walkbrazil4k: As An African, this particular state is so close to my heart.#PRAY FOR BAHIA BRAZIL
.............
Two dams gave way in the northeastern Brazilian state of Bahia after weeks of heavy rains, swamping already swollen local rivers as flooding hit towns across the region, authorities said on Sunday.
The Igua dam, on the Verruga river near the city of Vitoria da Conquista in southern Bahia, collapsed on Saturday night, forcing authorities to evacuate residents, mainly in the town of Itambe.
A second dam gave way to rising water levels in Jussiape, 100 kilometers to the north, on Sunday morning, bringing more alerts for residents to move to safer ground.
There were no reports of deaths or injuries caused by the dam failures, though bridges and roads were damaged.
Further, towards the coast in Itabuna, a city of 200,000 inhabitants, fire brigade teams rescued residents trapped in their homes in the downtown area that was underwater, Reuters reporters said.
"It's crazy by the bridge, there are waves almost 2 meters high," shopkeeper Luiz Constancia told Reuters.
Rescuers rowed dinghies along flooded streets to reach trapped families or take them supplies. One man paddled on an inflatable mattress to reach home.
Ninisun: So as he doesn't secrete insulin that regulates glucose in the blood, he should now be eating anyhow? He is to inject insulin and control his dietary intake too!
please read my post very well before you comment..."you cannot manage type 1 diabetes with only diet/exercises"
Ninisun: Manage it with diet/food...it's better off. Meet a dietitian for professional care.
you cannot manage type 1 diabetes with only diet/exercises. you need to inject insulin. type 1 diabetics have their beta cells of the pancreas non functional. they don't secrete insulin!
TayehJiboluwa: He is calling you in the dream because you may have to help him or rescue him. They are trying to pull him down, kill his destiny through lust and fornication or sexual immorality. Pray for him and warn him.
Thank you so much Taye. The situation is worse now because few days after I had this dream, he just changed his attitude towards me, he stopped picking my calls and he is avoiding me for no reasons of mine. I'm praying for him anyway
TayehJiboluwa: Although being in the military in the dream means physical or political power, courage and strength, but this one looks like a literal one. You can apply to join the military or the armed forces if you like and if not too old to join. Otherwise it's saying you are been trained or prepared to be an important or political figure or appointee in your region or state.
If you are fighting and defeating an opponent in the dream, it means power and strength gifted by God.
If people are praying for you in the dream, it means God has decided to hear your prayer and favour you. Praying in the dream & speaking in tongues in the dream means the presence of the power and fire of the Holy Spirit in you and it'll help you.
TayehJiboluwa: Shoes represent glory. Glory is what distinguishes you from others, what makes you stand out, what makes you somebody in life. A mix of masculine and feminine shoes is a complete and favoured glory. A male and female glory makes a god-like glory. The dream means you are possessing this glory but so many forces are against it. This dream is a mystery that one needs understanding to comprehend it. Just live as godly and righteous as you can so the glory can be secure.
Good day,
in my dream, I saw a very good friend of mine, he is still young in real life, but I saw a lady disturbing him and trying to seduce him for sex and a relationship. the girl was trying to touch him seductively in the dream, but he was always taking her hands off him. he looked at me and he was confused, he started calling my name.... and after a while, I woke up

lexy2014: Freeze isn't going thru this because he castigated or criticised pastors. He is going thru this because he made d wrong choice by going after someone else's wife. It still would have happened had he not criticised pastors
you are the most reasonable here. thank you for this post.
CalliDora1: Why would you even marry a woman you don't trust well enough in the first place?
It serves you guys right because when they say marry in the Lord, you'll laugh yourselves to scorn now you're all running Helter skelter like headless chickens looking for DNA that is not lost.

