The noisy ones are usually the well prepared ones. It's just like what happens in schools. I fall into the category of the noisy ones really. The people I chat with most are the quiet ones. I usually will like to know why they're so quiet. I like to 'size up' other applicants whenever I go for an interview. Within a few minutes of initiating the 'how are yous', I already know who the real threat is.
