Racoon:only people living in states without boarder to neighbouring countries will ask this trash question. The most economically sound local markets in the North are mostly boarder markets, Nigerian economy would've bite harder on common man without the proliferation and prosperity of boarder markets. Cameroon, Niger Rep, Chad, Burkina Faso, Central Africa Rep among some other WA States depend on Nigeria for their daily needs which is a big boost to our economy. When Nigerian boarders were closed those countries suffer a lot. You folks said the same trash when Nigeria-Niger Rep rail line prolosedy by GEJ's Govt and confirmed by PMB govt is being awarded. The economic importance of those links can never be overemphasized but ethno-religious bigotry blind folded your reasoning to the extent that you are deaf, dumb and blind tp the reality! |
lhordspy:Remember the other meaning of NAIRA? This NAIRA redesign will remind every reasonable Nigerians that some people should never vote into Aso Rock forever! |
4teenblaq:No one is guilty untill proven by court of competence jurisdiction and Governors got immunity under PDP. How can Bawa go against law made by PDP and people like u will come here protesting disrespect of law. |
Shalommy:including your father? Yes, I think so! |
Ezeama400:You blind bigot, haven't u ever seen the excessive bigotry of Afenifere and OPC? The very long time oppression of some people's right to their religious injunction? |
Akinsete19:Can these help?
|
Urheadmaster:Stop seeing the conspirators as demigods. There are more jail breaks in US than total number of jail breaks in Africa annually, there are more homicide cases in US than the total deaths of 5yrs banditry and Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria combined. All Nations have their peculiar challenges.

NwaMamaIwota:Which Southern votes, SS, SE or SW? I swear to almighty God there is no reasonable indices or realistic permutation that can make Peter Obi President. Buhari was duped by Buba Galadima and others for 12yrs believing that regional votes could make him President untill he made reasonable/wise alliance. SW and NW has the highest number of voters, the voting strength of the entire SE & SS combined can't match the votes of NW and single state in the SW. The permutation of winning election in Nigeria is, Presidential candidate has to win with majority of votes and win 25% in at least 24 states across the 6 geopolitical zones. No way your ethno-religious bigotry can work. Somebody, somewhere is strategically planning to just have at least 50% of votes from ruling party States outside his zone, planning on sweeping 2/3 in NC and NE in similar manner and use his zone to get majority of the to be casted votes while you are here expecting illusionary ethno-religious power to make your soon to be frustrated candidate President. This game is too big for myopic minds. |
dawnomike:The same UK wey Nigerian Doctors dey do slavery work? |
jummyom:He was a Lecturer at ABU Zaria before that is why they call him Mallam Nasiru El Rufai! |
dyera:Do u know that 150MVA transfomer alone cost N5b? The cost of power generation in a Nation with no standard steel plant which rely on importation is outrageous. It needs courage for a leader who is ignorant of power system to wven approve some projects in power sector.... |
greenermodels:There is need of Journalism with deep professional reporting in Nigeria though we also have ignorant readers/listeners. There is difference between completing dam, testing turbine and the whole project and loading the whole project on National grid. They're right all those stages are completed but it will take sometimes for the Transmission lines being built around Tegina in Niger State and some part of Nasarawa state to evacuate the power to the grid.... Ignorance is a disease... |

