the last 4 days, they cried he is bombing hospitals, schools and killing civilians leaving the city despite glaring footages of members of Ukrainian forces using banned phosphorus and positioning their weaponry in civilian buildings using people as human shields. Can you imagine that one French reporter that reported this was criticized by his people? The world is a real terrible place to be at the moment. And these guys here forgot that America and NATO after 20 years could not defeat a rag-tag Taliban forces in Afghanistan despite their "modern weapons". The hypocrisy and double standard is very sad and pathetic. NATO wanted to goad Poland into delivering it's Mig-29 fighter planes to Ukraine, the choice of Poland is because the Polish border is the only area where those planes can be delivered and that is not even by air. They will have to do it via engine pulled haulers under the cover of night because the Russians are watching the skies from all angles and will shoot down any flying plane once it cross into the Uki airspace. Fortunately, the Pols calculated that the risk will be too enormous so they offered the planes to the US to do the handover to Ukraine. But Pentagon said NO, citing the risk of higher escalation. They knew that ones those planes entered Ukrainian sky, it is "Boom" and believe me, there is nothing anyone can do about it unless if they are crazy enough to start a nuclear war. Unfortunately, it appears that most of these propangandized folks in here don't even know about this happenings; how the world is just a very thin line away from World War 3. They think this is Hollywood where the US and it's Nationalized American Terrorists Organization'(NATO) can send 5 super soldiers into a city and kill everyone in that city and nothing will hurt them. I feel like weeping reading some of the comments here. I pray this war ends sooner than later. It's getting too scary for the security of the world. |
BritishNaija:The last operational military airfield was destroyed by Russian stand off missiles. Or am I mistaken? ![]() |
Teaser4:I understand, but Gaddamnit! The Psy-ops and mind control is appalling. So many people can't think for themselves anymore. This is bad. You don't have to love or hate one side to see or perceive reality for yourself. Unfortunately, some of our brothers here have chosen to live in false reality. |
obedience4:It means you are not following the war and Russian strategy. Maybe you do, but mostly from the wrong and strongly bias sources. The Russian strategy was never to occupy Ukraine. You don't occupy a country the size of Ukriane with 150,000 troops, the majority of which hasn't even tasted action yet. The strategy is to destroy Ukrainian military ability to wage "all-round" war, destroy and reshape the ruling class in Kiev, and forced a redefinition of the country's map/constitution by cutting off the East and adding the larger parts of the Donbass region into the already secured Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics. Hence, you see the Russian forces concentrated on cities like Mariupol, Kharkiv, Kherson and Odessa. When you take a closer look at the map, what these cities have in common, apart from the sizable ethnic Russian speaking population, they occupy the larger parts of Ukrainian border area with Russia, which Moscow fears poses the greatest threat should Ukraine be member of NATO. If Russia is out to occupy the whole of Ukraine, we would be talking 400-500,000 ground troops, and that doesn't include special forces and military police. In fact, the Russians doesn't have the financial muscle to afford such occupation. Hence they termed this operation "special military operation". The areas mentioned will serve as a perfect buffer for the Russians in case their demand for Ukraine neutrality falls on deaf ears. Those cities coming under strict Russian control like Crimea would render any sense of Ukraine joining NATO less strategic from a US-led NATO point of view. Those are the areas they have surrounded now, while negotiations are currently ongoing in which the Russians have already demanded Ukraine declare neutrality, among other things. Should that fail, then they can secure these areas and use them as buffers. And don't believe the lying lamestream media, they have the capability to take those besieged cities. They're just buying time with the negotiations. And yes, they already control one of the main targeted cities: Kherson. |
YoungBlackRico:Why should I kill myself for Ukraine or Russia? I'm just an observing Nigerian with objective views and logical analysis I hope you won't act like some foolish Nigerians who queues up to travel to Ukraine and die for people who pushed their kind out off trains and prevent them from crossing borders to safety from the war?? We still love you YoungBlackRico ![]() |
