ichidodo:Wow, even farmland dear like dat for ABJ. Maybe cheaper around Nasarawa or Suleja/Niger state area. |
What kind of plants thrive in the area? Do you do farm set up and management? Any acres for sale n how much? |
bebe2:, Bebe2 I wonder o. I would have thought the extra money would fund more clothes n stuff. Ask what babes need Aristos for. The various juices would also supply balanced nutrients like drinking apple, tomato, mango, kiwi, orange juices would have more benefit than just one juice. ![]() Promiscuity has many bad sides but not skin. That na pseudoscience. |
berem:. Berem dear, losing an election is not a disgrace. The sovereign decision of the people should not be seen as a disgrace. That mentality of disgrace makes it a do-or-die affair in 9a. The other time in Ghana, a ruling party lost. It wasn't perceived as a disgrace. It is political maturity. GEJ has more to gain by losing and graciously handing over. He would be the first to have done so in 9ja preidency. By doing so, he would have resisted the urge to rig & unnecessarily use power of incumbency. Setting an example for future politicians. |
ok interesting |
Classic. ![]() [Sadly, I seem not to have picked any from GMB. I think it's because of so much noise and hot air from his camp.
|
Unibenstudent:. Chai, see scopology. No time to waste. I trust Ugbowo campus boys ![]() Nne Helica, answer awaited o. |
The analysis about SW is spot on. They should look at themselves and ask why Fashola couldn't be selected as Presidential candidate. If the reasons for ignoring the BEST candidate (BRJ) since Awolowo suggest that we're a country that is ready to be one, do things on merit and make decent progress like other forward thinking and serious countries. Should tribe, religion, turn-by-turn, national cake be more important than merit, ability & track record in public office? |
barcanista:. So individuals not doing their job is the fault of someone in Abuja. When will people take responsibility for their actions as adult? |
blemon44:. The effect is cumulative. Like after washing your clothes 100 times in a year, it would fade. If someone else washes same clothes 200 times a year, it would fade & tear even quicker. So is substance abuse to the body. |
I hope nor be Indian doctor issue that medical report too. Make dem check well well. You carry baby jaw dey go fight black man ![]() |
In the 9ja context, most people who put it in their profile don't really know what it means. It's mostly copycat. It is usually NOT in agreement with their boyfriend or girlfriend. For most, it means "I'm not engaged & I'm not married". In today's world, playing away if dating only is just normal to many people. Worry more about those with 3 or 4 bf or gf or even married, yet don't even put anything under relationship status. Very common on fb. |
ichidodo:. Problem is that in 9ja, we prefer sentiment, bigotry-fuelled bare face lies and hate to honest analysis & bitter truth. |
I like the heat of 9ja pass cold winter in Europe. I support Bayern Munich, Liverpool & Paris St Germain football clubs. I have always double-dated. Spot the bobostic lie! |
Lots of men do it. Some now use pounding machine. No need for mortar & pestle. |
cutieberie1:. Ma'm, a girl once feigned virgin to me. But I couldn't believe that such a "beautilicious" babe at her age could be one. I was actually beginning to give her the benefit of the doubt already. You know that coming from a Christian home yan na. But I still insisted. My dear, the babe nor virgin nothing, na just run-off-the-mill" channel. ![]() Anyway, I wasn't looking for a virgin, I wasn't virgin myself. I wanted to take things more serious sha. But the shock came. I found out she had abortion at 16 (years earlier). And compromised her fertility. She & her family denied it. That really pissed me off. That deception. They were trying to push a virgin-forming girl with post abortion fertility wahala on me. Anyway, tests (after she dragged her feet to do scans for so long) confirmed the damage. A lot of men commenting here have bad experiences that you don't know of. |
cutieberie1:. Well, even if she misbehaves, at least you don sign attendance register ![]() You cannot be a hardworking ATM while another guy (usually an irresponsible broke-azz lay-about) will be shining the kongo with reckless abandon. Majority of girls are too crafty and corrupt nowadays to command such trust. ![]() |
lurther:. Fashola is a rare gem in 9ja's political jungle. I think he likes governance and delivering BUT hates politicking, do-or-die and the thug culture. Maybe he's just happy about his legacy and happy to return to normal life. With 9ja polity, to say something is wrong somewhere is a massive understatement. SOMETHING is wrong everywhere! |