No Nation in this world has the rate of homicide cases as US. Not even country in war or civil war could record their annual homicide cases presently! |
slimfit1:Do u really know the RoE concerning armed drones? The use of armed drones need a lot of bureaucracies and agreements that will waste our time and could lead to sanctions on Nigeria... |
Cookers are cooking! Those who know history will never respect the pretentious barbarians feigning love ![]() |
SmartPolician:. You still think the absurd mentality in Nigeria will reflect in UK? How could he bought the position? That religious adherence u mentioned doesn't matter among the people in UK. UK isn't Nigeria that u have the gut to try to thrust religious issue into the society that religion is losing value and concern. Religion in UK: Christianity (51.18%) · Non-religious (37.93%) · Islam (5.89%) · Other religions (1.51%) · Hinduism (1.73%) · Sikhism (0.73%) · Judaism (0.58%). |
No language can match Hausa in West Africa, no hype.... |
Revolution2022:Stop being dullard. Nigeria has been rescuing large number of her citizens in Libya, UAE, Mali, among many Nations. There are many organisations that are being paid for this and have been doing this for many decades... |
Parachoko:FG mandated them to meter consumers but they complain that they've no money. FG had agreement with one company in Ogun state for the production of mass metering and training of Young Engineers across 36 states and Abuja for the metering of consumers still the DisCos are hoarding the metters and selling them at outrageous cost dumped most of the trained Engineers when it is supposed to be free. They prefer estimated billing because it gives them room to cheat consumers and hide the actual energy clients consume. I think when FG remove subsidy of electricity sometimes this year that almost led to strike NERC and labour reached agreement that DisCos should improve the mass metering program but still things are going slowly though they're focusing on Kano, Kaduna, Abuaj, PHC, Lagos, Ogun, Ibadan among larger consumers and now extended to other states. The major problem we have in Nigeria is bribery and corruption, the people that are supposed to enforce laws used to collect bribes and deceive both the Govt and citizens! |
tillaman: robinso01:I was a Lecturer in one of the Southern Universities, I have seen the worst and unbelievable academic malpractices and sex for marks. In that place it is better they close the university than wasting some students time giving them paper qualifications at the detriment of few students hardwork! |
The same idiots who mostly left mocking and saying deregatory names to our dear Nation are rescued by the same lovely, untiring Nation. Nigeria don't deserve the curses of idiots, Nigeria is a piece of land demarcated and named Nigeria with abundant Human and Natural resources left for her inhabitants to utilize either in a good or bad way. Our collective effort can change everything! God bless Nigeria! |
babaolofin:The function of Transmission is wheeling Electrical Energy from Generation to distribution and it is obvious that DisCos are rejecting most energy transmitted to them because they want to exploit customers through estimated energy bill and cause losses to the Generation. Transmission Company is always neutral and keep DisCos on their toes against energy rejection. TCN released data of September Energy transmitted to the DisCos and it is on record that DisCos rejected thousands of Mega Watt of Power because they don't want to pay at the detriment of estimated billing that is why DisCos won't easily allow metering system to work. |
michlins:Transmission or Distribution? Think again! |
XerXers:Tinubu will win Jigawa, write this to the bank and remind me February after declaration of result. Don't be carried away by the jumping ship of political groups in the North. It is a cash out season, people who don't have party membership just form group and call aide of one politician and tell him that they want to jump , on the jumping date they collect some money and go back home insulting the idiot for not matching their expectations. This is a game that is only known to those who used to it prior to election seasons... |
Michelle70:This is opening of campaign office not campaign. When the campaign begins you'll be shocked and remember Buhari too will be there. Irrespective of his antecedents, nobody in the history of this Nation is ever loved too much like Buhari, sometimes for no reason but natural! |
PlayMaker14:Honestly, you guys are extremely primitive and can't compete in any political environment. Ethno-religious hatred you are nursing against others is outrageous that is why you shouldn't be worried or surprise about the attitude of others toward you because it is your actions that brought it....you have been making rallies, going round the country, bragging about the support you are getting and nobody call you names but the emotional instability in you tempted you to make this needless statement. It is imperative that politics is your no go area..... |
Traplord09:Descending your energy accusing political parties doesn't make sense. We need leaders not parties. Is your candidate not among the worst administrators we ever have in this Nation? Ponder well and eschew this ethno-religious bias! |
Reinaldo:Where u in heaven or not born between 2009 to 2016 or u just open mouth and start politicing everything because the former insurgency didn't affect u. Since after Biafra war Nigeria never experienced disastrous situation like 2009-2016! |
Xscape1993:Why do we consult elders when things get so complex? Don't let your father see this rubbish. Leadership is for completely matured people especially the Executive positions in Africa because the style is mainly autocratic democracy which may come with consequences due to lack of wisdom in young age. Youths should learn leadership from the grassroot because these old men have learned and rose through all ranks and started from youthful age. Work hard, stop being lazy and get what u deserve, nobody will handover leadership to youths on a platter of gold. Go and start from scratch. Go and make research about how all these people u called old started and the age, you'll be ashamed of yourself! |
jumper524:Hisbah commander of the East. From banning indecent dressing among school girls to banning casino...next is banning alcohol. Well play Sheikh Chales Solahuddeen ![]() |

, on the jumping date they collect some money and go back home insulting the idiot for not matching their expectations. This is a game that is only known to those who used to it prior to election seasons...
