Its very painful...Not easy to forgive a spouse that cheated..Its very disgusting but the most painful thing is you forgiving but not forgetting because d likelihood that he/she will cheat again is very slim(for the spouse with conscience)I cheated on my spouse once and d thought of doing it again makes me sick!..u dont come out being the same again.