Explorers: Disturbing aerial photos show dozens of freshly excavated graves at Brazil's biggest cemetery after the country's death toll hit 329 and cases soar to 8,076.
Guzel: Today, I attended ASUU Congress in my university. Our leaders briefed us on the outcome of the meeting with Govt. 1) Government have agreed to accept UTAS in principle. ASUU was given 18 months to properly code the UTAS for proper utilization. In the meantime ASUU members will be paid from the old system with new minimum wage. 2) Earned academic allowances will be paid soon. Lecturers were told to compute EAA for 2018 and 2019 which will feature in the 2021 budget and streamlined into monthly salaries 3 ) we were told that technologists have lost their 30k hazard allawee. Our vice chancellor and principal officers lost 50 percent of their pay after they enrolled.
Information from my school as regards the ASUU Congress that was held today negates all you stated above. We in my school have voted for comprehensive, total and indefinite strike because accordingly to the fed govt, we are told to join ippis pending when utas will be tested and run.

Please did you guys vote in favour of suspending the strike?
mistermanpikin: Oga we don know u belong ASUU, stop all this ranting and hyping here. For the fact that other unions peculiar allowance have not been paid doesn't mean they will not later enjoy it.... Dat is the way IPPIS work initially even for those that are on the platform earlier, so spare us ur ITK like u ar d ASUU president
Guy, stop hating on him. Is it a crime to be an ASUU member? I'm also an ASUU member, but I have never hated or envied the non teaching staff. If ASUU and all other trade unions in the universities have all come forward with one voice from the onset, there wouldn't be need for this division and hatred.
Guzel: I can vividly remember some SSANU and NaSU members in my university rejoiced at Ippis. They said that it will stop the unnecessary withdrawals from their salaries. Yesterday I took turns to call them, however non of them answered my calls. nAsu should stop the unnecessary rivalry with ASUU and work with ASUU for the welfare of the university community. The outcome of this charade will be ASUU will be paid by UTAS domesticated in the universities while nasu will carry mat to Abuja every month to cry. I’m proud of ASUU although we have not been paid.
cerpvad: Bruh, trust me I cannot abuse you. I do not do that. You asked me how I know all these. It is through simple logic and paying attention to subsequent and unfolding events. If you study the peculiarities of the financial administration of tertiary institutions system, you will discover they are totally different from those of MDA's. IPPIS is so rigid that it cannot accommodate those peculiarities. ASUU has raised alarm about this but FG has hitherto remained adamant. Now guys at IPPIS for the past three months have been laboring to mount IPPIS on tertiary institutions without result and I am certain they are not giving up until you all suffer months of hunger without salary. The implication is that we should all be ready for months of salary delay until this impasse is resolved definitely by industrial actions which I strongly believed the non-teaching unions would soon declare.
Thank you for this brilliant and logical response. I followed you.
cerpvad: My Guys at Federal Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education, make una all hear this. There is no indication that February salary will be paid this month at all and not even by March end. Due to the peculiarity in the functioning and system of universities, polytechnics and colleges of education, guys at the IPPIS are having serious difficulties with mounting the Federal tertiary institutions' payrolls on IPPIS. Hence the endless Memos to the federal tertiary institutions requesting for endless data they think would help them in their impossible mission. ASUU has seen it that IPPIS cannot handle the peculiarities in the financial administration of tertiary institutions. That is why ASUU directed all its members to shun registration on IPPIS.
Now that ASUU has declared a strike action, it is expected that all non-teaching unions of federal tertiary institutions in the country should reassess their stand on IPPIS. They should ask for withdrawal and de-registration of all non-teaching staff of federal tertiary institutions from the IPPIS with immediate effect. If this is not done, staff of federal tertiary institutions should get ready for LONG DAYS OF HUNGER
Please don't abuse me o, but how do you know all these?
cerpvad: Nothing is wrong other than there is paucity of fund. The Buhari regime is a big disaster. Guys, let's brace up ahead for a big fight and also have a side hustle because we need food to keep body and soul together.
I don't think if there's paucity of funds that they should start by not paying the university lecturers. They know how volatile those people can be. I think the main issue has to do with the tussle about Ippis between them.
sammyj: Hope all this is not a conspiracy by the government to spend money not budgeted for as we are yet to see this phantom Italian man without name and face. Anyways, let us just be very careful and follow precautions!!
Something like this usually happen to me like 3 years ago, part of my face do get swollen at times, not only my hands, series of tests were done but nothing was found. A doctor in ui asked if I usually take septrin or any medication that contains sulphur, I said yes, he advised that I stopped. Behold, after I stopped taking such drugs, the whole thing stopped. So you may be reacting to a medication.