Wannabenz:The zombies here will tell you that the areas marked red are computer inks from BBSin geomaps Heck, the Russians haven't even started advancing en mass on the main cities yet. The strategy is to wear the enemy out by cutting off food supply, arm resupply, water and electricity, while striking inside targets with stand-off missiles and precision guided bombs. Once they're sure of the coast, then they move in for final cleansing. This is what they did in Kherson where they have taken over now. Mariupol, Kharkiv, and Odessa are next in line as they are already surrounded. The case of Mariupol would be very interesting because that's where you have most of the consentrated infamous Azov Batallion brigades, and it's been rumoured that there are Englishmen on the ground helping them out. God knows what the Russians will do to them. As for the attack on Kiev, it means that the Ukro army cannot resupply the units surrounded in Mariupol and Kharkiv because they have to try and hold down the Russian advance in the Kiev suburbs, which is a deliberate strategy by the Russians to wear them off while keeping the surrounded forces in the other cities completely cutoff and powerless in the cauldron that has been created around them. The Ukies seemed to have perceived this strategy because, two days ago, they tried to breakout out of the cauldron but Russian heavy artillery and airpower denied them the chance. For now, they are seriously boxed in, and it's because of this reality Zelensky is seriously requesting a no fly zone by NATO and planes to be given to his army. They knew it's only a matter of time before Kharkiv and Mariupol is taken. Except they reach some form of compromised with the Russians. I hope peace will return to this country sooner than later. |
adedehinbo:It's pathetic how some Africans reasons. You are killing thousands of Russian soldiers per day yet you're crying for a no fly zone and begging for jets that can't land. These guys are funny. |
Quaddafi29:Very pathetic to even behold. But they won't show you how members or the AZOV Batallion are killing their own men trying to surrender to advancing Russian forces. |
Chuvin22:You haven't seen anything yet. These guys are so regrettably brainwashed beyond redemption. Imagined a military with no airforce, no navy, and the majority of their troops surrounded in besieged cities by the enemies is winning. Yet the west is planning a Ukrianian government in exile. If you are winning, why call for a no fly zone? Why ask for help from NATO? These are the same type of people that hyped Zelensky into this regrettable war only to abandon him to his fate when realty kicks in. I just hope peace would return to Ukraine and let people return to their normal life. |
CoronaVirusPro: ![]() I pray that you don't get Corona virus from this shite. Ukraine getting so much kill with Mig-29? Lmao. ![]() |
CoronaVirusPro:Western propaganda don't win wars. ![]() |
Teaser4:Lmao. ![]() |
hotwax:Mention one Russia media that claim 12000 Russian death. I'm waiting. |
obedience4:Lmao. You think this is Africa? How many major generals or generals do you see on the frontlines fighting alongside regular troops during war? They go to battles but sit out the engagement in their well polished chairs and large tabled offices spread with maps, with communications and computers everywhere. Stop deceiving yourself. |
WhatCanIsay:And WHO and the UN told you categorically that Russia has lost 12,000 soldiers? ![]() Who did this to you? |
shogsman:Most of them here are just plainly ignorant. |
obedience4:Both sides in war are guilty of propaganda. But why should the Russians resort to propaganda when they're tearing Ukraine apart? I should follow Ukraine chief of defense on Facebook, are you serious? These people can easily stand on some of their own destroyed hardware and tagged it as Russian destroyed hardwares, we have seen this before in wars. Yes, Russia has lost hardwares and recorded casualties, especially in the first two-three days of the operation when they were treating the Ukrainians with kids glove. But since they decided to change tact and started real bombardment, the story has since changed incredulously. Ukraine today has no operational airfield, no navy, no control over their airspace, with most of their soldiers in the east and north surrounded already. Stop listening to shameless lamestream media. I hate this war as much as any sane person do, but it's only an ediot that would believe Ukraine is performing wonders. It's just the Russian resolve not to harm civilians and carpet-bomb the cities that's still keeping Ukraine intact. Let's not fool ourselves. By the way, how many pictures of destroyed Ukrainian hardware have you seen posted by the Ukro defense chief on Facebook? Use your head. |
obanioluorun:You were there counting bodies. ![]() |
MNDY:You're living in delusion. The United States and it's satanic foreign policy is the greatest threat to world peace. Wake up. |
