I don't watch it but I don't condemn those who watch it. Its their entertainment and not compulsory for everyone.

I could say the same about football. I don't watch it either and could say those peeps are wasting their time. It's their time not mine or yours.

Leave them to their thing.

It's either you've not searched for apartments in Lagos or you just want to troll. Agent fees, commission etc are not percentage based if you're renting. 10% agent fee applies for buying of houses/lands.

in some places the sum of agent fee and commission is greater than the rent itself.

I'll be frank what I know is 10%. When you appear desperate they start playing pranks. I've negotiated 7.5% before sef. I tell the agent na so e go be or keep your house. He grumbled and accepted.

My current apartment na 10% agency. No commission. Agreement 50k. Finish.

This is my first time of posting here, but i can't just keep d excitement and satisfaction i got from seeing The Witcher: nightmare of the wolf. Such a very nice movie. I've been disaapointed right and left this year with movies. Really dis animation is like a breath of fresh air. I'll rate it 9/10.
