The man should have resigned of course, it's just that politicians in Nigeria are shameless and grossly immoral especially when they have equally immoral and corrupt friends like is colleagues in the senate who are swearing to defend him till the end and careless Nigerians who are yet to hit the streets to demand their prime minister's resignation like the folks Iceland.

What did it for me was when he openly lied on his wife that secrete accounts and assets belongs to the his wife and her family when in fact the accounts no only were his, but also in his name and not in his wife's family name.

Then his own wife through her personal lawyers dismissed his claim stating that the accounts and assets are all hers, but fresh revelations shows that she was only a proxy and everything belongs to Mr Saraki himself.

Here we have a lawmaker, the number 3 citizen in Nigeria and the leader of the Nigerian senate who is not only crooked and trial for criminal acts of corruption, but also a petty lair and shameless man..

2. Saraki was a PDP member for almost 16 years so PDP and the EFCC should know more about Saraki than the APC

No proof of evidence was attached to the amended charge or summary of affidavit evidence. How on earth will the tribunal determine whether a prima facie case has been established against the accused person?

The amended charge did not adduce evidence that the accused has been operating the foreign accounts by proxies or trustees but that he personally operates the accounts. It is the law that the arguments of counsel no matter how brilliant cannot take the place of pleadings.

In the circumstances, I hold that no prima facie case has been made against the accused person. The non-filling of affidavit evidence affects the entire three-count charge and it is hereby quashed and the accused person is discharged.

Borrowing is not bad as long as your economy is growing at a rate that supports it. Even America is owing china even with their growth. The economy was stable under her and she could borrow easily as investors were more confident in her policies.

Today buhari is destroying the economy and still Borrowing. Investors are fleeing and have no confidence in his team.

Our growth is low and inflation is on the rise. That is the difference between buhari Okonjo borrowing and NEPA certificate borrowing.
Paper investors are always in love with crooks , incompetent and unpatriotic leaders who allow them to raid their economy. What we need are factory building and industry building investors, they grow productivity and create jobs and to my knowledge they are still trooping into Nigeria because we have the population and manpower to support any business.

Our challenges based on the fact that past administrations especially PDPs 16 years was wasted , no new refineries was built, our 4 refineries were allowed to rot and decay, power generation and transmission was neglected, $20 billion power funds was stolen or mismanaged, power infrastructure was privatized and handed over to cronies with zero experience and lack of capacity to invest and grow their power infrastructure ans so on.

These are dead holes created by past administrations with nothing to do with the current administration that's even less than a year in office and still no operating budget.

Buhari is going for the loans already to finance a budget which 70% of it will be used to feed the govt and 30% on infrastructure.

He has shut the doors on foriegn investment and yet wants to borrow outside the country. What this simple means is that buhari will borrow money he and his team will share and Nigeria will remain broke.

The private sector will dry up after a while and we will be back to square one.

A government that wants to drive 2016 foriegn cars at lower oil prices.

No economic direction. All they want is to bring in money to be shared , which will eventually be flushed down the toilet.

today they say there is subsidy tommorow they say there is none. Today they say nnpc will import 80% of fuel 2morow they beg importers to come back.

Instead of promoting growth and empowering companies to grow. They increase tax, increase electricity, steal from people's account in the name of stamp duty. Shut out foriegn investment, making access to forex for raw materials hard and then wonder why inflation is on the rise and economic growth is slow.

That is what mismanagement is all about.
Basically, the people who mismanaged Nigeria financially and economically for 16 years that laid the foundation for our problems are really not responsible for the current situation, but a less than one year government trying to clean up their 16 years worth of mess is responsible.