jethro2:. My dear, listening & sipping agbo with dongoyaro. Original bitter brew before stout was invented. ![]() |
Interesting. I think feeding, weather n knowhow are the main challenges down south, |
Nice one Dodo. How much is an hectare for sale/lease in those areas you're looking at land parcels? And how much is an acre? |
Dbboy:. That's the intolerance and fanaticism we're talking about. Boko things. ![]() |
Na wa o. Earthlings of nowadays. ![]() |
woodcook:You're talking to superstitious people. Many are regulars at Babalawos or go to do "spiritual bathe" at the beach despite whatever faith they profess. They are sentimental when their innate fear is awoken. Who nor go die before? Which serious country fields a 72-year old kicked out failed dictator? Only a banana republic with youth more superstitious, corrupt, sectarian & incompetent than their father's generation. A generation that cannot see that GMB was already petroleum minister before the age of 35. Many of them at 35 still won't have a secure employment. That won't bother them. Here they are ready to die for a man who should be getting ready to go to a nursing home in serious countries. |
ceejay80s:. That's what we want. Why must we be afraid of Hausas? Many southern tribes don't consider Hausas our masters. It's time for the country to boil over so each can go their separate ways. Enough is enough. Who doesn't know before that Tinubu is hoping GMB doesn't make beyond a few years in Office? That's why an ambitious candidate was not made VP candidate. Just like GEJ was perceived by OBJ, so is "Osibande" perceived by Tinubu. ![]() |
secretcode01:. Interesting. I have Muslim friends. My grand dad was even one. So I'm not so ignorant of basic Islamic terms. My father, though not a Muslim, tries to eat halal due to growing up in a mixed Christian-Muslim home. Lately, religion has become a big political issue. No one can deny that. I have never voted for Buhari or GEJ. In fact the last election I witnessed was Shagari election. Your assertion that Hausas can't be killing Hausas is similar to GEJ's "my people can't do this". Meaning Nigerians can't be killing Nigerians. It's now used against him as a sign of cluelessness. Yes, were all in denial initially. We were saying "Nigerians like flexing too much to consider suicide b*mb". We have been shown to be wrong. In Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan and so on, who are the victims of terrorism? The local Muslims. So that denial is funny considering all the glaring evidence. The reason for terrorism is to create fear & insecurity and portray GEJ as incompetent. Certain tribes in 9ja consider 9ja as their conquered territory & fiefdom. Change is good. But to what & by whom? If you think all this hype is about you & me, you're mistaken. It's about keeping the top 9 9ja Delta oil blocks in Northern hands when licence renewal comes soon. Babangida, Abacha, Abubakar, all awarded oil blocks, each block is worth around $20 billion to their in-laws, friends, & cronies. If these people really want change to something good, why were Fashola, Ribadu, El-Rufai, Donald Duke, Oshomhole and others with track record, young and vibrant, not put forward? In my view, Federal roads have never been better since 20 years, railway too, 12 Federal universities by a single regime is a record, Federal airports have not been better for a generation, farming has not been as promoted since "Operation Feed The Nation" of OBJ's military regime. These are things I have witnessed, not told. |
Ok Mr Sarkin, we have noted it. |
Nairaland OPUTA PANEL about to begin hearing submissions ![]() |
vben:Thanks. Awaiting ur mail. |
DrummaBoy:Thank you Sir. |
ok |
all4naija:. It's not about long jail sentence really, though useful as a deterrent. People have to be caught first. Victims should be encouraged to come forward. Build a DNA database of rapists, robber-rapists and criminals in general. Rapists are notorious repeat offenders, even sometimes years apart in different locations. Sex with under 15 or 16 should be statutory rape. That is rape even if the girl agreed to sex. A child can't know the consequences of sex, hence cannot agree legally. 10 years without parole minimum. If violence & physical injury involved then life imprisonment. Violence/injury can kill a child easily. Rape of any kind NOT involving a child, 7 to 8 years. But with higher burden of proof to stem malicious accusations. Shikena. |
